The game was finely poised at 1-1 when Sky Sports commentator Ian Crocker said that it appeared objects bad been thrown towards the Celtic goalkeeper.
Footage then showed Sinisalo removing what appeared to be a bottle and some plastic drinking cups from his goal area.
A further piece of footage then showed a glass Buckfast bottle had been lobbed onto the park as well and was lying within the box.
Rangers substitute Neraysho Kasanwirjo was then seen running onto the pitch to remove the bottle himself.
Images also show the Dutch defender also removing another plastic cup.
What appears to be a disposable vape could also been seen lying on the ground as Kasanwirjo removed the bottle and cup.
Earlier this year, Rangers were rapped by Uefa after a vape was thrown onto the park during the Europa League clash against Fenerbahce.
The Turkish side's goalkeeper Irfan Can Egribayat was seen holding the item in his hand after it landed close to him.
It's a fixture that in recent times too has seen all too many of these situations.

A year ago, Celtic released a furious statement after a glass bottle was thrown towards midfielder Matt O'Riley during another derby encounter.
It landed on the pitch just yards away from the now former Hoops star after he scored a penalty.
On that occasion, the Hoops blasted: "It has been confirmed today that a glass bottle was thrown at Matt O'Riley at yesterday's match.
"The repeated targeting of our players and staff with missiles is quite appalling and completely unacceptable.
"We have already raised our serious concerns with Rangers and understand that police are investigating the matter."

Premier League reveal new date for Liverpool's clash with Man United as latest TV selections are confirmed
The Premier League has announced the broadcast picks for October, including Liverpool 's home clash with arch rivals Manchester United. The match between Arne Slot 's champions and Ruben Amorim 's men is among the 19 fixtures rearranged for TV coverage in October. Anfield will host the game on Sunday, October 19 at 4:30pm, with Sky Sports unsurprisingly selecting it to headline Super Sunday after Spurs versus Aston Villa at 2pm. Amorim's side will hope to go one better than last season, when they left the home of their bitter rivals with a creditable 2-2 draw. All three of Liverpool's fixtures in October have been moved after being selected by broadcasters. Their trip to Chelsea on Saturday, October 4 - the last weekend of matches before the second international break of the season - has been pushed back to a 5:30 kick-off and will be shown on Sky Sports. It will follow Leeds versus Tottenham Hotspur, which will now start at 12:30pm after being brought forward from 3pm. However it will be switched to 8pm if Spurs are away in the Champions League the Wednesday before. After welcoming United to Anfield, Liverpool travel to Brentford on Saturday, October 25, where they will come up against former captain Jordan Henderson. The Premier League have tentatively scheduled the match for a lunchtime kick-off but said it would move to 8pm if the Reds are away in the Champions League the preceding Wednesday. United will host Brighton and Hove Albion the same day, with the match kicking off at 5:30pm. Arsenal's only change to their October schedule is the visit to Craven Cottage to face Fulham, which has been moved to 5:30pm on Saturday, October 18. Nottingham Forest versus Chelsea has also been selected for TV coverage on that Saturday and will kick-off at 12:30pm on TNT Sports. Sky Sports are showing 215 matches this season, up from 128, but fan groups have warned the Premier League must give adequate notice of fixture changes in order to prevent problems for matchgoing supporters. Celtic have reportedly reached an agreement in principle with Royal Antwerp to sign long-term target Michel-Ange Balikwisha but complications are preventing the deal from being completed. The Belgian winger has been consistently linked with Celtic over the past 12 months, but injuries scuppered any prospect of a move last summer or in the January window. An update from journalist Sacha Tavolieri posted on X described the situation as "complicated". He added: "The Scottish club has reached a principle agreement with Royal Antwerp FC for the Belgian's departure, and a medical had even been scheduled, but… internal issues related to the player's situation are still preventing the finalization of the deal." Advertisement Hide Ad Advertisement Hide Ad Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has stressed the need for attacking reinforcements following the departures of Kyogo Furuhashi and Nicolas Kuhn this year and a long-term injury for Jota. But it has been two weeks since their most recent arrival, 19-year-old Manchester City loan defender Jahmai Simpson-Pusey, with Celtic unable to strengthen their squad further ahead of tonight's Champions League play-off first leg against Kairat Almaty at Parkhead.

Dundee boss Steven Pressley expects new arrivals at Dens Park
Steven Pressley is optimistic he will soon be able to strengthen his Dundee squad after suffering an injury blow. Midfielder Paul Digby faces up to six weeks out but Pressley expects new additions after Saturday's William Hill Premiership encounter at Kilmarnock. On his transfer business, Pressley said: 'It's highly unlikely to happen before the weekend but we have a couple of targets we are very close on that we believe will happen. 'One of them being a midfielder that we think will come in early next week. Both ourselves and the club want it to happen, the player wants it to happen, it's just a matter of timing. 'And we have also not got an agreement in place with a club, but we believe we are getting close to that, for a player in another position. 'I think it will make a big difference. Competition for places creates consistency of performance. I want players to be under pressure to keep their positions. That type of environment breeds success. 'I don't want too big a squad, I want a squad of players that are very much manageable and feel part of it, but I want them to be breathing down each other's shoulders to be playing.' Digby has been an ever-present since joining from Cambridge and played the full game as Dundee drew at Ibrox last time out. Pressley said: 'Paul Digby, who played exceptionally well against Rangers and has been a pivotal player, has a calf injury. It could be anything up to five, six weeks before we see him return. So that's a big blow.' Get all the latest news from around the country Follow STV News Scan the QR code on your mobile device for all the latest news from around the country
