The game was finely poised at 1-1 when Sky Sports commentator Ian Crocker said that it appeared objects bad been thrown towards the Celtic goalkeeper.
Footage then showed Sinisalo removing what appeared to be a bottle and some plastic drinking cups from his goal area.
A further piece of footage then showed a glass Buckfast bottle had been lobbed onto the park as well and was lying within the box.
Rangers substitute Neraysho Kasanwirjo was then seen running onto the pitch to remove the bottle himself.
Images also show the Dutch defender also removing another plastic cup.
What appears to be a disposable vape could also been seen lying on the ground as Kasanwirjo removed the bottle and cup.
Earlier this year, Rangers were rapped by Uefa after a vape was thrown onto the park during the Europa League clash against Fenerbahce.
The Turkish side's goalkeeper Irfan Can Egribayat was seen holding the item in his hand after it landed close to him.
It's a fixture that in recent times too has seen all too many of these situations.

A year ago, Celtic released a furious statement after a glass bottle was thrown towards midfielder Matt O'Riley during another derby encounter.
It landed on the pitch just yards away from the now former Hoops star after he scored a penalty.
On that occasion, the Hoops blasted: "It has been confirmed today that a glass bottle was thrown at Matt O'Riley at yesterday's match.
"The repeated targeting of our players and staff with missiles is quite appalling and completely unacceptable.
"We have already raised our serious concerns with Rangers and understand that police are investigating the matter."

Jose Cifuentes set for Rangers return as Aris miss deadline
The Ecuadorian international was a key player for Aris during the season and made 29 league appearances as he helped them qualify for Europe. Aris initially inserted a clause in his loan deal which stated they had first option to sign him before the end of May for £3 million. But they indicated to Rangers they could not afford the fee and were given an extra two weeks to negotiate a deal with the Ibrox side to either extend his loan deal or sign the 26-year-old permanently on a reduced fee. Read more: However, reports in Greece have suggested Aris have now given up on Cifuentes and instead turned their attention to former Greek international midfielder Konstantinos Galanopoulos, who has just been released from Cypriot outfit APOEL. That would mean a return to Rangers for Cifuentes, who still has two years of his contract to go following his £1.2 million transfer from Los Angeles FC in 2023.

He told Sky Sports: "There must be a number that makes it worthwhile for both guys. "Maybe they're just waiting for that number. You don't need to announce that fight now if it's not happening till October. "That fight will be nailed on. He's had surgery, Joshua, and Fury's out running. Fury, 36, meanwhile announced his retirement one month after rematch defeat to Oleksandr Usyk, 38. AJ's promoter Eddie Hearn revealed a return fight is targeted before focusing on a potential two-bout deal with Fury in 2026. But former super-middleweight champion Groves said: "If I was either guy, I'd just fight each other and that's it. I wouldn't bother with any other fights. Coyle also earned cult hero status at Bolton Wanderers and after hanging up his boots he became a manager, taking charge of Bolton after successful stints at St Johnstone and Burnley. The Republic of Ireland cap famously turned down his boyhood club Celtic in 2009 - because the Hoops came calling on the same day his Burnley side clinched promotion to the Premier League. Coyle has since gone on to manage elsewhere in England, the USA and in Scotland - but is currently coaching in India with Chennaiyin. His son, also called Owen, has just earned his Uefa Pro Licence - the highest level of coaching qualifications - at the age of 28. And he's been told that makes him the youngest person in Britain to hold those badges. He posted a picture of himself with his certificate on his Instagram account. And he said: "Delighted to share that I've officially graduated with my UEFA Pro Licence — the highest coaching diploma in football — after two challenging and rewarding years. "I began my coaching journey at 16, and 12 years on, I'm proud to have reached this milestone at 28. I'm told it makes me the youngest British coach to achieve the licence — something I'm grateful for and don't take lightly. "Thank you to the Scottish FA for their support throughout, to my peers for the insight and good company along the way, and to my family, friends, and colleagues who've backed me since day one.
