ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Two women were arrested following a road rage incident involving a firearm on Dewey Avenue in Greece.
According to Greece Police, officers responded to the area around 6:45 p.m. on May 4 following multiple 911 calls reporting a motor vehicle accident with a physical altercation near Dewey Avenue and Hager Road.
Police said a vehicle was backing out of a driveway when it was struck by a Suburban on Dewey Avenue. Individuals exited the Suburban and confronted the people inside the other car, leading to a fight in the roadway that lasted several minutes.
According to police, 23-year-old Felicia Freece had her two-month-old infant in the vehicle without a child safety seat, and the infant was allegedly passed between individuals during the fight.
Police said Alyssa Ho, 22, also retrieved a shotgun from her vehicle that she allegedly pointed at people during the confrontation. Ho also allegedly took an iPhone from a person during the fight.
GPD said both Freece and Ho fled the scene but were quickly found by responding officers and arrested.
Ho was charged with Robbery (1st), Menacing (2nd), Harassment (2nd), and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation (3rd).
Freece was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Disorderly Conduct.
Police said the infant was unharmed and placed back in the care of the responsible parties. This investigation remains active, and additional charges may be filed.

Kilmer Abrego Garcia indicted in Tennessee federal court, charged in 9-year smuggling ring
Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the man mistakenly deported from the country, has been indicted in federal court in the Middle District of Tennessee on conspiracy to transport aliens and unlawful transportation of undocumented aliens. During a June 6 White House press briefing, United States Attorney General Pamela Bondi said El Salvador returned Abrego Garcia, of Maryland, after being presented with warrants for his arrest. More: Live: Kilmar Abrego Garcia charged with human smuggling after return from El Salvador Abrego Garcia has played a significant role in a nine-year smuggling ring, Bondi said. He was indicted by a grand jury May 21. "He made over 100 trips, the grand jury found, smuggling people throughout our country," Bondi said, noting that MS13 gang members and violent gang terrorist organization members were among the thousands of illegal immigrants brought in to the U.S. during Abrego Garcia's trips. "This is especially disturbing because Abrego Garcia is also alleged with transporting minor children," Bondi said. "The defendant traded the innocence of minor children for profit." During the June 6 press conference, Bondi alleged that Abrego Garcia is responsible for additional crimes, though none have been charged as of press time for this story. "Abrego Garcia is a danger to our community," Bondi said. The U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee unsealed the indictment against Abrego Garcia on June 6. Abrego Garcia, and co-conspirators not named in the indictment, is accused of facilitating and taking money from undocumented people to help them move through the country for nearly 10 years, according to federal court records. 'Over the course of the conspiracy, the co-conspirators knowingly and unlawfully transported thousands of undocumented aliens who had no authorization to be present in the United States, and many of those were MS-13 members and associates,' according to the indictment. The group worked together to help people from El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Ecuador and Mexico cross the border 'for profit and private financial gain,' the indictment said. To move people, they reconfigured vehicles with 'after-market unattached seating rows, and they transported children on floorboards,' the indictment said. Court documents accuse Abrego Garcia, and another conspirator, of meeting undocumented people in Houston, Texas, and then transporting them across the country. The group also transported firearms and drugs from Texas for distribution and resale in Maryland, the indictment said. On Nov. 30, 2022, the Tennessee Highway Patrol pulled over a Chevrolet Suburban driven by Abrego Garcia on Interstate 40 in Putnam County. 'There were nine additional passengers in the Suburban, all of whom were Hispanic males, and none of whom had any identification,' the indictment said. Abrego Garcia told state troopers they were coming from St. Louis, where they'd been working on construction sites, but no one had any luggage or tools. They were on their way back to Maryland, Abrego Garcia told state troopers, the indictment said. A license plate reader captured the car not in St. Louis, but in Houston the week before the traffic stop. The Tennessee Highway Patrol let the group go, according to the indictment. Queens dogs stolen after bizarre botched robbery
What started as a robbery caper in Queens quickly turned into a dognapping disaster, cops said. A desperate dog lover is trying to track down his precious purloined pooches days after an armed thieves tried to rob him and his friend on a Queens street, but ended up swiping the man's pets. The 31-year-old victim managed to get away from the would-be captors, but the suspects got hold of the victim's phone — and the keys to his apartment. Hours later, the crooks let themselves into the victim's home, and walked off with about $6,000 worth of clothes — and two French bulldogs, cops said. 'I was thinking I was going to die,' the dog owner, who wished not to be named, told the Daily News. Police have released surveillance images of the two crooks in the hopes that someone recognizes them. The thieves did not know either the dog owner or his friend, but were trying to maximize their score by forcing one victim to reach out to the other, a police source with knowledge of the case said. The ordeal began Saturday along Crane St., a small, one-block-long stretch in Long Island City, when the two suspects approached the dog owner's 27-year-old friend, who was on a bike, and forced him into a car at gunpoint, cops said. After punching him several times, the crooks took his iPhone and about $800, then used the phone to text the dog owner, who the bike rider was heading over to meet. A short time later, the unsuspecting dog owner appeared. He was also forced into the car, where he was beaten and robbed. But he managed to escape, just as one of the robbers was trying to bind him with zip ties, he recalled. 'I grabbed the gun and started punching and fighting one of them,' he said about his ordeal. 'The other guy jumped into the car and we were all fighting for the gun. They were screaming, 'Shoot him! Shoot him!'' The dog owner managed to get out of the car and run across the street. 'They panicked and sped off,' he said. 'I dropped my phone and my keys.' As for his friend, he said the robbers later pushed him out of the car in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The dog owner went to his sister's house to decompress after the robbery. But by the time he got home, he realized he had been robbed again, he said. The thieves managed to figure out that the dog owner lived on the block where the robbery occurred and took something far more valuable to him than his phone. They took his two best friends. The thieves pretended to be delivering food in the building to get past the doorman as they made their way up to his apartment. They left with the dogs shortly before their victim returned home, the victim said. 'We just missed each other by minutes. They were caught on video,' the dog owner said. No arrests have been made. 'I find it difficult to talk about them because it makes me want to cry,' he added. 'I feel like I failed my dogs, I haven't been able to eat because I think of my dogs not being fed.' Gone are Cookie Monster, a 4-year-old male bulldog, and Pinky, a 3-year-old female. Their owner has been posting pictures on local streets and all across social media. 'I've been doing as much as I can,' he said. 'I just want my kids back.' Cops recovered surveillance images of the two suspects. One is described as between 20 and 25, around 5-foot-8 and about 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a Chicago Bulls cap, a black surgical mask and a black sweater. His partner is in his late 20s, around 6 feet tall and about 220 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray baseball cap and a gray sweater. Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts is urged to call NYPD Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
