'But the more I think about this house, the more I realize how not viable it truly is for our family,' she said. The 6.13-acre lot includes a pool, a spa and a full-sized tennis court. Inside, the secluded sanctuary features dual sweeping staircases, soaring ceilings and modern finishes. The home got a fresh coat of white paint and new floors before hitting the market in March, according to Bravo. The listing price fell to $19.99 million before it found finding its new owner, identified by TMZ as a foreign buyer who backed out of a deal for the same property in 2023, before the Dubrows swooped in. The reunion was made possible after the buyer spotted an Instagram post, and reached out to Flagg.
