Raheem Sterling leads list of NINE Chelsea players banished from Blues' website as full 47-man squad revealed
Clock is ticking for outcasts to find a new home INTO THE BLUE Raheem Sterling leads list of NINE Chelsea players banished from Blues' website as full 47-man squad revealed RAHEEM STERLING heads a list of NINE Chelsea players who are out of the first-team picture - literally. The former England international, 30, and eight other stars do not even have a profile or photo in the first-team section of the Blues' official website. 5 Raheem Sterling is one of nine Chelsea players banished from the Blues' website Credit: Getty 5 Ben Chilwell has also been left off the Chelsea website Credit: Getty The clock is ticking for Chelsea to find new homes for unwanted players after Sterling and others were joined on Monday by players returning after time off following the Club World Cup. The Blues have been on another big spending spree this summer, with £60million Joao Pedro among a number of signings that have swollen the current first-team squad to an incredible 47 players. Stamford Bridge chiefs are close to selling striker Armando Broja and midfielder Lesley Ugochukwu - two of the players who do not appear on the website - to Burnley. But in addition to Academy graduates Broja and Alfie Gilchrist, there are seven players including Ugochukwu who cost Chelsea a combined total of more than £200m who have no profile on the website - despite still officially being at the club. Ukrainian winger Mykhailo Mudryk, who is facing a ban for failings a drugs test, DOES still have a profile pic - albeit wearing last season's kit. Add in the six players already sent out on loan, and the Blues have a huge number of players - and agents - to juggle. Likewise midfielder Lesley Ugochukwu, a £23.5m signing from Strasbourg in 2023, is into his third week working at Cobham after coming back from a season-long stay at Southampton. Of the Chelsea players who went out on loan last season, Renato Veiga probably did the most to enhance his value, during a six-month spell at Juventus. But the Portugal international, whose proposed big money move to Atletico Madrid appears to have collapsed, did not do enough to earn a spot on the Blues' website. Premier League stadium contains secret 400-year-old listed building which club turned into world-first fan attraction
TOTTENHAM'S £1.2billion stadium is home to a world-first project, little-known by football fans. The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium was completed in 2019 to replace the iconic, yet dated, White Hart Lane. 4 Tottenham's stadium contains a hidden, 400-year-old secret building within its grounds Credit: YouTube @The Overlap 4 The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium hosts the Grade II listed Warmington House, now an art gallery Credit: YouTube @The Overlap 4 The contemporary art museum even features a special Spurs section Credit: YouTube @The Overlap And Daniel Levy spared no expense to make his dream a reality, even flying to stadiums across the world seeking inspiration. As well as falling in love with Borussia Dortmund's "Yellow Wall" - which inspired Tottenham's South Stand - the owner of 25 years also looked to make it the most modern stadium in the world. The ground plays host to not only Premier League football, but also the NFL, concerts for the biggest names in music and even an "F1 track" used for go-karts. However, despite all the high-tech features, from the "impossible" glass roof to the in-house brewery, there is still a sliver of the old that remains. READ MORE SPORT STORIES LOOKING TO SCORE? Single Sydney Sweeney inundated with DMs from randy Prem aces after split When the new stadium was built, the grounds enveloped a Grade II listed building, Warmington House. Today, the 400-year-old building plays host to The Tottenham Experience, featuring the OOP Gallery - a contemporary art gallery which hosts a Spurs exhibition, beloved by fans on matchday. Speaking on The Overlap, brought to you by SkyBet, Levy revealed: "There's a very old building called Warmington House. "It's about 400 years old. Yep [it's listed]. CASINO SPECIAL - BEST CASINO BONUSES FROM £10 DEPOSITS "We had to keep it, we restored it... and it's now an art gallery. "It's a beautiful building that we've completely restored." Daniel Levy says he'll get the credit he deserves when he leaves Tottenham in rare interview Neville was left in awe of the secret structure, replying: "It's brilliant. "I love the integration of the old brick with the modern glass look." The pair then took a step inside the gallery, called OOF, and were treated to a little history lesson. A member of staff said: "We are the only contemporary art gallery in a football stadium anywhere in the world. "It was an amazing and rare opportunity for us to put a Spurs section in - something we've never done before. "These photos are iconic." Levy proudly showed off some of the snaps, including the famous image of Ossie Ardiles leaning on a white wall adorned with the words "Tottenham Hotspur Football Club" while perusing a magazine. 4 Levy talked about everything from the stadium, to the Europa League final win and sacking Ange Postecoglou Credit: PA There's also an photo of a wall on Maine Road Manchester, when City took on Spurs, of graffiti showing off Tottenham's bold 2-3-5 formation in a team featuring the likes of Pat Jennings and Jimmy Greaves. There's an snap of the old White Hart Lane gates, as Levy ramped up fans' excitement by claiming they were currently in the process of being restored with a view to bringing them to the new stadium. That's not the only bit of their old ground which features at the world-leading stadium, though. During Levy's tour, the owner revealed some of the floor within the arena is made up from crushed concrete from White Hart Lane, smoothed and repurposed to inject a little history into the brand, spanking new ground. In the open and honest interview, Levy admitted he believes he will finally be given the credit he deserves for his role in transforming Tottenham only after he's gone. As well as leading the construction of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, he has transformed the club into one of the most profitable in the Premier League. But his stewardship has also been met with backlash in some sections, with Spurs fans leading "Levy Out" protests last season.

The game was full of drama and frustrated Man Utd stars GART TO GO 'Add him to the bomb squad' – Man Utd fans demand Ruben Amorim sells £50million midfielder after shocker against Everton MANCHESTER UNITED fans have already grown frustrated with one of their star players - two weeks before the start of the season proper. Angry supporters have demanded that Manuel Ugarte is added to the club's "bomb squad" after a costly mistake in Sunday night's 2-2 pre-season draw with Everton. And Ugarte made a sloppy error to gift Everton their first goal of the match when he was dispossessed deep in his own half. Ugarte, who could cost Man Utd as much as £50.7m with add-ons included, was trying to dribble away from the box and launch a counter-attack when he had his pocket picked by Vitaliy Mykolenko. The Ukrainian easily stuck a leg out to rob Ugarte of the ball and tip it towards teammate Idrissa Gana Gueye. Advertisement READ MORE ON MAN UTD LOOKING TO SCORE? He's so so poor on the ball. Just well below par." While another added: "I desperately want Ugarte to be the man, but it's obvious we can't get any consistency in the midfield with him." Marcus Rashford was the first to go after sealing his loan move to Barcelona, while Alejandro Garnacho, Antony and Jadon Sancho are amongst the high-earning names that are heading for the exit doors. Rasmus Hojlund, who has also been linked with an exit, has vowed to stay and "fight" for his place in the squad, despite Amorim hoping to bring in Benjamin Sesko before the window shuts. Hojlund failed to find the net in Sunday's draw and found himself furious after Patrick Dorgu didn't square him the ball for an easy opportunity to build some confidence. Hojlund wasn't the only United player to show some frustration during the draw, with captain Burno Fernandes involved in a scuffle in the second half. Tempers began to flare from there with the pair trading shoves on the half-way line and attracting the interest of teammates who tried to pull them apart.
