Peter Miller, known as the 'Condition Nutrition', has quickly become one of the most sought-after names in combat sports nutrition.

Based in Bangkok, though originally from Liverpool, UK, he has helped some of ONE Championship's biggest names make weight safely – without compromising performance.
Weight cutting is a normal part of combat sports, but in ONE Championship there is a twist: fighters must also pass a hydration test.
'In ONE Championship, you have to make weight and also pass a hydration test,' Miller said. 'It's a double challenge: you've got to make sure you've got enough fluids in your body to pee a hydrated sample, and then also you've got to make the weight.'
But it is in this added complexity that Miller has thrived. His guidance has helped turn around the fortunes of some of the best fighters, including Rodtang Jitmuangnon.
'At first, it was a challenge,' Miller said. 'I think Rodtang had this reputation of potentially being difficult to work with.

‘Fight in the airport, no problem' – ONE Championship teen star's bold claim

Nicknamed 'The Scorpion', Ramadan Ondash is a teenage knockout artist from Lebanon who has already earned a six-figure deal with ONE Championship. Ondash, who competes in the strawweight Muay Thai division, earned his contract after racking up four straight wins on the ONE Friday Fights series in Bangkok, two of them coming by stoppage. His left hand in particular has gained a reputation for ending fights in emphatic fashion. He fought for the first time aged six in Thailand and still remembers the chaos of that debut. 'I was so excited and had more energy, crazy. I was not scared for anyone,' he told the Post. His family moved between Lebanon and Thailand, with his elder brother Ahmad pushing him into the sport. Play Ondash said he hated Muay Thai at first, but his outlook changed once the wins started.

ONE Championship: Adrian Lee's ominous warning to ONE Fight Night 35 opponent

Adrian Lee said Tye Ruotolo made a serious mistake when he called him out for his first professional MMA bout. The surging lightweight prospect, younger brother of women's MMA icon and former atomweight champion Angela Lee, current double champion Christian Lee, and the late Victoria Lee – who was undefeated in ONE – will face the decorated Brazilian jiu-jitsu champion in the ring at ONE Fight Night 35 in Bangkok's Lumpinee Stadium on September 6. Ruotolo's twin brother Kade is also a multiple-time world champion in submission grappling and had been heavily linked to fighting Adrian after amassing a matching 3-0 MMA record. 'When Tye called me out, I was really surprised,' Lee told the Post. 'I thought it was a horrible idea. 'I think I'm a terrible match-up for him, but it's a great opportunity for me to take his momentum.' Play Ruotolo is regarded as one of the best submission grapplers in the world but has around two years of MMA training. Lee, who is 3-0 with three submission victories since turning professional, said that will make the difference.

ONE Championship: Regian Eersel KOs George Jarvis to retain lightweight Muay Thai title

Regian Eersel added another emphatic chapter to his reign as ONE's lightweight Muay Thai king, dispatching George Jarvis with a first-round knockout in the main event of ONE Fight Night 34 on Friday. The Suriname-born Dutchman needed just 84 seconds to finish off the British challenger at Bangkok's Lumpinee Stadium, retaining his title and taking home a US$50,000 performance bonus. Eersel had spoken beforehand about a strategy to drag Jarvis into deep waters and score a late finish, but once the opening bell rang, he wasted no time asserting his authority. The 32-year-old, nicknamed 'The Immortal', pushed Jarvis onto the back foot from the outset, landing clean combinations before a sharp right hand dropped the former WBC Muay Thai world champion. Jarvis beat the count, but another right hand moments later sealed the result. Regian Eersel improved his record to 25 wins from his past 26 bouts. His only loss during that stretch came against Alexis Nicolas in 2024, a blemish he avenged twice to close out their trilogy.
