Indian student in UK breaks into female undergraduate's bedroom, commits sex act with teddy bears

Indian student in UK Udkarsh Yadav broke in female undergraduate's room, ejaculated on her soft toys.
An Indian student studying at Northumbria University broke into a first-year female undergraduate's bedroom when she was not there and ejaculated on her belongings, including her teddy bears and bedcovers.
UK media identified the offender as Udkarsh Yadav, who gained access to the victim's bedroom at the university accommodation by using a gym keycard that by mistake allowed him to access all rooms.
When the victim returned to her accommodation, she found white substance on her soft toys. UK Express reported that Yadav admitted his offences and escaped with a suspended prison sentence, while the university demanded that he move to different accommodation.
"Following his conviction he now faces being kicked off his course by university chiefs and sent home in shame," the report said.
The university administration said there was an administrative error in the key cards and that was quickly resolved.
It was, however, through the key card data that Yadav was found as the culprit and his DNA matched with the white substance in the victim's room.
Prosecutor Jennifer Coxon told the court that Yadav admitted that he was "overcome with desire" and he was aware that the gym cards were set up incorrectly giving access to all rooms.

The victim said she had her photos on the wall and she was worried that an unknown man had committed a sex act in her room. The report said she went to stay with a friend.
Yadav admitted to burglary with intent to cause criminal damage.
The incident took place earlier this year when the victim went to her home for Christmas.
The report said Yadav was sentenced to 14 months suspended for two years, with rehabilitation requirements, 200 hours unpaid work and £117 compensation for three Jellycat soft toys and bed covers.
Yadav's lawyer Shada Mellor told the court that his father owns a construction business in India. 'His behaviour on the day in question is wholly out of character," his lawyer argued saying that Yadav chose to study in the UK as he wants to succeed and leave a lasting impact on the world.

259 victims identified, remains of 3 UK nationals yet to be repatriated

Ahmedabad: The number of identified victims of the AI 171 crash on June 12 reached 259 on Monday, with two new identifications in the 24 hours ending 6pm. According to officials, the number includes 253 individuals — 240 persons aboard along with 13 non-passengers — who were identified from DNA matches. The remaining six were identified from their facial features, they added. Dr Rakesh Joshi, medical superintendent of Civil Hospital, said that out of 259, the mortal remains of 256 have been handed over to family members. "The only three bodies remaining are of the UK nationals. While the mortal remains of two will be taken any time to the UK for the last rites, one family has informed us that they will take possession of the mortal remains on Wednesday," he said. According to govt figures, out of 241 passengers who died in the crash and subsequent inferno at the medical hostel in the Meghaninagar area, 240 have been identified. The majority of those who lost their lives on the ground have also been identified. Sources said that "only a few" samples remain to be processed for DNA identification in labs in Gandhinagar. Dr Joshi told the media that it is natural for the number of samples handed over to forensic experts to be higher than the deceased. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Ductless Air Conditioners Are Selling Like Crazy [See Why] Keep Cool Click Here Undo "Due to the condition of the bodies, it is likely that more than one sample of the same person may have been sent for analysis," he said. The mortal remains handed over to the relatives include 73 from Ahmedabad, 29 from Anand, 24 from Vadodara, 12 from Surat, 11 from Kheda, 10 from London, and seven from Gandhinagar, among others. Among the passengers with domicile of a foreign nation, bodies of 49 British nationals, seven Portuguese nationals, and one Canadian national had been handed over as of Monday evening. About 28 of the total mortal remains have been sent by air within India and outside, added Civil Hospital officials.

Ahmedabad plane crash: 259 bodies, including 19 ground casualties, identified; remains of 256 handed over to families

After over 11 days of the Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad, 259 bodies have been identified by Monday. Sources told The Indian Express that only one Indian male passenger's remains were yet to be confirmed by DNA profiling. Of these 259 identified bodies, 256 have been handed over to families so far, said Dr Rakesh Joshi, the Medical Superintendent of Ahmedabad Civil Hospital. Dr Joshi said of the 259 bodies, 253 were identified through DNA analysis and six by facial recognition. He declined to offer an official death toll, stating that the Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) process was underway. Dr Joshi said that of the 259 bodies that had been identified by June 23 evening, 253 — including 240 from the aircraft and 13 on ground — had been identified through DNA profiling. Bodies of six people – all ground casualties – had been identified by their faces. Sources told The Indian Express that only one body, that of an Indian male passenger who was aboard the Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner that crashed on June 12, was yet to be identified, even as the forensic experts had exhausted all the 318 samples from the remains found at the crash site in Meghaninagar area of Ahmedabad. This is also likely the final death toll because of the process of elimination, the sources added. If 240 bodies of passengers and crew had been identified from the aircraft, this would mean that only one body remained to be identified. The plane crash had only one survivor – Viswash Kumar Ramesh – while the rest 241 passengers died in the tragedy. Jaypalsingh Rathore, the Additional Commissioner of Police for Sector-2, had earlier confirmed to The Indian Express that only four people had been reported missing on the ground after the crash. The bodies of all four had been identified through DNA profiling and handed over to the families, thus leaving no person in the ground unaccounted for, he said. This took the total death toll on the ground to 19 persons, a fact further corroborated by Dr Joshi who said that no new bodies had been recovered from the crash site over the last several days. Given that most of the aircraft debris has been moved out of the crash site, and there is little chance of discovery of any new body now, the final death toll of the crash of AI 171 would be restricted to 260 people, the sources said. Sources also told The Indian Express that there had been certain problems in matching the DNA of the remaining deceased passenger to the relatives, who had submitted their blood samples. This could be due to extensive damage to the body of this victim, who has been identified by the flight manifest but not yet confirmed by DNA, they added. The name of this victim has been kept under wraps for now. Meanwhile, Dr Joshi said that of the 259 identified bodies, 256 had been handed over to families. These include 180 Indians, seven Portuguese, one Canadian and 49 British passengers, besides 19 non-passengers. The three remaining bodies were also of British nationals, two of which are likely to be collected on the intervening night of June 23-24. The third will be received by the kin on June 25. Of the 256 bodies handed over to kin, 28 have been flown over by air while 228 have been transported by road.

GTA 6 fan claims Rockstar used his likeness for Jason's character

Source: Rockstar Games A Twitter user by the name of Drew Spacely has turned viral for accusing Rockstar Games of using his actual-life image, specifically facial scars, of an old mugshot as inspiration for Jason, one of the main characters in GTA 6. Although he is not threatening to sue, Spacely's side-by-side comparisons and sympathetic tweets have raised eyebrows among the GTA community. Fan thinks GTA 6's Jason has his scars and facial features Drew Spacely has tweeted a number of times commenting on how visually similar to his character is the character "Jason" that appears in the GTA 6 trailers. He brought attention to distinctive facial scars above his eyebrow and on his jawline, those he asserts are identical to the ones shown on Jason in Rockstar's promotional posters and gameplay videos. The Real Life Jason Duval… From GTA6! Within a single tweet, he posted, "Even the first animation has reference to my scar," along with a collage of his own picture and pictures from the trailer with red circles surrounding similar marks. He further added, "I have something that you will never ever have tho! And that's the truth, my face, and my story." Despite all that, Drew was adamant that he does not bear any ill feelings toward Rockstar. In an even newer post, he stated, "I also just want to announce right now that I will not be seeking any sort of money or legal action against Rockstar Games. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Jolie-Pitt Family Shows Support For Shiloh's Change Drivepedia Undo I love this company and everything they do." Community reaction, Rockstar's silence, and prior similar claims The wider GTA community is responding with interest and speculation, but Rockstar Games has yet to comment on Spacely's allegations. While there are fans who observe the similarity, others perceive it as a coincidence, as the character's appearance could be a representation of typical archetypes. This is not the first time Rockstar has encountered likeness claims. Late in 2023, the "Florida Joker" claimed that his tattooed mugshot had inspired a GTA 6 NPC. Years previously, Lindsay Lohan's claim against Rockstar over a GTA V character was eventually dismissed by the courts. Though there's no official report connecting Drew Spacely to GTA 6's Jason, his assertions have raised fans' interest. Whether coincidence or tacit influence, Drew has explicitly stated he's just a huge fan thrilled about the game. As the popularity for GTA 6 increases, tales like these add to the mystery.
