Cloudy skies, rain showers possible across PH due to easterlies, ITCZ
The easterlies and the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will influence the country's weather conditions in the next 24 hours, PAGASA said in its early Saturday morning forecast.
Mindanao and Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ.
The same weather conditions are expected in Batanes and Cagayan because of the easterlies, which will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms to the rest of the country.
Extreme Northern Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters. The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
