Teenager dead and another in hospital after A25 crash in Guildford
An 18-year-old man has died and another is in a serious condition following a crash in Surrey.Police are appealing for witnesses to the single-vehicle crash which happened at 23:20 BST on the A25 Woodbridge Road, Guildford on Thursday.South East Coast Ambulance Service attended and one of the teenagers was pronounced dead at the scene and the second was taken to hospital in a serious condition.While the road had been closed between the junction with Walnut Tree Close and the Dennis roundabout, Surrey Police said it had since reopened.

In the same month, a driver was caught by a dashcam throwing a water bottle from his window on the A418 in May, a small sack of litter was captured by roadside CCTV being thrown from a moving vehicle on the A412 in Iver. As part of the For Bucks Sake campaign to combat littering, drivers are asked to submit dashcam footage if they record evidence of littering from vehicles. Submissions must clearly show the offence and the vehicle's registration number and the evidence can be uploaded on the council Jackson said: "I strongly encourage anyone who has footage of litter being dropped from a vehicle to send that video evidence to Buckinghamshire Council so we can identify the perpetrator and ensure they pay the penalty for their selfish and inconsiderate action."The council said that all income from fines is ringfenced for environmental enforcement and street cleaning. Slough man stopped by police had no licence for 44 years
