Soap ‘mega-hunk' looks unrecognisable as he reunites with co-star and returns to show 20 years after quitting
A NEIGHBOURS "mega-hunk" looks unrecognisable as he reunites with one of his 90s' co-stars. This actor, now 55, has returned to Ramsay Street 20 years after quitting the Aussie soap. 5 Do you remember this Neighbours 'mega hunk'? - Seen here with co-star Kimberley Davies Credit: Instagram/neighbours 5 The pair have reunited as fans get ready to say goodbye to the soap - again Credit: Instagram/neighbours 5 The star in question is Richard Grieve - known for playing hunky Sam Kratz in the soap in the mid-90s Credit: Shutterstock Editorial 5 The actor was a pin-up in the 90s thanks to his role Credit: Fremantle Media Soap star Richard Grieve is back in Erinsborough, as Neighbours gets ready to bid farewell for a second time. Die-hard fans of the soap will remember him for playing Sam Kratz, who during his time on the soap became a pin-up on teenagers' bedroom walls. Richard's character rode into Ramsay Street in 1994 on a motorcycle clad in a leather jacket. He was an instant hit, and soon secured his Neighbours star heartthrob status. Richard previously revealed how he was unsure about attending the audition for Sam, after he learned that producers were looking for "a mega-hunk". However, he borrowed a leather jacket to make himself look more like the character, and he was told that he had the role a week after the audition. After leaving Neighbours in 1996, he joined rival soap Home and Away, playing Dr Lachlan Fraser. H. Staying with soaps, he then headed to blighty and starred in Emmerdale for two years until 2009. Sam is joined in his Neighbours return by Kimberley Davies, who appeared as Annalise Hartman from 1993 to 1996. The 52-year-old later moved to the United States, appearing in episodes of Friends and Ally McBeal. 90s soap bombshell hasn't aged a day as she returns to show twenty years after quitting The pair were pictured reuniting in a promo picture for their forthcoming return. Meanwhile, it comes after it was recently revealed how the final episode of Neighbours could reportedly 'fall flat"' - due to a lack of legends returning. So far, Richard and Kimberley are the only ones. Earlier this year, the beloved Aussie soap was axed for a second time, having been saved by Amazon after 37 years on Channel 5. 5 Actor Richard also starred in Emmerdale Credit: Shutterstock Editorial The original finale saw Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan return to Ramsay Street, alongside other show alums. However, bosses' attempts to bring back A-listers this time around have reportedly not panned out. According to Daily Mail Australia, stars such as Margot Robbie, Natalie Imbruglia, Guy Pearce and Russell Crowe are all said to have snubbed the final episode. An insider told the publication: "The cast of the current season will need to rely on the storylines that involve their characters, because breaking out the cheque book won't cover it." Regarding the 2022 finale, the source added: "The mega stars waived their usual million dollar fees and felt like they were waving goodbye to the show that launched them. It was very classy. "The fact that Alan Fletcher, Jackie Woodburn and Ryan Maloney were tipped off as the show was saved during Neighbours' 'farewell tour' was pretty awkward in retrospect." The last episode of Neighbours will air on December 11.

Taking to her Instagram story in a candid Q&A with fans, Paige lifted the lid after a fan asked her about the truth behind her looks. The American said: "There's been a lot of speculation over the cosmetic work that I've had done, so let's be transparent right now. "Yes, my face and body do look different than when I first started doing this. "One I am older and two I am 50 pounds heavier but this is all the work I've had done over a nine-year span." Paige revealed she had had no work done to her body, with all of it being real. However, her face has had its share of procedures. She explained: "I've had my nose done and then I've had filler work done in the past, but I don't think I have any filler left in my face right now. "I've done Botox before [but] I don't have any botox in my face currently. "I'll just do my upper forehead and sometimes around my eyes. Paige Spiranac rival Claire Hogle turns heads in stunning outfit after wowing fans with skills on and off the course "These are two veneers, my teeth just never grew in properly there. "And I will do laser work for resurfacing and tightening, and that's all." That means there have been no secret surgeries across her time in the spotlight, something which is quite rare in the influencer sphere. According to the BBC, 27,462 cosmetic surgery procedures were conducted in the UK in 2024 - a five per cent rise on 2023 - with nine in ten of these surgeries being women. Boob jobs were the most popular treatment, followed by breast reduction surgery in second place. However, the figures indicate that much of the rise was driven by facial rejuvenation surgery, similar to what Paige admits to having had done.

Meet the 3 Love is Blind Irish stars including a fortune teller's future bride
Love Is Blind UK is back for season two - and this time, three singletons from Ireland are stepping into the pods to find love without laying eyes on their potential partners. The hit Netflix dating experiment, hosted once again by Emma and Matt Willis, sees 30 hopeful romantics from across the UK and Ireland attempting to meet "The One" and even get engaged - all before that first in-person glance. But when the walls come down, will it be instant chemistry or awkward reality? This season's Irish contenders are bringing plenty of charm - and a few intriguing backstories - to the mix. Christine, 35, from Limerick, is an HR Operations Lead. Christine has had her fair share of heartbreak and admits that bad boys are her downfall. The Monica from Friends lookalike finds it hard to date in her small rural town where the guys are already snapped up. As an only child, Christine would love to be able to provide her parents with a grandchild and is hoping the experiment will lead to the white wedding she's always dreamed of. Tara, 33, from Wicklow, runs her own cafe. She finds it tough to meet men in Wicklow because the dating pool is relatively small. Her last relationship ended 18 months ago after more than two years together because she felt they were recycling the same jokes and small talk. Tara was told by a fortune teller that she'd be engaged by September, so watch this space. Billy, 35, from Bangor, Co Down is an Army Physical Trainer. He has been single since his divorce five years ago and finds the modern-day dating world "a complete minefield". He often feels like the third wheel as most of his friends are settled down and as a result, doesn't socialise as much as he used to. Divorce hasn't put Billy off marriage and he's keen to be a husband again and start a family with his life partner. The first four episodes of Love Is Blind UK season two drop on Wednesday, August 13, with more episodes following weekly. This season runs for 10 instalments - two fewer than last year - with the finale set to land on Wednesday, August 27.
