The 14-year-old twins he shares with Mariah Carey took to Instagram on Father's Day to show love to their dad, revealing a side of Cannon that rarely gets the spotlight. While the media often focuses on the Wild 'N Out star's growing number of kids—12 in total with six different women—Moroccan and Monroe painted a far more tender portrait of their father.
'Happy Father's Day pops. I love you so much dad,' Moroccan wrote in a touching caption alongside a carousel of throwback photos. 'You've always been there for me and helped me with whatever problem I'm dealing with at any time and any place. Thank you for raising me to be the dude I am today.'
His twin sister Monroe chimed in with a sweet message of her own, writing 'Happy Father's Day Daddy' and posting a fun selfie of the two making goofy faces together, soundtracked by Tupac's 'Keep Ya Head Up.' She called him 'the best dad in the whole world.'
The photos Moroccan shared painted a pretty picture of a hands-on dad—playing with kites, goofing off with filters, dressing in matching leather jackets, and FaceTiming from the car. Even in snapshots spanning more than a decade, Cannon's connection to his children was undeniable. Notably, none of the shared images included their mother, though Cannon and Carey have maintained a positive co-parenting relationship since their divorce in 2016.

Actor David Hekili Kenui Bell, best known for his appearances in the live-action version of Lilo & Stitch and Hawaii Five-O has died, his sister announced on Facebook. He was 57. He was set to appear in the upcoming project The Wrecking Crew, alongside Jason Momoa and Morena Baccarin, according to IMDb. The sister noted that his voice is the one used at Kona International Airport, where he "loved working to create an awesome and safe customer experience." She added, "He was and will remain a bright and shining star." She recalled having celebrated his Disney debut with him just last month. "He planned ahead and purchased the best seats in the house for us all to go together to opening night in Kapolei just two short weeks ago," she wrote. Jalene Kanani Bell did not explain her brother's cause of death, but she did delve into their strong connection. "I met my little brother at the age of 18, on my high school graduation day," she wrote, "it was the most amazing surprise which I had been asking for for years, that our mom's made happen for us, and that gift has lasted a lifetime. While I didn't grow up with a Father, David gave me all the unconditional love I could possibly ask for and I believe that all his family and friends received the same from him." Bell noted that her brother "loved being an actor, doing voiceovers, spending time with Brutus traveling as an ambassador for Kona Brew. Local protesters have branded the Amazon founder and his helicopter pilot fiancée as 'oligarchs' and said they will take whatever action necessary to spoil the fairytale $7m wedding, which the locals mayor's office said will be held on Bezos' $500 million superyacht Koru, set to be anchored just outside the floating city. 'We'll throw ourselves into the canal if we have to, we'll make sure they choke on their wedding cake,' activists leading the protests said, according to the Italian edition of Vanity Fair magazine. Sabrina Carpenter Criticized For Using "Ableist" Term
I'm sure we're all aware by now that Sabrina Carpenter just released a brand-new song, "Manchild." It's taken the world by storm. The song, which came out on June 5, debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100. And a few days after the song came out, she announced her new album, Man's Best Friend, is coming out August 29. Yep, Sabrina is TOTALLY BACK. Well, since then, she's gotten a bit of heat from the internet — for one, because the Man's Best Friend album cover depicts her kneeling on the floor (like a dog) while someone standing up (supposedly a man) pulls her hair. One tweet with almost 50K likes reads: "women face horrific domestic abuse and degradation at the hands of men every single day worldwide, but she wants to profit off of imagery of herself being degraded, comparing herself to a dog. pandering to men will never be feminist." Other people are coming to her defense, though, pointing out that it's likely a satire or commentary on women's treatment. But that's not the only thing Sabrina is getting backlash for; people are also upset about this one lyric in "Manchild." So let's talk about it. In the song, she ends off the first verse by singing: "It's all just so familiar, baby, what do you call it?" and then answers her own question with: "Stupid / Or is it slow? / Maybe it's useless? / But there's a cuter word for it. I know," and proceeds to sing the word "manchild" in the chorus. Now, people on TikTok and X have been calling out her usage of the word "slow" in the song. Some are referring to the word as a slur, and others are pointing out that even if it's not directly a slur, it's "still used as a replacement for the r-slur sometimes." Context here: in her song "Busy Woman," Sabrina sings, "If you don't want me, I'll just deem you gay." Buuuut on the other hand, there are a ton of people coming to Sabrina's defense. They're saying that there are much more derogatory songs (and terms) we should be calling out instead, and that it's just a fun, lighthearted lyric. Anyway, the internet is, as per usual, totally divided on this. And the whole discussion is veryyy interesting. So tell me: Does Sabrina's usage of "slow" in "Manchild" rub you the wrong way?
