30K without power as weather causes outages across Western Washington
As of 7 a.m., Puget Sound Energy reported 66 outages, impacting 23,690 customers.
Seattle City Light (SCL) responded to an outage in the Lake Forest Park area affecting 3,900 customers. By 7 a.m., that number had dropped to 534 customers as power was restored to most customers in the Lake Forest Park area. According to SCL, the cause for the outage was heavy, wet snow on trees and vegetation. Crews are continuing to work to get power back for the remaining customers.
Across Western Washington, almost 30,000 customers were without power.

Pinpoint Weather Alert Days for Tuesday severe storms, Friday and Saturday temperatures
DENVER (KDVR) — After some Tuesday morning storms, Denver has another round of severe weather early in the afternoon, with the storms pushing out into the Eastern Plains by the late afternoon. Tuesday is a Pinpoint Weather Alert Day for hail risks and gusty winds in the metro and Eastern Plains. Friday and Saturday will both be Pinpoint Weather Alert Days as well as record-breaking heat is expected both days. Storms from Tuesday morning will clear, leaving some partial clearing through mid-morning. Highs will be below average, only reaching the upper 70s. Storms then kick off along Interstate 25 and metro Denver in the early afternoon, after noon and prior to 2 p.m. Live updates: Metro Denver, Eastern Plains see severe weather early Tuesday morning There is a slight risk for severe weather in the metro on Tuesday and an enhanced risk for the Eastern Plains. Over 800 flights delayed amid storms on Friday, 24 canceled
DENVER (KDVR) — A Pinpoint Weather Alert Day is issued for Friday as thunderstorms and hail make their way to the Denver metro area and are expected to affect travelers. As of 5:25 p.m. on Friday, over 800 flights at the Denver International Airport have been delayed. Pothole that formed in under 30 minutes causes backups on I-70: CDOT The online flight tracker FlightAware reported that 839 flights in and out of DIA were delayed, and a total of 24 were canceled.
