In today's 'doing too much' news, celebrity couple Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good were recently approached outside an Apple store by what at first seemed to be a friendly fan who wanted a picture. The newlyweds obliged, but the mood changed when he complimented Good.
'You're beautiful in person, just to let you know,' the unidentified man said in a clip shared by The Art of Dialogue. 'Could I get a picture and possibly a number?'
Good quickly replied, 'No, that's my man,' while Majors approached the man behind the camera, saying, 'Whose number? Why don't you go Google something, bro?'
He steps forward, but that's when the recording shuts off as the man says, 'I didn't know.'
Now really, sir? You knew who Meagan Good was, but didn't know about her husband. He made headlines not just for being accused of abuse, but for Good (and her mother) supporting him throughout the trial as he lost most of his upcoming work and his reputation. After getting engaged in November 2024, they reportedly married in March, according to PEOPLE .
We don't know what happened after the cameras switched off, but given Major's bodybuilding background and training for Creed III, maybe forcing a reaction out of him isn't the best idea.
Good has yet to announce her next gig after the series finale of her latest show, Harlem. Majors, who lost his job as Kang the Conqueror in the MCU, is trying to restart his career after a misdemeanor conviction in his case of domestic violence against an ex-girlfriend. He starred in Magazine Dreams, a critically acclaimed film that was released to little fanfare in March.
Somewhat surprisingly, despite all the negatives attached to Major's name, the internet respected him for standing up to an obvious troll. See some of the best reactions below.

Apple drops first trailer for new survival thriller — and it just became one of my most anticipated movies of the fall

Director Paul Greengrass certainly knows how to create an adrenaline-fueled thriller movie. The British filmmaker helmed three entries in the 'Jason Bourne' franchise alongside the acclaimed 'Captain Phillips,' and now he's back in the survival genre via Apple TV Plus. The director's new movie is called 'The Lost Bus' and it's set to arrive on Apple's streaming service later on October 3. It will also receive a limited theatrical release on September 19, which could indicate that Apple thinks it has an awards player on its hands. The survival drama is set during the 2018 Camp Fire, which is noted as being the deadliest and most destructive wildfire in California history. It stars Oscar winner Matthew McConaughey alongside 'Barbie' alumna America Ferrera, who's an Academy Award nominee. Between the two stars and the pedigree of the director behind the camera, 'The Lost Bus' is a pretty easy sell, and it's already one of my most anticipated streaming movies of the fall season. However, if you need more convincing, Apple just dropped the first official trailer. This preview introduces McConaughey's character and sets the stakes as he's tasked with driving a bus full of schoolchildren through a blazing inferno while also attempting to reunite with his own son. Meanwhile, America Ferrea plays the children's teacher who is also desperate to ensure the children in her care escape the fire unharmed. In short, the trailer looks extremely intense. The closing shot, which shows the bright yellow school bus speeding down a fire-licked road, the forest on either side ablaze, is particularly striking. Get instant access to breaking news, the hottest reviews, great deals and helpful tips. The two-minute trailer also hints at the movie's emotional pull as McConaughey's character reflects on being an absentee father and his desire to make amends for his previous parental failures. Alongside the trailer, Apple has released an official synopsis for the upcoming movie: 'From director Paul Greengrass and inspired by real events, 'The Lost Bus' is a white-knuckle ride through one of America's deadliest wildfires as a wayward school bus driver (Matthew McConaughey) and a dedicated school teacher (America Ferrera) battle to save 22 children from the terrifying inferno." It certainly sounds like a setup ripe for adrenaline-raising brushes with towering flames, and with Greengrass in the director's seat, viewers can expect a movie that gets increasingly intense across its runtime. The fact that it's set during a real-world natural disaster will only make its dramatic moments all the more powerful as real people faced this wildfire. Alongside McConaughey and Ferrea, 'The Lost Bus' also features Yul Vazquez, Ashlie Atkinson, Spencer Watson and Danny McCarthy. It's based on the novel "Paradise: One Town's Struggle to Survive an American Wildfire" by Lizzie Johnson, and written by Brad Ingelsby and Paul Greengrass. 'The Lost Bus' is set to start streaming on Apple TV Plus on October 3. In the meantime, if you need something gripping to watch to help pass the time, Netflix just added both seasons of a twist-filled sci-fi thriller series and it's managed a rare 100% score on Rotten Tomatoes.

New on Apple TV Plus in August 2025 — all the shows and movies to watch

Summer is just flying by, and a new month is almost here. That means Apple TV Plus (along with the rest of the best streaming services) is rolling out a new selection of movies and TV shows to celebrate the beginning of August. This month brings several high-profile returning favorites to the streamer, like the explosive third season of sci-fi drama "Invasion" and the beloved comedy series "Platonic" starring two of Hollywood's most likable comedic talents, Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne. That being said, there's also an epic new historical drama starring Jason Momoa that looks like a must-watch for fans of "Game of Thrones" and Shogun." Whether you're looking for family-friendly entertainment or want to put on something made strictly for adults, Apple TV Plus has plenty of options arriving this month. You can find more info about all the new Apple TV Plus releases coming your way in August 2025 below. Billed as a "passion project" for co-creators Jason Momoa and Thomas Pa'a Sibbett (who share native Hawaiian heritage), "Chief of War" tells the real-life-inspired story of Hawaii's unification on the cusp of the 19th century, during a period of looming colonization. It promises to be an epic historical drama that sheds light on a chapter of history often overlooked by Western media. Told from an indigenous perspective, the series centers on Kaʻiana (Momoa), a fierce warrior and noble, who returns home only to get swept into a brutal campaign to unite the islands against the foreign threat. The cast is predominantly Polynesian, and much of the dialogue is in 'Ōlelo Hawai'i, lending the show a level of cultural authenticity rarely seen in historical dramas. Following its two-episode premiere on August 1, "Chief of War' will release every Friday through September 19. Muth's acclaimed "Zen" books, is back to teach kids more important lessons about mindfulness. Each episode blends everyday childhood challenges with mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, and calm storytelling — an approach that has earned the series both a Peabody and a Daytime Emmy Award. "Stillwater" follows the titular wise panda (voiced by James Sie), who teaches three young siblings, Addy (Eva Ariel Binder), Michael (Tucker Chandler), and Karl (Judah Mackey), how to navigate everyday challenges and better understand their emotions. Through his example, stories, and gentle humor, Stillwater offers children tools to grow with empathy and resilience. Watch on Apple TV Plus from August 1 "Platonic's" first season earned this hit character-driven comedy a spot on our best Apple TV Plus shows list. Season 2 promises more laugh-out-loud moments with two of Hollywood's most effortlessly charming comedic talents, Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne. It follows two long-estranged besties, Sylvia (Byrne) and Will (Rogen), who reconnect over their shared midlife crises — much to the discomfort of everyone around them. After his messy divorce in season 1, Will enters a new relationship that threatens to throw the duo's already-fragile dynamic off balance. Determined not to let their friendship derail this time, they attempt to reel in their chaos and start doing more "normal" adult activities. Of course, for these two codependent idiots, that's easier said than done. Watch on Apple TV Plus from August 6 Apple's expansive sci-fi drama "Invasion" returns for season 3 this month, and war has officially arrived. It's all been leading up to this. Previous seasons showed an alien invasion unfold through the perspectives of ordinary people across the globe, each scrambling to survive as society unravels. In season 3, those perspectives collide for the first time as full-scale war erupts. Humanity's only hope to repel the alien threat is if everyone comes together. The international cast of characters we've met thus far pool their expertise to unite as an elite incursion unit on a high-stakes mission to infiltrate the looming alien mothership. As new bonds are formed and relationships tested, the survivors must learn to work as a team before time runs out or humanity's doomed. Watch on Apple TV Plus from August 22 Another show for the little ones, the award-winning"Shape Island" returns with more imaginative adventures in season 2. Based on the beloved books "Shapes" picture book trilogy by Mac Barnett and Jon Klassen, this stop-motion animated series follows the aptly named Square, Triangle, and Circle. The trio embarks on adventures, solves puzzles, and builds their friendship — all while learning to understand and appreciate each other's differences. Because, as we all know, friendship comes in every shape and size. Season two features the returning voices of Yvette Nicole Brown ('Frog and Toad') as the narrator, Harvey Guillén ('Puss in Boots: The Last Wish') as Square, Scott Adsit ('Big Hero 6') as Triangle, and Gideon Adlon ('Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths') as Circle. Hawkeye Season 2: Jeremy Renner on Show's Future, More MCU Projects

Jeremy Renner is 'sure' that Season 2 will happen. Renner has played Clint Barton/Hawkeye in the MCU since 2011's Thor. In 2021, the character got his own Disney+ show that sees Renner reprise his role alongside Hailee Steinfeld's Kate Bishop, Tony Dalton's Jack Duquesne, Florence Pugh's Yelena Belova, and Vincent D'Onofrio's Wilson Fisk/Kingpin. What did Jeremy Renner say about Hawkeye Season 2? While there was some doubt that Hawkeye Season 2 would ever happen following salary disputes and Renner's snowplow accident, the actor told Empire Magazine he's quite sure they'll 'end up doing Season 2, and do other [Marvel Studios] things.' 'I'm always happy to be in that world, man,' he said. 'I love all those guys, I love the character…And I'm happy to do it. My body's getting ready for something like that. I don't know if anybody wants to see me in tights, but my body will look good in the tights.' Renner further said he's now 'more than 150 per cent' of where he was physically prior to the snowplow incident. He continued, 'Having health and wellness be such a central part of my life, that's what's gotten me back. And even as I age, I just feel stronger than I've been. I have some issues, and tendon issues and certain limitations of flexibility and mobility, but I spent a lot of time on getting better and stronger, and I wouldn't if I didn't get crushed.' There has been no official word about Hawkeye being renewed for a second season from Marvel at this time. It's also not clear if Renner will appear in any of the forthcoming Avengers movies — Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars — as he has not been part of the announced cast up until now. The first season of Marvel Television's Hawkeye is available to stream on Disney+. Originally reported by Brandon Schreur at SuperHeroHype.
