EastEnders fans ‘work out' Freddie Slater's exit story - and it would be perfect
Freddie Slater is set to leave Albert Square following the announcement that Bobby Brazier has quit his EastEnders role, and fans think they've already worked out his exit storyline.
Bobby took on the role of Freddie in 2022, when the character returned to attend Kat Slater's (Jessie Wallace) wedding to Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden).
In the past few years, Freddie has been at the centre of some big storylines, including being diagnosed with ADHD, learning the truth about his biological father and getting caught in a love triangle with Anna Knight (Molly Rainford) and best friend Bobby Beale.
One of his standout moments saw him attack sinister stalker Theo Hawthorne with an iron, when he caught him attempting to rape Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner).
The scene was a parallel to an iconic moment from the early 2000s which saw Freddie's mum Little Mo Slater, fight back against abusive husband Trevor Morgan with an iron.
Now, with Freddie set to leave Walford behind, fans are hoping that his exit might be the catalyst for Kacey Ainsworth to reprise her role as Little Mo for a short stint.
Last year, viewers were treated to the brief return of Jane Beale when she arrived to pick up Bobby Beale during his exit storyline, so fans are wondering if Little Mo may do the same for Freddie.
Though they are trying not to get their hopes up, fans are already calling for the actress to return, with Josh writing on Twitter/X: 'I doubt it but a Little Mo cameo for his exit would be perfect.'
Ryan agreed, saying: 'A Little Mo cameo would be brilliant especially on the 25th Anniversary of The Slaters. If they keep this one under wraps this could be a great cameo and a huge exit for Freddie.'
'Can we get a Jane Beale style cameo for Freddie's exit from Little Mo pls,' another fan pleaded.
Actress Kacey previously refused to rule out a return to the BBC soap, saying: 'It is an availability thing, it's always an availability thing.'
She went on to admit that it would also depend on whether it was the right storyline. More Trending
In recent weeks, it was announced that Michelle Ryan would be returning to her iconic role as Zoe Slater.
Zoe was involved in some enormous storylines, including Dirty Den's murder and the discovery that Kat was not her sister, but her mother.

Could her return be directly linked to Freddie's exit – or could it be something to do with Kat's upcoming nuptials to Alfie Moon (Shane Richie)?

Meghan Markle's brutal 'difference' with Prince Harry amid bitter Charles feud
Prince Harry's rift with his royal relatives, including his father King Charles, shows no signs of being healed - and an insider has revealed what Meghan Markle thinks about the feud Prince Harry's bitter feud with King Charles shows no signs of being healed with their relationship still thought to be at an all-time low. And when it comes to Harry's fallout with his royal relatives, it seems that his wife Meghan views the row differently than her husband. While Harry gave a recent bombshell interview, confirming he is no longer speaking to his father, Meghan has remained quiet on the family fallout. Instead, she has appeared to be focused on building her As Ever lifestyle business and lining up new products as well as working on her Netflix show and podcast. And according to a source close to the couple, despite Meghan firmly standing by Harry's side, she reportedly wishes he would feel "less burdened" by the past and instead "more present in the life they've built together". The source told PEOPLE that Meghan is focused on the future and is "very business about it" while Harry reportedly has "one foot in the past". It comes after Palace insiders revealed one of the key factor s that could be stopping the King from making the first move in reconciling with his estranged son. The feud between father and son is believed to have gone from bad to worse in recent weeks after Harry gave an explosive interview to the BBC after losing another court battle over his security arrangements in the UK. In that interview, he confirmed that things had got so bad between him and his father, that the King, who is still having cancer treatment, will not speak to him and he does not know "how much longer my father has" left. It comes after Harry railed against his family in his memoir Spare, where he criticised his father, branded his stepmother Queen Camilla dangerous and claimed older brother Prince William physically attacked him. Some have suggested that if father and son are to get their relationship back on track, it should be the King to reach out and make the first move. However, a palace insider told PEOPLE magazine one of the reasons why this has not been the case so far - and they claimed it is because those around the King have not "encouraged reconciliation". According to the publication, William has shown "no interest" in repairing the rift, Camilla "stays out of it" while even the King's most personal aide, private secretary Sir Clive Alderton, is "unlikely to push for a personal outreach". Respected royal correspondent and author Valentine Low told the publication of Charles: "There is not a good angel in his ear to say, 'Be a good dad and make the first move'." Talking about Harry's bombshell BBC interview, he added: "It wasn't meant to be an attack, but it would be seen as one. It makes Charles reach out even harder." In his shock interview after losing his security case at the Court of Appeal, Harry admitted: "Of course, some members of my family will never forgive me for writing a book. Of course, they will never forgive me for lots of things." Get Royal Family updates straight to your WhatsApp! Wimbledon to be aired on new TV channel for the first time after BBC covered action at All-England Club for 88 years
Wimbledon will be shown on a new TV channel for the first time having been covered by the BBC for 88 years. While the company will still remain the principle broadcaster in the action when it comes to this year's action at SW19, a new broadcaster will show the event for the first time. This is courtesy of a stipulation in Ofcom 's Listed Events regulations, which permits 'secondary broadcasters' at major sporting tournaments. This year's tournament runs from Monday June 30 to Sunday July 13 and costs the BBC around £60million per year. But a new broadcaster will have rights to show highlights in 2025. That honour will see them take over the daily 90-minute highlights show of the action at the conclusion of each day's play. TNT Sports will assume the five-year deal that was originally signed by Eurosport in May last year after it bought Eurosport - which disappeared from UK viewers' screens back in February. The BBC have broadcast events at Wimbledon since 1937, when matches from Centre Court were shown up to half an hour each day. Coverage will come across BBC1 and BBC2, with all matches shown on BBC iPlayer, in addition to updates via radio, online and its app. Carlos Alcaraz will be seeking a third successive Wimbledon title after beating Novak Djokovic in each of the previous two finals on Centre Court. Meanwhile, Djokovic has burning ambitions of his own to win a 25th Grand Slam title and hold the outright record for the most majors won by a single player in the history of the sport. But it is his rival Alcaraz who will come into the tournament as favourite after his astonishing comeback victory over Jannik Sinner to lift the French Open title at Roland-Garros on Sunday. At one stage, the Spaniard was two sets down and had to save three championship points before completing an almighty fightback to win his fifth Grand Slam. As is tradition, he will appear on Centre Court during the first day of the tournament, with women's singles champion Barbora Krejcíkova doing the same.

Glastonbury cuts ticket numbers and makes drastic Charli XCX plans
Glastonbury 2025 is due to get underway in just three weeks and some shocking changes have just been announced by organise Emily Eavis. This year's event has sold out but will not use its full 210,000 capacity as normal. Eavis has revealed that the number of festival goers allowed onto the site has been cut as an experiment after a surge in crowds for big name acts in recent years. "It'll be interesting just to see how that affects the dynamics on site," Emily Eavis told the BBC's Sidetracked podcast, adding that she wants to see if the reduction "can make an impact on some of the busier times". She revealed they have also created more room for the audience at the Other Stage, the festival's second-biggest arena, where Charli XCX is expected to attract a huge crowd when she headlines on the Saturday night.
