I love stepping out in a skimpy dress with my super long legs – and watching jaws hit the floor when I reveal my age
Stylish mother Sue Giers, from Hamburg, Germany, shares passion for fashion - and previously confessed that being ''basic'' is not in her ''DNA''.
Although some expect women to become invisible after reaching a certain age, one thing is clear - Sue refuses to do so, regularly sporting skimpy frocks and ensembles.
The blonde beauty, who left people stunned after revealing her age, is no stranger to jumping on the latest trends - whether that's showing off her toned legs is teeny dresses or flaunting her enviable body in figure-hugging rompers.
Despite what keyboard warriors have to say, the German entrepreneur also continues to share fit checks on her TikTok page, where she's won close to 80k followers.
One such clip recently saw the blonde beauty show off just some of her summer wardrobe favourites - a tube dress with cutout detailing around the slim waist and a mega thigh-high split.
The mum, who looked sensational, had paired the fit with strappy heels, loose waves and a chic purse in black.
For Sue, who is 55, it's more than just about clothes - it's also a reflection of how far she's come, she previously revealed.
''These pieces aren't just fabric: they're a celebration of the journey that brought me here.
''From moments of uncertainty to moments of pure confidence, my style reflects the courage to embrace every stage of life with grace and authenticity.
''I hope to inspire others to redefine ageing and beauty, showing that true style knows no age.
''Let's continue to empower each other to boldly express ourselves and live life to the fullest!'' Sue reminded in the uplifting post.
Six steps I follow to keep my legs looking so good at 55
The 55-year-old also shared some of her go-to tips to stay in top shape, including a shower trick.
'I think my legs are in better shape than they were in my twenties,' Sue, from Germany, told What's The Jam.
'I've been focusing on fitness all of my life, dancing until I was 17 and trying out new things – I love a challenge.
'Since I started doing weight training, my legs have become very toned, and I'm stronger than ever.'
As well as spending time working out, Sue shared six 'unique hacks' she swears by to keep her legs looking ' fabulous '.
One of them includes leg elevation which ''reduces swelling and promotes better circulation'', as well as alternating between hot and cold water when showering, which she says is a 'game changer'.
The 5 best exercises to lose weight
By Lucy Gornall, personal trainer and health journalist
EXERCISE can be intimidating and hard to devote yourself to. So how do you find the right workout for you?
As a PT and fitness journalist, I've tried everything.
I've taken part in endless fitness competitions, marathons and I maintain a regime of runs, strength training and Pilates.
Fitness is so entrenched in my life, I stick to it even at Christmas!
The key is finding an activity you love that can become a habit.
My top five forms of exercise, especially if you're trying to lose weight, are:
Walking
Running
Pilates
High-intensity interval training (HIIT)
Strength training
She said: 'This enhances blood flow and firms up the skin on my legs.'
Next, the fitness buff also likes to creates a scrub using coffee grounds, brown sugar and almond oil to use as a 'natural exfoliant'.
She said: 'Massaging this blend onto my legs in circular motions smooths the skin and boosts circulation.'
As with any health advocate, Sue is also a staunch supporter of the high-fibre diet.
She said: 'Lots of fruits, veggies and wholegrains help reduce water retention, keeping my legs lean and toned.'
As for her taut and toned stomach? Sue recommends taking cold showers and ice baths, trying to stand up instead of sitting down wherever possible, practice a stomach 'vacuuming' exercise to strengthen the core, cut processed sugar, and to laugh as much as possible to engage the abs.
The mum's to her thousands of followers is simple: embrace your age – but don't let it limit you.
She added: 'Don't be afraid to age.
'But don't be afraid to make changes either.
'Find your discipline and just do it every day, no matter how you feel – because eventually you always feel better.
'Even if it's just 10 minutes, it's the quality time that you deserve for yourself.'

Girlguiding : What are the 72 new badges?
Girlguiding, the UK's largest youth organisation for girls, has launched 72 new badges in one of the biggest updates in its 115-year new badges have been designed for girls aged 4 to 18 across all sections of Girlguiding; Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers. This is only the second time in the organisation's history that the badge programme has been updated on such a large of the new badges on offer are earned through laughter, kindness, or even strong interests, where enthusiasm over things like Taylor Swift could see teenage Rangers receive a Fandom badge. Archive images courtesy of British Pathé The new badges also cover a wide range of interests and skills, from interior design and food tasting to learning about insects and creating calm spaces. They were developed after feedback from more than 20,000 girls and volunteers . More than 4,000 badge ideas were submitted, and 11,000 girls helped test the new activities that each badge involves. The badge activities were developed with Girlguiding's youth panel Amplify. Fatima, who is 18 and part of the group, says: "It's empowering to know our voices help shape what guiding looks like for the future."The aim of the new badges is to give members more choice and to reflect the things they said they wanted to learn. Amanda Azeez, Girlguiding Acting CEO said: "They've been designed by girls, for girls which is so important to make sure we are staying relevant to girls' wants and needs. My personal favourite is the Bee rescuer badge for Rainbows - I just love it!" Some of the new badges include: Courage: Helping younger members in Rainbows understand that being brave means trying new things, even when they feel Designer: Giving girls the chance to plan, design and decorate a space using their Spaces: Encouraging older members to create a relaxing environment that helps them feel calm and Critic: Helping girls explore different flavours and express their opinions on what they do (or don't) the last badge refresh in 2018, Girlguiding says more than 1.5 million badges have been earned by girls across the UK. How did Girlguiding begin? The Girl Guide Association was created in 1909 by a woman called Agnes Baden-Powell. Agnes played an incredibly important role in the Girl Guide movement. Her brother Robert had founded the Boy Scouts Association not long before, but many people didn't approve of girls taking part in outdoor activities, despite many wanting to take part. Agnes wanted to change that and her brother was in full support of her creating an organisation specifically for girls. Girl Guides were soon practising skills like cooking and first aid and there were lots of different badges they could earn. Many of these skills became very useful when the First World War began and saw lots of men and boys go off to fight. Famous Girl Guides include the late Queen Elizabeth, who became a Guide in 1937 at 11 when she was a princess. In 1994 The Girl Guide Association's name was updated to the Guide Association. It was updated again in 2002 and is known today as Girlguiding UK.

The sexy European blueblood so magnetic that a classic British actor begged her to marry him - and why the Princess turned down King Charles' attempts to court her
In his courting days, King Charles was more than happy to be seen with her on his arm. Sexy Princess Elizabeth of Yugoslavia was the most alluring blueblood that postwar Europe had ever seen, and he revelled in the attention. Her list of conquests was already long and to Elizabeth, her second cousin Charles was just another date. She'd been married - twice - so was out of the running to become the future Princess of Wales when they were spotted together at polo in 1975. Plus the stunning Elizabeth was twelve years older – though she didn't look it. The daughter of the last Regent of Yugoslavia, Prince Paul, she was a first-cousin of the Duke of Kent and Princess Alexandra. But though she could turn on the 'princess' bit when required, Elizabeth preferred the company of red-blooded men, not blue-blooded princes. One conquest was the serial bed-hopper Warren Beattie. Another was British actor Richard Burton - who in between his stormy first and second marriages to Elizabeth Taylor, became so smitten by the princess he begged her to marry him. 'I'm not a star. I have no career. There will be no separations in our lives, so I do not see how this cannot last,' gushed the princess about Britain's leading actor as they announced their engagement in November 1974. But it was all over before you could say 'Cut!' The engagement was a risky step for both. She'd already been married – to New York fashion czar Howard Oxenberg, then to Oxford-educated banker Neil Balfour. (With Oxenburg she had a baby girl, Catherine, who'd rise to become an international star playing Amanda Carrington in the fabled TV series Dynasty). Burton had been also married twice – to his first wife Sybil, then sensationally to Elizabeth Taylor, the Queen of Hollywood. For Taylor, Richard was to be her fifth marriage, and their nuptials followed a scandal when the couple, who'd got together on the 'Cleopatra' film set, were accused by the Vatican of 'erotic vagrancy'. Both were still married at the time. The couple divorced in 1974, with Taylor having been the one to introduce Princess Elizabeth to Burton. Within five months of the decree absolute, the princess and Richard were engaged – even though Burton confessed he was scared of her. 'She is very pretty & sexy but impertinent,' he confided to his diary. 'Very self-sufficient, brittle. I'm not absolutely sure she mightn't be a little bit nasty behind one's back. A touch of the daggers – until I get to know her better I shall wear armour on my back, where the daggers go in. 'Elisheba [his pet name for her] is after Warren Beatty. Bess [Elizabeth Taylor] warned her off - but naturally when a women is set on a certain course of action, order turns into chaos, and logic into insanity.' Despite this, Burton managed to push Beatty to one side and grabbed the volatile, alluring princess for himself. He couldn't wait to get her up the aisle, and neither could she - when they announced their engagement to the world's press, Elizabeth was still married to Balfour. She took him to Paris to meet her parents. Prince Paul, the head of state when World War II broke out, was a committed Anglophile having studied at Oxford, and took to Burton immediately, nodding enthusiastically when the subject of marriage came up. Elizabeth's mother, Princess Olga, was the snooty sister of Princess Marina, Duchess of Kent – both sisters were granddaughters of King George I of Greece – and from the very first moment of their meeting looked down her nose at the Welsh actor, despite his colossal box office success and considerable riches. In a taxi, she burst into tears and 'cried all the way home', according to biographer Robert Prentice. 'Thoughts and worries raged through her mind that night.' She went to see a spirit medium in London who got in touch – so she thought – with various dead relatives. They helped her through the crisis which, as it turned out, had been all for nothing. Richard Burton's diaries – never less than brutally honest about himself and others – are curiously silent about what happened next. But within weeks of the engagement, it was over. No explanation was ever made, though within weeks of their getting together Burton was having an affair with the actress and former Playboy centrefold Jeannie Bell. And, according to Elizabeth's daughter Christina Oxenberg in an article for Avenue magazine: 'She went on to squire many others around. I did not meet all these paramours, but rather only the serious boyfriends, and there were quite a few [of those].' Put simply, they were two ships passing in the night.
