Shreeji Shipping Global IPO opens on Aug 19; here's all you need to know
As investors await the subscription window to open, here are some key details from the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP):
Shreeji Shipping Global IPO structure
The public issue is a book-built issue comprising a fresh issue of 16.3 million equity shares, aggregating up to ₹410.71 crore. The IPO does not include any offer-for-sale (OFS) component.
Shreeji Shipping Global has reserved not more than 50 per cent of the net offer for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), not less than 35 per cent for retail investors, and not less than 15 per cent for non-institutional investors (NIIs).
Shreeji Shipping Global IPO lot size, price band
The public offering will be offered at a price band of ₹240–252 per share with a lot size of 58 shares. Accordingly, investors can bid for a minimum of 58 shares and in multiples thereof.
The minimum investment required by a retail investor is ₹14,616. A retail investor can bid for a maximum of 13 lots or 754 shares, amounting to ₹1,90,008.
Shreeji Shipping Global IPO grey market premium (GMP) today
Ahead of the launch of the public issue, the unlisted shares of Shreeji Shipping Global were commanding a decent premium in the grey market on Monday. Sources tracking grey market activity revealed that the company's unlisted shares were exchanging hands at around ₹276 per share in the unofficial market. This translates to a grey market premium (GMP) of ₹24 per share, or 9.52 per cent over the upper end of the issue price.
Shreeji Shipping Global IPO allotment date, listing date
The public offering will remain open for subscription until Thursday, August 21, 2025. The basis of allotment is likely to be finalised on Friday, August 22, 2025, with shares expected to be credited to demat accounts on Monday, August 25, 2025.
Shares of Shreeji Shipping Global are scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
Shreeji Shipping Global IPO objective
The company plans to utilise the net proceeds for the acquisition of dry bulk carriers in the Supramax category from the secondary market (acquisition of vessels), as well as for the pre-payment or repayment, in part or full, of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the company.
Shreeji Shipping Global also intends to deploy part of the IPO proceeds for general corporate purposes.

B L Kashyap & Sons' net profit declines 46.39% Q1 FY26
NEW DELHI: B.L. Kashyap and Sons has reported a decline of 46.39 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Its profit after tax stood at ₹10.85 crore in Q1 FY26 as against ₹20.24 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing. The company's net consolidated total income stood at ₹339.13 crore in Q1 FY26, a dip of 3.85 per cent from ₹352.71 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year. Vineet Kashyap , managing director of the company said, "The sharp improvement in EBITDA quarter-on-quarter is a direct outcome of our strategic focus on high-margin projects, operational efficiencies, and technology adoption. With a robust order book, significant new wins, and a healthy project pipeline, we are confident of sustaining our growth trajectory and creating long-term value for our stakeholders." The order book stood at ₹3,215.54 crore as on June 30, 2025. It secured new orders worth ₹1,219 crore in July 2025.

Sebi issued a consultation paper on implementing new eligibility norms for derivatives on non-benchmark indices, proposing constituent limits and weight caps. Weights must also follow a descending order across exchanges have been evaluating two options: Alternative A - Launch new indices that meet the criteria while continuing existing ones and Alternative B - Adjust the constituent structure and weights of existing which runs the Bankex index with 10 constituents and no ETF tracking, has preferred Alternative B, opting to adjust weights and constituents in one on the other hand, has two affected indices — Nifty Bank (12 constituents, Rs 34,251 crore AUM in ETFs) and Nifty Financial Services (20 constituents, Rs 511 crore AUM).After consulting with mutual funds and AMFI, NSE has also favored Alternative B, but recommended a phased glide-path approach to avoid disruptions, particularly given the large AUM in Nifty Bank the proposed glide path, adjustments in constituent weights would be carried out in up to four monthly tranches, ensuring a staggered and orderly has now invited comments from stakeholders on whether adjusting existing indices is the right approach and on the modalities of such weight adjustments.
