Corrie star Alan Halsall looks in love as he attends Jack P Shepherd's wedding with new girlfriend
Coronation Street star Alan Halsall looked like the cat that's got the cream as he proudly walked into Jack P Shepherds wedding ceremony hand in hand with his new girlfriend. The 42 year old father of one, looked dapper in a light grey suit which he teamed with a pale blue shirt and a yellow tie.
Meanwhile, his new girlfriend Ellie Dolan opted for a sunshine yellow floor length summer dress which she teamed with a pair of gold heels and matching bracelet. The couple have been reportedly dating since May this year.
And by attending the Celebrity Big Brother winner's wedding, it looks as though their budding romance appears to be going from strength to strength.
At the time, a source explained to the Mirror: "Alan is really happy. Ellie is a great girl and they have lots of common. And she gets on so well with Sienna, which is so important to Alan. Sienna is his world."
Alan and Ellie reportedly met at the Marriott Worsley Park Club, where Ellie works and Alan holds a membership.
Alan is a fan favourite since he joined the ITV soap playing Tyrone Dobbs in 1998. And he has had a number of high profile relationships with his fellow co-stars prior to meeting Ellie.
The actor has a daughter with Lucy-Jo Hudson who starred in the soap as Katy Harris. The pair tied the knot in 2009 but sadly split in 2018.
The following year he started dating another co-star, this time it was Tisha Merry. The couple dating for five years before calling time on their relationship last year.
Alan recently revealed that alongside being a father and an actor on a demanding soap, he also made the decision to undergo a body transformation.
The star took on the challenge alongside his co-star Colson Smith, who has shed 10 st.
And this included attending the gym three times a week, a strict diet and 2.5k on the treadmill, time on the rowing machine and cross trainer.
In 2019, he told The Sun: "I've transformed a little bit myself and people have seen that. I like to come [to the gym). I have a pre-workout meal, I work out, then I have a post-workout meal or a swim and a steam."
He has also combined his gym sessions with yoga that takes place in a heated room, also known as Bikram yoga. This is designed to expel toxins in the body through sweat.

Corrie confirms fate of long-running couple in ITVX release but a secret bubbles
This article contains spoilers for tonight's Coronation Street, which has not yet aired on TV but is available to watch now on ITVX. Kevin Webster's (Michael Le Vell) cancer lie was finally exposed to Abi Webster (Sally Carman) in tonight's Coronation Street, with devastating consequences. The mechanic was diagnosed with testicular cancer earlier this year, and was given the all clear a few months later. However, he told Abi that he needed more chemotherapy in a bid to stop her from leaving him. In tonight's episode, Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) finally told Abi the truth – much to Kev's disapproval. Abi was understandably horrified to learn that Kevin had been lying about his health, causing her to worry for several weeks. As Abi demanded answers, Kevin explained that he thought his illness was the only thing stopping her from leaving him for his brother Carl Webster (Jonathan Howard). Though Abi insisted there was nothing going on between her and Carl, viewers know that tension has been bubbling between them since the moment he arrived in Weatherfield. In fact, she headed straight to Carl after walking out of the argument with Kevin, and it wasn't long before the two of them locked lips, before taking things even further. Following their afternoon fling, Carl paid Kevin a visit, who warned him in no uncertain terms to stay away from Abi. Kevin threatened to report Carl to the police for his MOT scam, and made it clear he didn't care if he was brought down too. However, Carl wasn't willing to take the risk, and later called time on his relationship with Abi, telling her that her leaving Kevin would destroy him. When Abi headed home to pack her things, Kevin begged her to stay, but she made it clear that she couldn't forgive his lies. More Trending Though Abi was ready to end things, a conversation with Jack Webster (Kyran Bowes) changed her mind, after he begged her not to leave. Kevin was relieved to learn that Abi wasn't going anywhere, but she made it clear that nothing had changed between them – she was only staying for the sake of the kids. Till Dev Do Us Part!
Love is in the air for the residents of Weatherfield next week when Dev Alahan and Bernie Winter prepare to tie the knot in one of the most colourful weddings the Street has seen. But the celebrations are not without their fair share of drama, including stag party shenanigans, a burglary, surprise proposal, shock collapse and a hospital dash midway through the ceremony. The week starts with the stag and hen parties. Having saved money buying cheap suits for Dev and Aadi, Bernie is having a low key hen do in the bistro when word reaches the hens that the boys have hired a pole dancer at the Rovers. A furious Bernie storms into the Rovers to find the stags cheering on the pole dancer, but is all as it seems? As the big day dawns on Wednesday (August 6th) Dev and Bernie's dream wedding goes from bad to worse when the quads fall ill and have to watch with Joseph on live stream, Bernie forgets her lucky charm locket containing the photo of Paul and when she runs home to get it she disturbs a burglar. Meanwhile the restless guests back at the Bistro are entertained by a song from Debbie Webster who surprises Ronnie with a proposal, will he accept? After such an eventful start to the day the guests take their seats for the main event and a glowing Bernie walks down the aisle towards Dev to make their vows. With the service about to start, Dev and Bernie share loving looks, but suddenly Bernie struggles to breathe and collapses in front of a shocked Dev. Is the dramatic day about to end in tragedy or will Bernie and Dev tie the knot? Jane Hazlegrove said: 'The day goes from bad to worse! That's what is so brilliant about Coronation Street, you don't know what you're going to get until you open the page of the script and that's what is so fantastic about how it plays out – we've got this woman raving down the aisle and the next minute she's collapsed and an ambulance is on its way!' Jane also revealed that she had a hand in the design of Bernie's unconventional wedding dress. She said: 'I knew that Bernie wouldn't go down the road of wearing a traditional dress. I had seen some old footage of Elkie Brookes on TV and she was wearing a kaftan. I am a big fan of Elkie so that was the initial inspiration, but this is for Bernie so it needed to be a bit extra. Our fantastic talented costume department came up with the 1970s style white dress that is a bit Elkie Brookes, a bit Demis Roussos and very Bernie Winter.'
