But before Harrison's villa jaunt, the reality star visited acclaimed celebrity doctor, Dr. Rosh, for some tweakments.
In a new video shared on TikTok, Harrison can be seen getting filler beneath his eyes in a before and after clip.
Dr Rosh writes as the caption: 'Under eye refresh, ready for the villa.'
He then specifies in the hashtags that Harrison has had tear trough filler.
Dr Roshan Ravindran — known as Dr Rosh - has a huge client base of celebrity names, and often treats Love Island stars.
Last year, the work he did for Grace Jackson quickly went viral as he showed off her stunning villa transformation.
The model treated herself to a seven-day Love Island 'glow up' prior to entering the show, including a visit to a filler doctor, getting a lash lift, and having 'knockout' hair extensions put in.
She then requested a "refresh for the face" and expressed concern for excess skin on my hooded eyes."
Love Island fans warn Grace she's 'gone too far' as she goes back to surgeon for more 'tweakments'
Grace, who has masseter Botox, requested a top and said: "I'm getting my headaches again," before Dr Rosh confirmed it had come out and would need a re-do.
Lastly, she said: "I am really struggling with my traps [trapezius muscles]" to which Dr Rosh said he could help.
Dr Rosh has previously exclusively told The Sun about his connection with Grace.
He opened up on how they came to work together first, before she opted for her first treatment.
He explained: 'When Grace came to work for me doing social media she was about 23-years-old, and she'd had nothing done at all.
'And even for the first year or 18 months or so she still didn't get anything done, even though she was working in my clinic.
'But she wanted tear trough filler, and I can't remember when exactly it was but she decided 'I'm going to dip my toe in this and do it.'
'So we ended up doing tear trough for her, and it was such a great result.'

'I'm pregnant and in love with baby name but my husband says it's for strippers'
A woman is seeking advice after sharing how she is 'head over heels in love with' with a particular baby name - but her husband says it's reserved for strippers A woman has shared her devastation after her husband 'dismissed' her favourite baby name whilst insisting it's more appropriate for a stripper. She revealed how she is expecting her second child and has been desperate to give her daughter a particular name since discovering it. She posted on Reddit: "I am 12 weeks and five days with baby number two, yet to find out the sex. I have fallen head over heels in love with a girl's name that I have no doubt if I am pregnant with a girl that I will choose it. The problem is my husband hates it and also says there are bad connotations to the name." She continues to detail how the name Balerina, spelt with one L, is all she has been able to contemplate since learning she was expecting. She continued: "He said the name is associated with strippers and prostitutes (night ballerina). I have never heard that before. But after checking TikTok, it looks to be an actual thing. "He picked out son's name the day I found out the gender and I agreed with it no matter what I thought about it. "Fortunately, I was satisfied with the name and had no issues, but I never ever considered rejecting a name that he favoured for our son because it would've been something meaningful for him, particularly to select his name." However, her husband isn't giving her the same leeway when it comes to naming their second child. She added: "He said he would accept Blerina as a first name or Balerina as a middle name but he said his daughter will never have that name because people will tease her and make bad connotations." In an attempt to ease her mind, she has turned to social media to ask users for their thoughts on the name - and whether it's a good or bad idea. One user responded: "I have a unique name. It's been trouble my entire life. Ballet is a type of dance and the dancers are called ballerinas. "Why would you name a child after an occupation or profession? One or 2 Ls is not the issue. "Write Peynter or Payntir, but aloud it's still the occupation Painter, one who paints. Balerina will be asked her entire life if she's also a ballerina. Get a cat, dog, bird or hamster and call it Blerina." Another user chimed in: "This whole dad naming the boy and mum naming the girl concept is foreign to me and plain stupid. "The name for either sex should be mutually agreed upon by both parents (not the in-laws or anybody else). "Granted, yes, you'll likely have to make some compromises, like incorporating a family name as a middle name or whatnot. "But at the end of the day Balerina/Blerina is a daft name and not a hill any expectant parent should die on." A third user commented: "You're both off base. His take on that name is odd, and your desire to deliberately misspell a noun is going to be hard on your child. "You can name your child whatever you want but if you deliberately misspell something, your child will be unique for all the wrong reasons and they'll resent you for it."

Woman told to 'run' from 'cursed' Airbnb after people notice spooky detail
A woman who filmed the inside of the Airbnb she was staying in has been told to 'run' from the property, as people say it could be 'cursed' thanks to one spooky detail If you're planning a trip away with some friends, you may have looked into renting an Airbnb instead of a traditional hotel. These rentals often allow you to stay in an entire house for the length of your holiday, meaning you and your friends can all sleep in the same building and can hang out together instead of being in separate hotel rooms. But one woman got the shock of her life when she and her mates checked into an Airbnb listing last week. Kristen posted a video on TikTok showing the inside of the property, but commenters immediately told her she should pack her things and leave - as they believed the house was "cursed". People were convinced the house might be haunted for one particular reason: it looked exactly like the interior of a house from a popular horror video game called Phasmophobia. In Phasmophobia, a multiplayer game developed by Kinetic Games, groups of up to four players explore haunted houses and other buildings and work together to identify what kind of ghost is patrolling the halls. And although Kristen was excited to show people just how much her Airbnb looked like the "Tanglewood Drive" level from the spooky video game, commenters told her that she should leave immediately in case the house really is haunted. To the unassuming, the house doesn't look creepy at all. In fact, the Phasmophobia level is also designed to look like a regular suburban home, and if you didn't realise the similarities, you would think the Airbnb was completely normal. Kristen said in her video: "Guys, our Airbnb looks exactly like Tanglewood Drive from Phasmophobia. Look at this. When I first walked in, I was like, 'Oh my God, I know this hallway'. It even has the little console place. "The first bedroom, the second bedroom, even the master bedroom. Inside the master bedroom, it even has the [same] bathroom. And then look at this living room! It looks exactly like it. It even has the kitchen and stuff. It has the garage and the laundry room - it's so great!" Commenters on the post were quick to tell Kristen to be careful, especially as the hallway featured a large mirror that could be one of the "cursed" items that feature heavily in the video game. One person said: "Is this intentional? I don't think I'd be able to stay there." Another added: "It has the cursed mirror!" Someone else wrote a comment as if they were playing the Phasmophobia game themselves, ruling out certain clues to try and narrow down what spirit was in the house and issuing a chilling message at the end. They said: "Everyone [is wearing] short sleeves so no freezing temperatures, no ghost orbs on the video either. I assume no EMF because electronic locks and phones would act up. It's not a Poltergeist because everything on the shelves is really neatly placed. It can only be a Phantom or Deogen. Leave a notebook out to confirm if it's a Deogen, and if it is written on ... Get out while you still can." Others said the video would be a "great advertisement" for the upcoming film adaptation of the horror game. However, while it has been confirmed that a Phasmophobia film is coming, there is no release date confirmed yet.
