Family Guy Pokes Fun At Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Once Again
Family Guy, an American sitcom known for its edgy humour, targeted Prince Harry and Meghan Markle once again in the July 17 episode, named Twain's World. In the episode, Brian and Stewie travel back in time, with the talking dog comparing the couple's marriage to infamous events like the Crusades and Hitler. Watch the video here: When Stewie said that some actions during travelling through the past could "change the course of history." "You always say that, but doesn't history pretty much suck?" Brian responded, using the Hitler and the Crusades example. Stewie quipped, "Prince Harry marrying Meghan Markle". The show depicted a butler handing Harry a check for "millions from Netflix for... no one knows what," with Harry responding, "Put it with the rest of them." The episode also made fun of their social media influence as Meghan's character showed receiving a notification, saying, "Babe, time to do our daily $250,000 sponsored Instagram post for Del Taco." It also portrayed Harry's regret as the animated prince said, "I shouldn't have left the made-up nonsense." It implies that he misses his royal life. This is the second time Family Guy has targeted the couple, with the first being in 2023. South Park, an American animated television series, also mocked them in a 2023 episode, The Worldwide Privacy Tour. Source-based reports mentioned Meghan was "upset and overwhelmed" by the previous episode and "annoyed by South Park but refuses to watch it all." Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield told GB News that the constant ridicule might be taking a toll on the couple's public image, saying they're "continuously a Hollywood punchline" that's "devastating to them". "I would say that this is a definite blow for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle," Kinsey noted. "When they stepped down as working royals, they said they were going to live a life of service. And now Meghan is shilling loose fruit spread, and Prince Harry is doing polo docs that didn't even hit the top 3,000 on Netflix last year."

Saiyaara Box Office Collection Day 4: There's no stopping Saiyaara. Even on Monday, traditionally a slow day for box office collections, the Mohit Suri directorial held strong. Starring newcomers Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, Saiyaara collected an estimated Rs 22.50 crore on Day 4, bringing its total to Rs 106 crore, according to Released on July 18, the film opened to a massive Rs 25 crore (approx. $2.9 million) on Day 1 in India. As per figures shared by YRF, nearly 9.75 lakh people watched the film in theatres on its opening day—making it the biggest opening day for a Hindi film led by debutants. It beat the previous record set by Dhadak (Rs 8.76 crore) in 2018. In fact, Saiyaara also emerged as the highest opening day earner for a romantic film in recent years, surpassing Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani (Rs 11.1 crore), Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya (Rs 6.7 crore), Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar (Rs 15.73 crore), and Kabir Singh (Rs 20.21 crore). This made it the highest opening day ticket sales for a debut film since Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai and Refugee in 2000. Director Mohit Suri, best known for Aashiqui 2 and Ek Villain, has now delivered the biggest opening of his career. Saiyaara's Rs 21 crore nett Day 1 beats his previous bests Ek Villain (Rs 16.70 crore), Murder 2 (Rs 6.95 crore), and Aashiqui 2 (Rs 6.10 crore). Remarkably, the film achieved all this with just 8,000 screenings across India, less than half the usual count for films of this scale. The Indian weekend gross was $6.6 million, with the final tally expected to go higher. First Published: July 21, 2025, 22:32 IST Disclaimer: Comments reflect users' views, not News18's. Brook opens up on verbal volleys during Lord's Test
Tempers flared during England's 22-run win at Lord's with players from both sides engaging in verbal volleys. However, star England batter Harry Brook, stated that his team tried playing 'in the spirit of the game as much as possible' before the Indian players provoked them on the third evening. 'Their lads went hard at Creeps [Zak Crawley] and Ducky [Ben Duckett] on that night when Bumrah bowled that single over. We watched that and we re-assessed and we thought it was the right time to go (hit) back at them,' Brook said on Monday. 'I think it put them under a little bit more pressure. Obviously, (they were) chasing a low score but on a tough pitch. It might have given them that little bit of added pressure. Thankfully, they ended up crumbling, and we won the game.' England managed to defend 192, and Brook revealed that he received several compliments for the memorable victory. 'I have had a lot of compliments. Everybody said it was awesome to watch and it looked like there were 11 versus two out there when we were fielding. It was good fun; it was tiring, but it made fielding a lot more enjoyable,' he said.
