'Salon grade' Dekuri hair dryer with 'lots of great attachments' down by 77% to £30
If your morning routine is in need of a reliable upgrade, a heavily discounted professional-grade hair dryer might be just the solution. A salon-style dryer praised for its power, styling features, and results is currently available at a fraction of its original price.
The Dekuri Ionic Hair Dryer for Women is now just £29.99 on Amazon, down from its original price of £129.99, a massive 77 per cent discount.
Finished in Starry Black, this full-sized hair dryer is designed to offer fast drying and frizz-free styling, whether you're after smooth finishes or defined curls.
Designed with WINDPRO technology, the Dekuri hair dryer boasts a 29m/s airflow that delivers two times faster drying without subjecting hair to extreme heat.
It uses a dual ionic system and blue light technology to release up to 120 million negative ions/cm³, which help reduce frizz, lock in moisture, and enhance shine.
The dryer offers seven custom settings, three heat modes, two speed levels, and a cool shot, for a tailored experience across all hair types.
Its four styling attachments include a diffuser, wide-tooth comb, African comb, and concentrator nozzle, making it especially versatile for curly, straight, or afro-textured hair.
A German-engineered design with a 2m cord, removable filter, and hanging loop makes handling and maintenance simple.
If you're looking for other options, the GHD Helios Professional Hair Dryer is currently £139.00 on the GHD website, down from £179 (4.7 stars), while the Remington Ionic Dry 2200 is a more budget-friendly alternative at £24.99 on JD Williams, with a 4.6-star rating.
But if it's the Dekuri hair dryer you're after, you're not alone. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars from over 1,300 reviews, the Dekuri hair dryer is being praised for both style and performance.
'This is an excellent full-sized salon grade hair dryer,' said one reviewer. 'It comes with a diffuser, wide tooth comb, tapered ends, a brush and a comb. It's got great temperature control and powerful airflow. Much better styling control than most standard dryers.'
Another echoed the praise: 'I have really long thick hair… it was completely dry in 20 minutes!' The user added, 'It came with lots of great attachments… not too heavy or noisy either. The value for money was amazing. Highly recommend!'
However, not all feedback has been glowing. One user noted, 'The ion tech helped reduce frizz, and the attachments are great, but I didn't notice a big difference in drying time. Also, the dryer feels a bit bulky and the noise level is higher than I'd like.'
Still, others found it performed well overall. 'Powerful, low noise level, great cord length and looks professional,' said one satisfied user. 'Very easy to use, and fantastic value.'
Beauty deal of the week
YSL Black Opium remains an iconic perfume - and we know where to bag the newest edition for its cheapest price.
The YSL BLack Opium Le Parfum offers a more vanilla-heavy fragrance that has been hailed as "intoxicating" in reviews, with a 50ml now half-price at Boots after being dropped from £115 to £57.50.
Massive saving aside, it's the cheapest it can be bought for at the moment, as rival retailers Superdrug, Lookfantastic and The Perfume Shop still stock it at full-price.
This interpretation of the iconic perfume was only launched in 2022, with its original floral gourmand fragrance still offering its famed notes that include pear accord, green mandarin, orange flower petals, jasmine sambac and cinnamon.
However, the iconic coffee accord has been twisted with four different, yet still complimentary, notes of vanilla, which is said to be its most important ingredient, to create an "unexpected smoothness, with uncompromising intensity."
Meanwhile, the unique glossy bottle that has been crafted from a precious black stone, with its dazzling glitter emblem at the heart, eludes to the luxuriousness of the fragrance contained within.
As for the YSL Black Opium Le Parfum, Boots shoppers wanting to take advantage of the half-price discount will be glad to hear it has amassed a 4.7 rating from thousands of customers who say it "lasts all day" and "literally turns heads" when it is worn.
One five-star review read: "I love the fragrance. I used a lot the first time, not realising how intense it was. It lasts all day and continues to smell great. I literally turn heads when I wear it."
Don't miss Boots' half-price discount on the YSL Black Opium Le Parfum (50ml) that is now £57.50, down from £115.
A more critical review read: 'I really wanted to love it. It dries well, but it's insanely heavy, even the cord. It takes up loads of counter space. At this price point, there are lighter options with decent quality.'
The Dekuri dryer stands out for its styling versatility and salon-quality power, but not everyone is convinced by its weight or size. Still, at this steep discount, it presents a compelling case for anyone upgrading their hair care tools.

And neither will skipper Barry Bannan, who has signed a new contract at Wednesday to keep his daughter happy. It was a surprising announcement given Wednesday's dire financial situation ahead of their opening Championship clash at Leicester on Sunday August 10. Under the ownership of Thai businessman Chansiri, there have been late payments to HMRC, transfer embargoes, multiple failures to pay the wages of players and staff members, and rising debts. 'They will always stand by me with whatever decision I make and I've decided to stay. 'With the season getting closer, this last week has been tough because there was interest from elsewhere and I had a lot to think about. 'We had a lot of conversations as a family and when I told my daughter Elsie that I might be leaving she started crying. 'Then last night when I told her I was staying she started crying again. Trick to get iPhone for £100s less that everyone misses – and it works on Amazon gadgets too
Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) IT'S surprisingly easy to slash hundreds of pounds off your gadgets – you just need to shop in the right places. If you're hoping to snap up some new Apple gear (or Amazon) then there's a trick worth knowing. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 3 You can bag savings on top iPhone Pro models or cheaper gadgets too Credit: Apple Loads of top gadget makers have official refurbished stores with "like new" products sold at massive discounts. Apple has a dedicated virtual Certified Refurbished store where you can buy an iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and more for far below the usual retail price. It's easy to dismiss refurbished gadgets as being low quality used gear – but that's not the case if you're getting a proper refurbished item. And the savings can be enormous if you're willing to buy a product that isn't "brand new". HOW DOES APPLE'S REFURBISHED SCHEME WORK? Every company will have different rules for how they restore gadgets. On the Apple Store, the refurbished gear is cleaned, inspected, and tested by the company. So it should feel pretty new and work as normal. It'll also come with proper Apple replacement parts if anything was broken and needed fixing. So if the screen was busted, it won't have been swapped out for a dodgy third-party part. You'll get it newly packaged and shipping is free.
