Princess, 17, looked just like her mum as she struck a series of poses at the star-studded Mission Impossible film premiere in London this week.
And it was a happy seven days for her, after she also passed her driving test.
Over the past two years, she has worked with the country's leading fashion and jewellery brands in order to follow in her parents footsteps.
She will now be hoping to show fans a different side to her with her brand new fly-on-the-wall series.
Yet according to MailOnline, while Katie won't get a look-in, the programme will in fact feature her dad Peter Andre and his wife Emily.
They said: "Katie will not be in Princess's show, the decision has been made and it's final.
"Princess loves her mum, and they have a great relationship, but the show is all about her work and home life.
"Television bosses were adamant that nothing was to be 'staged' to include Katie as it would not be a real and truthful insight into her life."
Cameras will be tracking Princess' day to day movements prior to her 18th birthday in June.
STAR QUALITY
A TV insider said: 'Princess is very conscious of the fact her mum got famous very early in her career, so Katie is a big inspiration to her.
'Why do you need all that-' fans beg to know as Princess Andre shares lengthy skincare regime that costs a whopping £160
'Bagging her own TV show is a huge deal, but producers are keen to stress it is about her and not her famous parents."
Katie and Peter started their relationship in 2004 after getting together on I'm A Celebrity . . . Get Me Out Of Here!.
They had Junior and Princess during their four-year marriage.
But their relationship fell apart in 2009 and they divorced.
Who is Princess Andre and what's her job?
Princess Andre born June 29, 2007, is the daughter of Mysterious Girl singer Peter Andre and former glamour model Katie Price.
The pair also welcomed a son while they were together, Junior, born on June 13, 2005.
Katie and Peter then split in early 2009, with their divorce being finalised in October of the same year.
Princess also has six half siblings, four from Katie and two from Peter.
As of June 2024, Princess has an impressive 750,000 followers on her Instagram account, @officialprincess_andre.
Ahead of her 16th birthday, in June 2023, Princess opened up about what she wants to do with her future during a Q&A with fans and followers.
The teen said she is seeking out "financial freedom" through her beauty and fashion brand deals, as well as her own jewellery brand named 'Sparkle' by Princess Andre.
Katie recently spoke out about the difficulties co-parenting with popstar Pete.
He then dropped a hint his family would be moving to Australia, where his parents are still based.

Clarke Carlisle wins £100k on The 1% Club for Soccer Aid
Comedian Lee Mack returned to present the show but this time he was joined by 100 celebrities and sports stars as opposed to the general public. They were put to the test in the quiz where 'the questions have nothing to do with remembering facts, but are all about logic and common sense', explains the Radio Times. The aim of the game was to make it to the end, answering the 1% question correctly to take home up to £100,000 for charity and they were successful. It's the 1% question... Three Lions, two words. What are they? #The1PercentClub At the very end of the show, only two celebrities remained with a chance at making the overall donation total £100,000. Unlike regular versions of the show, the celebrities were working together rather than against each other like members of the public would. While comedian Lloyd Griffith got the final question incorrect, former footballer Clarke Carlisle answered it correctly and won the prize money. Carlisle has also previously been named Britain's Brainiest Footballer. The prize fund included £1,000 from celebrities who were out of the show, having answered a question incorrectly. Former Leeds United defender Clarke Carlisle (once crowned Britain's Brainiest Footballer) has won £100k for UNICEF by absolutely smashing the 1% Club without even using a PASS. Leeds That 🍾👌👏🔥💪#footballnews #champions #marchingontogether #championship #footballlife ITV said: 'Find out how clever you are as Lee Mack presents the quiz where it doesn't matter how good you are at quizzes and where 100 contestants could win up to 100,000 pounds.' As pointed out by the Radio Times, the show isn't about knowing facts, it's about using your brain to answer the questions. Each player gets one pass which they can use to help them skip a question but once they have used it, an incorrect answer takes them out of the game. If they make it to the 1% question, they are asked to go down to the stage for the final question where they see if they are winners. That's really just awful," while another user joked: "They are cringe to the max… I feel nauseous." Others claimed the Sussexes were making a mockery of their royal titles by sharing the video, with one writing: "Good grief, these people have titles.
