Value Developments launches 50,000 sqm Value Medical City in East Cairo

Value Developments has announced the launch of its flagship healthcare project, Value Medical City (VMC)—the first fully integrated medical city in East Cairo—with substantial investments.
Strategically located in a central area that connects New Cairo, Madinaty, Badr City, Mostakbal City, and the New Administrative Capital, the project spans over 50,000 square meters of medical facilities, including clinics and hospitals.
To ensure quality service and operational excellence, Value Developments has established strategic partnerships with prominent medical entities, including the British Hospital and Egypt Healthcare Facilities Services (EHFS)—a leading company in managing and operating healthcare facilities. These collaborations are expected to add significant value and ensure the project's sustainability and efficiency.
The Value Medical City project will be implemented in three phases, with the first phase already underway. The company aims to complete all phases within three years, targeting full project delivery by 2028.
The project will offer medical units in a variety of sizes to suit all healthcare specialties. Additionally, Value Developments will provide flexible payment systems and long-term installment plans to accommodate a broad range of practitioners and investors.
Hazem El-Nosiri, Board Member of Value Developments, stated that VMC represents a major step forward for East Cairo's healthcare infrastructure. 'The project addresses the urgent need for accessible, high-quality medical services in the area, eliminating the need for patients to travel long distances,' he said.
Ahmed Zanaty, Chief of Marketing at Value Developments, emphasized the importance of the company's partnerships. 'Collaborating with major players like EHFS gives the project a strong competitive edge, offering a professional operating system that guarantees the continuity and quality of services for both doctors and patients,' he explained.
Over the past 15 years, Value Developments has delivered a range of successful residential and commercial projects. Slvr Communities has officially entered Egypt's real estate market, announcing an ambitious EGP 30bn investment strategy over the next five years. Ahmed El-Sweisy, Chairperson of Slvr Communities, emphasized Egypt's rapid urban development, which has created strong investment opportunities and fostered the emergence of key real estate players. He highlighted the company's extensive land bank, reinforcing its position as a major market contender. Currently, Slvr Communities owns three land plots across New Cairo and is set to launch three projects in 2025. These include a residential development in the Sixth Settlement, a 3,200-sqm mixed-use project in the South Academy area, and the newly launched RVR project . 'We chose East Cairo for our first three projects due to its strong investment potential, the government's commitment to infrastructure, and high occupancy rates, making it an attractive destination for both customers and investors,' said El-Sweisy. He also revealed that the company is negotiating land acquisitions in Sheikh Zayed City and a coastal area, aiming to diversify its portfolio and meet market demand for unique, high-quality developments. Mohamed Sabea, Chief Commercial Officer of Slvr Communities, detailed the RVR project, located in the Fifth Settlement of New Cairo, overlooking Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis. Spanning 2,000 sqm, RVR is a commercial and medical development featuring a ground floor and four additional floors. Excavation and leveling work began in January, with project delivery slated for 2028. Slvr Communities has partnered with leading industry players, including Hafez Consultants (led by Mohamed Hafez) as the engineering consultant, EHFS for medical unit management, and GATEWAY as the business development consultant. With the launch of RVR, the company aims to achieve EGP 6bn in sales during 2025 , alongside the rollout of two additional projects within the year.

HPD Developments debuts in Egypt with EGP 8bn investment plan

HPD Developments has officially launched in partnership with Saudi Arabia's Zamil Group. Leveraging over 20 years of experience, the company aims to redefine real estate with an ambitious vision, rooted in Zamil's distinguished legacy in Saudi construction since 1920. Sherif El-Domyati, CEO of HPD Developments, underscored Egypt's ongoing urban renaissance and investor-friendly environment, which have significantly attracted foreign investment. He highlighted HPD's emergence as a robust Egyptian-Saudi collaboration, positioning itself as a leading player in the real estate sector through its expertise, ambition, and substantial financial resources. El-Domyati announced HPD's inaugural project, a 13,660 sqm commercial, administrative, and medical mall located on Sadat Axis in New Cairo. The ground floor will feature restaurants, showrooms, and expansive retail spaces, while the upper levels will house administrative and medical units. The project, developed with an investment of EGP 8bn, is already 60% complete—an achievement made prior to its official launch, demonstrating strong financial capacity and a clear execution plan. Two underground parking garages have also been constructed. Delivery is planned for the last quarter of 2026, with the company striving for early completion. Ahmed bin Zamil, Zamil Group representative and HPD co-founder, emphasized the deep ties between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, which have fueled significant Saudi investments in Egypt's real estate sector. He highlighted the shared vision and strategic approach enabling HPD to compete with leading market players and drive substantial growth. HPD's land portfolio and selection of its flagship project were strategically planned to reflect the company's strength and expertise. Several key partners, including e& business Egypt, EFS, Ark Five, EHFS, and Arkan Engineering Consultancy, have been enlisted to ensure excellence across design, management, and operations. Sherif El-Khouly, CBO of e& Egypt, emphasized the strategic collaboration with HPD Developments to deliver advanced communication solutions that enhance customer experience and increase the project's investment appeal. e&'s smart solutions, including high-speed internet and telephony services, will contribute to innovation and competitiveness. Mohamed Serag, Chairperson of Ark Five, praised the project's prime location for its breathtaking views and connectivity. He commended the innovative design, which blends aesthetic appeal with functionality, ensuring optimal operations and client comfort through activity separation. Mohamed Hesham, Group Director of Facilities and Operations at EHFS, a subsidiary of Cleopatra Hospital Group, highlighted the company's role as the medical operator for the clinics. He reaffirmed their commitment to providing top-tier operational management to ensure high standards of comfort for clients. Waleed Mansour, Head of Commercial Sector at EFS Facility Management, stressed the importance of effective management for client satisfaction. EFS will oversee cleaning, maintenance, and security services for the project, building on its robust partnerships with leading real estate developers across Egypt's new cities.
