Congolese forward Glody Lilepo was on the scoresheet on Saturday as Kaizer Chiefs earned a point from their Betway Premiership game against Sekhukhune United in Polokwane.
It was the 27-year-old's sixth league goal since joining Amakhosi from from French third division club Valenciennes FC back in January.
Speaking after the game, Chiefs head coach Nasreddine Nabi felt the player was yet to reach his full potential in a Chiefs jersey due to spending months on the sidelines at his former club.
'You can see that he's a player that sometimes doesn't finish games because his full potential is not reached yet,' the Tunisian tactician was quoted by iDiskiTimes when speaking about Lilepo after their clash.

'But we feel that once he reaches his full physical potential he will be used to his teammates, having a good preseason he's a player than can do more than what he does right now.'
In a warning to defenders, Nabi felt Lilepo had the potential to find the back of the net regularly for Chiefs once he' settled in at the Soweto club.
'He's a player that is a winger but those kind of wingers that can easily finish the league with 10 goals. He's a winger that likes to get inside, likes to score and he is looking all the time at opportunities to score or to make his teammate score.
'And we believe that he can even do more than that.'
Chiefs are still outside of the top eight, but with one game left to play, they will be confident they can get the job done. Amakhosi Amahle will conclude their league campaign when they host Polokwane at the FNB Stadium this coming weekend.
A win will see them leapfrog Chippa United – who have concluded their season – into eighth. Depending on how other results go, Nabi's men could finish as high as sixth. If they lose to Polokwane, they could slide down to 12th.

Deal breaker? Kaizer Chiefs face financial hurdle in Mayele pursuit!

Kaizer Chiefs are reportedly R20 million short of Fiston Mayele's asking price, which diminishes their chances of signing the CAF Champions League winner. 'The only way Mayele can join Kaizer Chiefs is if the player himself wants to reunite with coach Nasreddine Nabi. It won't be because of money,' the Siya crew confirmed. 'Pyramids FC are offering him enough money to stay at the club or sell him to a club that can offer more money than Kaizer Chiefs. Chiefs are believed to be offering around a R5 million signing-on fee to be spread over three seasons and a monthly salary of between R1 million and up to R1.5 million.' 'So, it's kind of difficult for Chiefs to sign him if it's all about money only. Unless the player himself loves to come and play for the club.' Further decreasing Kaizer Chiefs' hopes of signing one of Africa's most in-form strikers is the competition they're facing. According to reports, several North African giants are vying for his services. 'Apart from the money is that his club is still negotiating to keep him for two more seasons, and you know the owners are wealthy people and can afford him,' a source revealed. 'Apparently, there is also interest from other top Egyptian sides, which could make it easy for him to remain in Cairo. That's what makes it even more difficult for Chiefs to win him over,' the second insider revealed. Let us know by leaving a comment below, or send a WhatsApp to 060 011 021 1. Orlando Pirates table lucrative offer for surprise PSL defender

Orlando Pirates are moving swiftly in the transfer market. The Buccaneers have already parted ways with two of their left-backs this month, however a surprise replacement has already been identified. Paseka Mako left the club after a seven-year spell while captain Innocent Maela was also released! Mako has reportedly put pen-to-paper at rivals Kaizer Chiefs, making his exit a rather sour one. According to the latest transfer gossip, Orlando Pirates have tabled a five-year offer for Richards Bay defender Nkhosikhona Ndaba. The 22-year-old defender enjoyed a stunning breakthrough season at Bay, making 23 appearances across all competition. Now, reports suggest his hard-work has paid off and a lucrative offer is on the table! 'He should be an Orlando Pirates player and they are offering him a five-year contract from July this year until June 2030,' an insider told Soccer Laduma . 'It's a very good contract for a young defender like him. Remember he is only 22-years-old and has been doing very well for Richards Bay and it will be a loss to them but a win for Pirates.' Yanga Madiba is the only other recognised left-back at the club currently. While Hotto can also feature in a 'left-wing-back' scenario. Damian McKenzie leads Chiefs to victory over Brumbies in Super Rugby semi-final

The Chiefs' Damian McKenzie produced a top performance against the Brumbies in their Super Rugby Pacific semi-final. Image: DJ Mills / AFP Damian McKenzie kicked the Waikato Chiefs into a third successive Super Rugby Pacific final, punishing the ACT Brumbies for their indiscipline in a 37-17 semi-final win on Saturday. Both teams scored three tries in Hamilton but fly-half McKenzie landed eight shots from nine, including six penalty goals, in a 22-point haul as the Chiefs booked a place in next week's final against the Canterbury Crusaders. The Crusaders beat the Auckland Blues 21-14 on Friday and are seeking their eighth title in nine seasons. The Chiefs have not won the title since 2013, having lost in the final the past two seasons. All Blacks sharpshooter McKenzie was at the heart of a clinical Chiefs display, setting up two tries and saving one when he held up Brumbies fullback Tony Wright over the line. "Outstanding performance from the lads. Obviously the Brumbies came out of the blocks fast, like we knew they would, and I just loved the way we were really composed," the 30-year-old told Sky Sport. "When we got in their 22 we managed to come away with points most of the time, so very pleasing." The Brumbies lost Wallabies flyhalf Noah Lolesio, who failed a head injury assessment in the opening minutes and was replaced by Jack Debreczeni. They soon had a one-man advantage when Chiefs lock Tupou Vaa'i was shown a yellow card for a high tackle and capitalised with a try by hooker Billy Pollard from a lineout drive. The Chiefs responded with a clever try by winger Emoni Narawa, who scampered through at the base of a ruck to score. McKenzie converted and then landed all four of his penalty shots before the interval, with the Brumbies pushing too hard for turnovers at the breakdown. The visitors scored a second try before the break when Debreczeni picked out winger Corey Toole with a cross kick to trail 19-12.
