The festivities will also feature a congratulatory speech from Dr. Ibrahim Kamel addressed to Russian friends on their national day.
Additionally, Ambassador Ezzat Saad, Vice President of the Friendship Association and Egypt's former ambassador to Moscow, will deliver a lecture highlighting key milestones in Egyptian-Russian cooperation and achievements.

Egypt, Jordan sign 10 cooperation agreements - Foreign Affairs

The Egyptian-Jordanian Joint Higher Committee concluded its 33rd session in Amman on Tuesday with the signing of 10 cooperation documents and memoranda of understanding in fields that serve to enhance bilateral cooperation between Egypt and Jordan. Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly and his Jordanian counterpart, Jaafar Hassan, presided over the session, which was attended by a host of ministers representing both countries. The signed agreements include cooperation in investment, consumer protection, local development, cultural heritage protection, planning, youth, and government procurement. During the session, Madbouly affirmed that Cairo seeks to bolster cooperation with Jordan in many essential fields, including electrical interconnection, which would benefit several countries in the region. He also expressed Egypt's readiness to support joint investments and praised the scale of Jordanian investments in Egypt. Both prime ministers highlighted promising opportunities in trade, transport, and tourism, signalling the importance of activating cooperation with Iraq within the 'Egyptian-Jordanian-Iraqi' trilateral cooperation mechanism. For his part, Hassan expressed Jordan's interest in drawing on Egypt's expertise in building an administrative city, referencing Egypt's New Administrative Capital project. In response, PM Madbouly affirmed his eagerness to cooperate with Jordan on this matter. The Jordanian premier also affirmed that the measures the Jordanian government is undertaking to regularize and rectify labour status are never meant to reduce Egyptian labour. Palestinian cause PM Madbouly also highlighted the continued cooperation and coordination between both countries' political leaderships in support of the Palestinian people, particularly facing Israeli attempts to liquidate their cause, whether in the Gaza Strip or the West Bank. Additionally, the Egyptian premier reviewed Egypt's ongoing mediation efforts, along with Qatar and the United States, to reach a ceasefire agreement in Gaza, in addition to its preparations for hosting the International Conference on the Early Recovery and Reconstruction of Gaza once a ceasefire is reached. For his part, PM Hassan expressed his appreciation for Egypt's prominent role in supporting the Palestinian cause and the humanitarian assistance it provides for the Palestinians in Gaza. Egypt's Grand Mufti Urges Global Action to End Gaza Bloodshed, Calls for Mercy for the Vulnerable

Mohamed Mandour Egypt's Grand Mufti Dr. Nazir Mohamed Ayyad delivered an impassioned appeal Monday at the opening of the 10th International Fatwa Conference, urging the world to 'have mercy on the vulnerable people of Gaza' and to end what he described as the unjust and aggressive shedding of Palestinian blood. 'From this platform, we extend a heartfelt appeal to all people of conscience in both East and West,' the Grand Mufti said, calling for a genuine humanitarian stand to halt the violence. 'We cry out to what remains of human decency in this harsh world—where tyranny prevails and the logic of power has overshadowed the values of justice and mercy.' He warned that those responsible for the destruction of homes and the displacement of Gaza's children, women, and elderly would face divine justice. He praised Palestinians for remaining steadfast in their land, holding firmly to their dignity and truth, and expressed confidence in an inevitable victory despite delays. The Grand Mufti also criticized what he called the painful irony of the 21st century, in which the world boasts of technological revolutions and human rights, while in Gaza, 'the most abhorrent forms of persecution and aggression are perpetrated.' read more Gold prices rise, 21 Karat at EGP 3685 NATO's Role in Israeli-Palestinian Conflict US Expresses 'Strong Opposition' to New Turkish Military Operation in Syria Shoukry Meets Director-General of FAO Lavrov: confrontation bet. nuclear powers must be avoided News Iran Summons French Ambassador over Foreign Minister Remarks News Aboul Gheit Condemns Israeli Escalation in West Bank News Greek PM: Athens Plays Key Role in Improving Energy Security in Region News One Person Injured in Explosion at Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid Videos & Features Story behind Trending Jessica Radcliffe Death Video News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters Arts & Culture "Jurassic World Rebirth" Gets Streaming Date News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia Business Egyptian Pound Undervalued by 30%, Says Goldman Sachs Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Arts & Culture South Korean Actress Kang Seo-ha Dies at 31 after Cancer Battle Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Arts & Culture Lebanese Media: Fayrouz Collapses after Death of Ziad Rahbani

IFA Chief Urges Training Competent Muftis, Calls for Urgent Action to End Gaza Suffering

Mohamed Mandour Prof. Koutoub Mustapha Sano, the Secretary-General of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy, affirmed in his address at the opening session of the 10th International Fatwa Conference that cultivating the 'righteous mufti' is both a religious obligation and a pressing contemporary necessity to safeguard intellectual security and uphold the higher objectives of Islamic law. He called for a comprehensive review and modernization of religious, social, and human sciences curricula to address the escalating challenges of the modern era—combining the depth of the sciences of revelation with the breadth of human knowledge—and for harnessing the tools of artificial intelligence in the service of religion and humanity. Dr. Sano also urged the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, along with all nations and peoples, to take urgent action to end the suffering of the Palestinian people, particularly in besieged Gaza. He underscored that supporting the Palestinians and feeding their hungry is not charity but a binding humanitarian and religious duty, and that defending their just cause is a moral responsibility. read more Gold prices rise, 21 Karat at EGP 3685 NATO's Role in Israeli-Palestinian Conflict US Expresses 'Strong Opposition' to New Turkish Military Operation in Syria Shoukry Meets Director-General of FAO Lavrov: confrontation bet. nuclear powers must be avoided News Iran Summons French Ambassador over Foreign Minister Remarks News Aboul Gheit Condemns Israeli Escalation in West Bank News Greek PM: Athens Plays Key Role in Improving Energy Security in Region News One Person Injured in Explosion at Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid Videos & Features Story behind Trending Jessica Radcliffe Death Video News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters Arts & Culture "Jurassic World Rebirth" Gets Streaming Date News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia Business Egyptian Pound Undervalued by 30%, Says Goldman Sachs Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Arts & Culture South Korean Actress Kang Seo-ha Dies at 31 after Cancer Battle Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Arts & Culture Lebanese Media: Fayrouz Collapses after Death of Ziad Rahbani
