Main Roads reported that Tonkin Highway southbound before Great Eastern Highway in Redcliffe had been reduced to a single lane after a the crash about 7am on Thursday.
The drivers are out of the vehicles and towing services are on site.
Traffic is heavy back to Guildford Road.
A crash on Kwinana Freeway northbound at the exit to Mill Point Road in South Perth has partially blocked the exit lane.
Motorists are urged to proceed with caution with drivers out of their vehicles and towing services on site.
A crash on Thomas Road eastbound at Johnsons Road at The Spectacles has slowed traffic, with vehicles reduced to a single lane.
Traffic is also heavy on approach on Ocean Reef Road eastbound before Prestige Parade in Gnanagara after an accident.
Caution is advised. It is not known if any lanes have been closed.
Several downpours overnight have also led to some roads flooding.
Caution is particularly urged on Rockingham Road northbound at Macedonia Street in Naval Base, with the road under heavy water.
