Susim Mukul Datta's illustrious career began at Hindustan Lever in the 1950s. Over nearly four decades, he climbed the corporate ladder, ultimately taking the helm as Chairman of Hindustan Lever Ltd (now HUL) from 1990 to 1996.
During his tenure, Datta transformed rural marketing, spearheaded major mergers and acquisitions—including the landmark Brooke Bond–Lipton tea deal—and solidified HUL's dominance in the Indian FMCG sector.

ACME Solar places over 3.1 GWh of Battery Energy Storage System orders
