Jodie Sweetin ‘Found a New Level of Confidence' Thanks to 2 'Full House' Stars

In a recent interview with People, Sweetin spoke fondly of Saget, who played the lovable Danny Tanner, and Coulier, who played his childhood best friend, Joey Gladstone, on Full House and reprised their roles in the Netflix revival, Fuller House.
'I have found a confidence, and honestly, it came from Bob and Dave," Sweetin explained. "It came from Bob and Dave all my life, encouraging me that I was funny, even when I was a kid."
She so funny that Sweetin didn't have to audition to play Stephanie on Full House, she revealed in her memoir UnSweetined, which was published in 2009.
'Stand-up comedians, I've grown up around them, and there's nothing that makes me happier than sitting around with a bunch of comedians talking s--t," Sweetin confessed.
Sweetin shared that Saget and Coulier's support, as well as just getting older, is how she "found a new level of confidence."
She continued, "I think also, being 43, I just don't give a s--t anymore, so I'm so much more comfortable in my own skin that there's nothing that I am afraid to talk about or put up there or make fun of or poke fun at."This isn't the first time Sweetin has credited Saget and Coulier, either. Just last year, while hosting an episode of the Full House Rewind podcast with Coulier, she spoke openly about how she started doing stand-up just after her TV dad passed away in 2001.
She told Coulier, "You and Bob really gave me permission to have unfettered comedy."

The Duchess of Sussex's new rose wine, which is said to 'capture the essence of sun-drenched outdoor moments', has gone on sale, costing more than £65 for a three-bottle order. Meghan launched her As Ever Napa Valley Rose 2023, described as having 'soft notes of stone fruit, gentle minerality, and a lasting finish', on Tuesday. View this post on Instagram A post shared by @aseverofficial A short clip showed the wine being poured into a glass, with accompanying sound. The pale pink wine, in a clear bottle with a white gold-rimmed label, was launched on a dedicated where an over-21 birth date must be inputted to enter and where the drink was described as: 'A delicately balanced rose with soft notes of stone fruit, gentle minerality, and a lasting finish.' The site adds: 'Reminiscent of the finest Provencal styles, it's crisp, pale in color, and effortlessly elegant – crafted for slow afternoons and golden-hour gatherings. 'This rose captures the essence of sun-drenched outdoor moments through its thoughtfully crafted blend.' View this post on Instagram A post shared by @aseverofficial The wine is not available to buy in orders of less than three bottles. 'Would you like a glass of rose while we're cooking?' the duchess said, pouring from a bottle which does not appear to be As Ever wine, having a different label. Meghan added as she drank: 'Might be the best sip of wine I've ever had.' Napa Valley wine country is in northern California, around 50 miles from San Francisco.

Meghan Markle releases As Ever rosé — but you'll have to spend over $100 to get it
Meghan Markle has officially launched her As Ever brand rosé — and with quite a steep price tag. The rosé starts at $90 for three bottles, plus $20 flat-rate shipping, meaning you'll have to spend $110 total to try it. Shoppers can also opt for a six-bottle package for $159 or a 12-bottle case for $300. However, shipping isn't available in all U.S. states. Those in Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and Utah who were hoping to try Meghan's newest product will have to wait. And in Hawaii, shipping is only available to the counties of Hawaii and Kauai. International shipping is also unavailable. The bottles will begin shipping July 9. The rosé marks Meghan's first alcoholic offering. 'With soft notes of stone fruit, gentle minerality and a lasting finish, this bespoke blend is launching just in time for summer entertaining,' a description for the rosé reads. Meghan's foray into alcoholic beverages comes as the company restocked some of its products in June after selling out in less than an hour during the initial April launch. Among those products were $15 Flower Sprinkles, $14 Crepe Mix, $14 Shortbread Cookie Mix with Flower Sprinkles, and $12 Herbal Teas in three flavors: hibiscus, lemon ginger, and peppermint. The teas, however, have since sold out again. As Ever's June re-launch also introduced two new products: a $28 Limited-Edition Orange Blossom Honey and a $9 Apricot Spread. Both products also quickly sold out. While Meghan didn't restock her viral $9 Raspberry Spread, it will be coming back soon, according to As Ever's website. More to follow
