Jonathan Anderson gives sneak peek at Irish-inspired Dior design
Anderson was first announced as the head of menswear in April, and later replaced Maria Grazia Chiuri as the head of womenswear in early June.
His workload has already made headlines, with responsibility over ready-to-wear and haute couture collections, for both men and women, as well as pre-collections and an annual destination cruise show. On top of this, Anderson will also continue his work on his eponymous label, JW Anderson.
With this in mind, fashion fans have been waiting with bated breath for the first hint of what his designs will look like. Over the weekend, Anderson offered a sneak peek at his inspirations for the upcoming show as well as a revamp of a much-loved accessory.
Anderson has reimagined the iconic Dior Book Tote, taking inspiration from famous works of literature. One tote features an homage to the original cover of Bram Stoker's Dracula, the Irish Gothic classic, with a bright yellow background and striking red text.
Another pale pink design references Choderlos de Laclos' 18th century classic Les Liaisons Dangereuses, which tells the story of two amoral French nobles who delight in manipulating people for their own enjoyment.
The final reinterpretation of the Book Tote honoured Christian Dior himself, featuring Dior on Dior, a memoir the designer wrote about his development of the fashion house.
Anderson also shared images from his mood board for the upcoming collection, including portraits taken of socialite Lee Radziwill and artist Jean-Michel Basquiat, both taken by Andy Warhol.
"As I started out on this journey, I kept returning to these photographs of Basquiat and Radziwill who are both, for me, the epitome of style", Anderson said.

Tyson Fury's plane forced to land shortly after takeoff as ‘problem found' with boxing star & family left ‘terrified'
TYSON Fury was left "terrified" after a jet he was travelling on was forced to land shortly after takeoff due to a "problem" with the aircraft. The retired heavyweight boxer was travelling with his family after marrying his wife Paris for the third time, 17 years after they first tied the knot. 3 Tyson addressed his fans on Instagram, explaining how his plane had encountered a 'problem' Credit: instagram/tysonfury 3 The jet was forced to 'turn around' mid-air and return to where it had taken off from after travelling just '100 miles' Credit: instagram/tysonfury 3 The retired heavyweight boxer had been travelling with his family when their travel plans were scuppered Credit: instagram/tysonfury However, their transport plans were scuppered after the jet they were aboard was forced to turn around mid-air and return to where it took off from after travelling just "100 miles". Speaking to his fans on Instagram, Tyson explained how there had been a "problem with one of the wings" on the aircraft, meaning it had to "turn around". He said: "So, we've travelled 100 miles on the plane and the captain's come over to me and said 'we've got to turn this plane around because there's a problem with one of the wings and it won't fix on the computer so we gotta try and get back and turn around'". The Gypsy King, 37, filmed the clip while onboard the aircraft, saying he was left "terrified" by the flight scare. He said: "Talk about totally sh***ing yourself. So we're now spinning the plane around and going back to the airport where we started. Terrifying." Clips from his stories on Instagram show the family aboard the aircraft as it turns back to where it took off from. Tyson captioned the video as "bad news". This comes after the retired heavyweight boxer tied the knot for the third time with his wife Paris. Fury first wed Paris in 2008, with his beloved wife having been by his side throughout his incredible career. The couple have seven children together; sons Prince John James, 13, Prince Tyson II, nine, Prince Adonis Amaziah, six, and Prince Rico, two, and daughters Venezuela, 15, Valencia, seven, and Athena, four. 'Third time lucky' - Tyson Fury marries wife Paris again in intimate ceremony in France 17 years after first nuptials All seven kids were by their parents' side in France as they renewed their vows in an intimate ceremony. Posting several pictures from the special occasion to his 6.7 million Instagram followers, the Gypsy King wrote: "Paris Fury and I got married again; third time lucky. "We had the most beautiful day in the South of France, it holds a lot of special memories for us." Fury accompanied his post with Bruno Mars' 2011 hit "Marry You". Paris, 35, appeared to wear a bespoke white dress by self-portrait for the occasion while the Gypsy King wore a relaxed cream shirt, white shorts and sandals. The event took place in a picturesque French church and it appeared to be a family affair, with just the couple's kids in attendance. HAPPILY RETIRED... FOR NOW Fury announced his retirement from boxing in January following his second defeat to Oleksandr Usyk Last month, however, the Gypsy King's promoter Frank Warren said of his man: "He's made it clear he wants to fight Usyk." But asked about a potential retirement U-turn while out at Doncaster Racecourse earlier this month, Fury said: "Never. "Too old, look at my beard, all grey. Boxing is a young man's game."

Leonardo DiCaprio reflects on turning 50 and feeling as though he is still 32
Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio has reflected on turning 50 and revealed he still feels as though he is in his early 30s. The Los Angeles-born A-lister, known for his roles in Titanic, The Wolf Of Wall Street and Romeo And Juliet, celebrated his milestone birthday in November. In conversation with US filmmaker Paul Thomas Anderson for men's magazine Esquire, DiCaprio said he feels 32 in response to Anderson asking him how old he feels, imagining he does not know his actual age. "You're going to answer as quickly as you can. If you didn't know how old you are, how old are you right now?" Anderson asked. Responding to Anderson's question on whether now is "a natural time for reflection" after turning 50, DiCaprio said: "Well, it creates a feeling like you have a desire to just be more honest and not waste your time. "I can only imagine how the next few decades are going to progress. I look at my mother, for example, and she just says exactly what she thinks and wastes no time. She spends no time trying to fake it." Presenting our 2025 Mavericks of Hollywood cover star, #LeonardoDiCaprio. #OneBattleAfterAnother marks the actor's first film with writer-director Paul Thomas Anderson, who also photographed and interviewed him for Esquire. 🔗: — Esquire (@esquire) August 13, 2025 He added: "Being more upfront and risking having things fall apart or risk the disagreements or risk going your separate ways from any type of relationship in life — the personal, professional — it's that you just don't want to waste your time any more. "You have to just be much more upfront. It's almost a responsibility because much more of your life is behind you than it is ahead of you." DiCaprio stars in Anderson's new film, One Battle After Another, an action thriller which sees a group of ex-revolutionaries reunite to save the daughter of DiCaprio's character. Asked how he avoids getting the "blues" after filming, he said: "I think I'm good at it because I take a lot of time off between films. "I do things more sparingly, which means you're anxious to get back to your real life once you've finished filming. "Life goes on hold when you're filming. Everything stops and gets put on the back burner in your real life. "I might be more concerned if I worked too much. To go from film to film, I would be scared about: what do I have to come back to? I'm very fortunate for that." DiCaprio made his film debut in 1991 and has since won a slew of awards including an Oscar and Bafta for his role in 2015's The Revenant. Reflecting on his career, the US actor added: "I rarely watch any of my films, but if I'm being honest, there is one that I've watched more than others. It's The Aviator. That's simply because it was such a special moment to me. "I had worked with Marty (Scorsese) on Gangs Of New York, and I'd been toting around a book on Howard Hughes for 10 years. "I almost did it with Michael Mann, but there was a conflict and I ended up bringing it to Marty. I was 30. It was the first time as an actor I got to feel implicitly part of the production, rather than just an actor hired to play a role. "I felt responsible in a whole new way. I've always felt proud and connected to that film as such a key part of my growing up in this industry and taking on a role of a real collaborator for the first time."
