Michelle Gumabao says she doesn't know brother Marco's current relationship status with Cristine Reyes
Michelle Gumabao is not aware of the real score between her brother, Marco Gumabao, and Cristine Reyes.
In Wednesday's 'Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,' Michelle talked about her sibling dynamics with Marco, calling him very independent despite being the younger one.
Michelle said that Marco has not sought her advice or gone to her regarding his current relationship with Cristine.
'And I don't actually know where they are now in their relationship. I just know that nakausap ko pa rin siya last week, and I got to see her din, especially when her dad passed away. So, she has a good relationship with our family. So, at least whatever is happening between them, hindi naman na-affect 'yung mga tao sa paligid like us,' Michelle said.
When asked if it was confirmed that Marco and Cristine are no longer together, Michelle said, 'I haven't seen him, so I haven't asked him.'
Michelle said that she had also seen the rumors about their breakup on social media.
'But I don't know if they get to talk again now. So siguro something to ask him when I see him,' she said.
Cristine and Marco went Instagram official with their relationship in April 2023 and talked more about their relationship in a vlog with Bea Alonzo.
They have a five-year age gap, with Cristine being the older one.

Shuvee Etrata chooses Klarisse De Guzman, Dustin Yu picks Bianca De Vera as their final duos
Shuvee Etrata chose Klarisse De Guzman and Dustin Yu picked Bianca De Vera as their final duos in "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition." In the episode on Friday, Shuvee explained she chose Klarisse because she's among the people who bring joy in Bahay ni Kuya. "I'm gonna follow what's in my heart and I choose this duo kasi po [ang] tagal na po namin pinag-usapan na maging [mag]ka-duo, so ang pinipili ko pong maging final ka-duo ay si ate Klang," said Shuvee. Klarisse accepted Shuvee's decision. Shuvee and Klarisse ranked second and third for their last duo formation task. Ralph De Leon, who ranked first, chose Will Ashley as his final duo on Thursday's episode. Dustin, who ranked fourth, chose his duo next. The Kapuso housemate chose Bianca, saying she has been a huge part of his "PBB" journey. "Andami kong natutunan sa kaniya and I can't wait na mas matuto pa sa kaniya as a duo. Itong taong 'to ay very important sa 'kin at ito ay si Bianca," he said. The final duo formation will continue on Saturday's episode of "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition," which airs on GMA Network weeknights at 10:05 p.m. and weekends at 6:15 p.m. —CDC, GMA Integrated News

Ruru Madrid says 'Lolong' gave him courage, changed his life as series nears end
As "Lolong: Pangil ng Maynila" nears its end, Ruru Madrid shared that the "Lolong" series gave him courage and changed him not just as an artist but as a human being. In Aubrey Carampel's report in "24 Oras" Friday, Ruru shared that he faced a lot of challenges throughout the making of the series, beginning in its very first season up to "Lolong: Bayani ng Bayan" and now "Lolong: Pangil ng Maynila." "Sa kabila ng lahat ng mga binabato sa 'yo ng mundo, na bigla kang magkakaroon ng injury, biglang magkakaroon ng pandemic, biglang magkakaroon ng kung ano pa mang aksidente, parang 'yun 'yung nagsisilbing lakas sa akin na parang lalong pagbutihin 'yung ginagawa ko," he said. His co-stars Shaira Diaz and Martin Del Rosario, who play the roles of Elsie and Ivan, also learned a lot from the series. "We're lucky talaga na ma-experience 'yun. Dito sa 'Lolong' sinubok kami, nakita natin kung hanggang saan tayo lahat. May mga na-unlock tayo na akala natin 'di natin kayang gawin pero dito nakita natin 'yung range kung hanggang saan pa pala 'yung range namin na, 'Wow thank you 'Lolong,' nailabas mo talaga,'" said Shaira. Martin also acknowledged that the cast and the whole production team gave their "100 percent" to make the show excellent. Meanwhile, Ruru told viewers to watch for the return of the giant crocodile, Dakila, this season, but when and where that would be, he did not reveal. "Very nostalgic kasi parang bumabalik din 'yung Season 1. May mga eksena kaming ginawa na parang kung papaano namin siya shinoot nung Season 1 nung kaming dalawa lang ni Elsie and then ngayon nadagdagan na kami so abangan po natin," he said. As they prepare for the series' grand finale, Ruru added that they agreed to do a scene that he has never seen before in his entire life. "Meron kaming napag-agreehan na isang eksena na parang never ko pang napapanood 'yun sa tanan ng buhay ko, " he said. "Very exciting 'yung 'Lolong.' Siguro magtatapos man siya sa pag-ere sa telebisyon pero habambuhay siyang nasa puso nating lahat so hindi ko masasabi na eto na 'yung huli. Maraming mga possibilities." "Lolong: Pangil ng Maynila" follows Lolong (Ruru) who moves to Manila for a fresh start after losing his powers. There, he encounters action-packed adventures and challenges. The series airs Mondays to Fridays at 8 p.m. after "24 Oras" on GMA Prime. —CDC, GMA Integrated News

Alexie Brooks opens up on relationship with girlfriend: ‘I'm grateful everyday na she's there to make me happy'
Alexie Brooks opened up about her relationship with her girlfriend, giving a glimpse into her personal life. In an interview with Boy Abunda in "Cayetano in Action with Boy Abunda" on June 1, the Miss Eco International 2025 queen revealed that she's been in a relationship for almost a year now. Alexie gently corrected Tito Boy when he asked her how important 'this man' was to her concept of happiness. 'I'll change the 'man.' I'll rephrase. The woman,' the beauty queen said. So Tito Boy asked her again, 'How important is that woman to your concept of happiness?' 'Very important, Tito. I realized it when my grandma passed away and she was there. And that was the first time that I caught myself down on the floor. And she helped me get out of the floor. I didn't eat for a few days, she didn't eat for a few days,' Alexie said. She added that during that time, her girlfriend made sure that she was OK. 'I think that tells so much about how much she cares for me, how much she loves me. I'm grateful everyday na she's there to make me happy and supporting me in the dreams that I want,' Alexie said. Alexie had always been vocal about her androgynous identity and how she embraces fluidity in both style and relationships. 'And I feel like it's better if you don't put yourself a limit into what you can, you know, expression mo sa sarili mo. And it's so much better. I'm happier. I'm comfortable and I feel confident and I don't think—there's nothing wrong with that,' she said. Alexie was crowned Miss Eco International 2025 last April at the Hilton Green Plaza in Alexandria, Egypt. —Carby Rose Basina/CDC, GMA Integrated News
