Farhan Akhtar's Don 3 is one of the most awaited films. While everyone is eagerly waiting to see Ranveer Singh stepping into Shah Rukh Khan's shoes, the shooting of the film is currently underway. The film will also star Kriti Sanon in the lead. And now, it has been reported that the film will feature a high-energy track, similar to 'Aaj Ki Raat' from 2006's Don.
As reported by India Today, the new track is said to be similar to the original one, combining glamour and narrative tension. While the original song featured Shah Rukh Khan with Priyanka Chopra and Isha Koppikar, the new track will feature another actress with Kriti Sanon. Reportedly, discussions are underway with a few female actresses, but no name has been finalised as of now.
Interestingly, it was previously reported that Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra are also likely to make a special appearance in Don 3. However, there is no official confirmation regarding this as of now.

Following Kiara's exit, Farhan Akhtar's Excel Entertainment confirmed Kriti Sanon as the female lead in Don 3. 'He is also preparing for his next directorial venture, Don 3, which is expected to go on floors in January 2026. The film will feature Ranveer Singh and Kriti Sanon in leading roles. Casting for the film is underway, with the makers reportedly in talks with a top A-list actor to take on the intense antagonist role," a press release from the production house read.
As for the antagonist in Don 3, reports claim that while Vikrant Massey and Vijay Deverakonda were approached for the role, both actors declined the opportunity due to the character lacking depth.
