Ottawa Senators release full regular season schedule
The Sens will open the season Oct. 9 at Tampa Bay, with the home opener on Oct. 13 against the visiting Nashville Predators.
The 82-game schedule features a seven-game road trip in November and a five-game homestand in April. The rival Toronto Maple Leafs will visit Ottawa for the final game of the season on April 15, 2026.
The Senators are coming off their first playoff appearance in eight years, having made it to six games in the first round of the 2024-25 Stanley Cup Playoffs before being eliminated by the Leafs.
'I know we're going to get better internally and we're just going to get better overall so that when that time comes next year, we're not just happy to be in the playoffs—we want more,' said team captain Brady Tkachuk in May, following the team's playoff loss.
The preseason runs Sept. 21 to Oct. 4, with two games against Toronto, two against the Montreal Canadiens, and one each against the New Jersey Devils and St. Louis Blues.
