The man in the viral video has been identified as a model named Sagar Patil. While not much information is known about him, he is reportedly based out of Mumbai and has over 31,000 followers on Instagram. His bio on the platform describes him as an 'artist" who is 'spreading smiles, travelling, singing, gym crazy". Apart from this, Sagar Patil also has a YouTube channel named 'Travel With Sagar'. It has 331 subscribers and 42 videos.

Who Was Sagar Patil's GF, Who Died In Ahmedabad Plane Crash?
While there is no official confirmation, netizens believe that Sagar was dating Manisha Thapa, who was a cabin crew member of the flight AI171. Sagar follows Manisha on Instagram and was reportedly also present with the latter's family in the hospital after the tragic plane crash.
When Sagar was spotted sitting alone in the hospital room, crying, he was asked by somebody about the person he lost in the plane crash. To this, the model simply replied, 'My love."
While Sagar has not commented on his girlfriend's death as of now, he recently took to his Instagram stories and wrote, 'Thank you so much for your support. Lost of DMs difficult to reply each one of them. I don't know what to say trying to heal from the things which I am going through. Spend time with your loved ones enjoy the most. Pata nahi kal rahenge ya nahi rahenge."

We were standing in the corridor of the hospital. At that moment, we both broke down standing in that corridor… When you first hear the word 'malignant' or 'cancer', it creates fear in your mind. I just broke down and hugged Shoaib tightly." Moving ahead, Dipika also expressed gratitude towards her admirers, acknowledging their love and support throughout. 'I feel blessed and a little proud. I treasure this a lot," she said. About her recovery from the cancer, Dipika Kakar mentioned that there is still a 'long way to go."
