Jennifer was taking part in a new strength campaign with fitness brand Pvolve and she looked stunning as she posed for the camera.
The Hollywood star looked remarkable as she handled Pvolve's fitness equipment to promote the Pvolve workout, designed by women for women.
The actress has starred in a string of Hollywood movies since playing Rachel Green in the hit Nineties sitcom, which she calls the 'biggest gift' of her life.
When asked recently what her favourite job has been during her glittering career, Jennifer said: 'Obviously Friends — that's a no-brainer.
'I would have to say that is number one.
'Every single day I miss the schedule of filming . . . it's the best schedule ever on the planet.'
Pvolve has teamed up with Jennifer for its mission to educate women on the importance of resistance training for building strength in both body and mind at every stage of life.
Jennifer herself came up with the concept for the campaign which was shot by celebrity photographer Zoey Grossman.
She wanted to remind people that no matter their age or fitness level, everyone has the potential to feel stronger than ever.
She said: "Moving my body has always been important to me, and as we now know from the data, strength training is of the utmost importance to staying healthy and active as we age.

"After training with Pvolve for almost four years, I've learned there's so much we can do to counteract the natural changes our bodies experience.
"And with the Pvolve Method, we can become stronger than ever."
The Pvolve Method focuses on functional fitness, which means that it moves through all three planes of motion - side-to-side, front-to-back, and rotational.
Julie Cartwright, President of Pvolve, said: "Our method is designed to address the unique needs of women, who often face hormonal changes and life transitions that require special consideration in fitness, with an emphasis on building lasting strength.

"Historically, many workouts have been built around men?s physiology, with women expected to adapt.
"So, we decided to take a different approach, though the workout is equally effective for men.
Pvolve has physical studio locations in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles, franchises across the US and Canada, and more than 40 locations in development,

My man said his ex's name during our wedding vows in ‘Ross from Friends' moment…he was mortified but I still said ‘I do'

Andrew Fildes, 51, and Rebecca Fildes, 46, got married in a registry office in Bedfordshire in October 2023 after being together for six years. A 'surprised' Rebecca, who shares a middle name with his former partner, quickly corrected him because he didn't even realise his mistake. Luckily the mum-of-three 'just laughed it off' and didn't let it ruin the big day. Taking to TikTok, Rebecca shared video footage of the blunder captioned 'when your new husband calls you his ex-girlfriend's name', which has now gone viral with more than 37,800 views. The clip shows the couple holding hands as the groom says 'I take you, Sarah' - before the bride erupts into laughter. Amused users found the clip hilarious and took to the comments with many comparing the situation to a 'Ross and Rachel moment' from the US sitcom, Friends. In the infamous episode, Ross accidentally says 'Rachel' instead of 'Emily' during his vows leading his new wife to flee. However, other users branded the groom's mistake a 'big red flag'. Despite the awkward mistake, the pair still say it was the 'best day of their lives'. Andrew, a property manager who lives in Harlington, Bedfordshire, said: "It's the worst nightmare saying my ex's name but to be fair it's Rebecca's second name so I got her name all jumbled up when I was talking. I'm horrified by what an Etsy seller did to my beautiful wedding bouquet - people agree it looks 'awful & tacky' "I was bricking it and I was standing in front of friends and family trying not to say the wrong words. I was just shaking and sweating so I was just trying to get through the ceremony really as I don't like standing up in front of people. "I wasn't even aware of it when I said it. Rebecca just looked at me and I thought 'what have I said wrong' and she corrected me. It wasn't ideal for him to say his ex's name. Thankfully I saw the funny side in it and we're still married Rebecca Fildes "My brother put his hand on his face and my son shook his head and I thought 'I've clearly got something wrong'. "It's just one of those things but it's quite a common name. Although it's my ex, we've been separated for 10 years.' He then added: "I was glad she saw the funny side. She loves to take the p*** out of me for it and it comes up quite regularly. I don't take it too seriously but it's still embarrassing. Average cost of a wedding in 2025 Recent research by Hodge reveals the dream of getting married can come with a hefty price tag, reaching more than £20,000. Food - £6,000 Honeymoon - £4,329 Wedding outfits - £3,500 Entertainment - £2,000 Engagement ring - £1,948 Flowers - £1,110 Wedding ring - £1,000 Wedding transport - £700 Total = £20,587 "It's a real-life Ross and Rachel moment. It's a bit frustrating because we talked about that beforehand as a joke because we're both Friends fans. It was still the best day of my life." Rebecca, a dog walker who lives in Harlington, Bedfordshire, explained: "I was surprised he said it. It wasn't ideal for him to say his ex's name. Thankfully I saw the funny side in it and we're still married. "I just think because he was so nervous he picked up on the Sarah bit [of my name]. My brother put his hand on his face and my son shook his head and I thought 'I've clearly got something wrong' Andrew Fildes "It was a stand-out memory but I'm not sure it's a stand-out memory you particularly want. "We've got the kind of relationship where I don't think he did that for any reason other than just making a mistake. "I just laughed it off and we still laugh about it. I keep saying he owes me a proper wedding now where he gets my name right." Big divide Social media users eagerly shared their amusement at the awkward blunder, as one user said: "Ross and Rachel moment." Another asked: "Ross Geller is that you?" Whilst a third user commented: "I'd be bringing this up for the next 50 years." I would cancel the wedding, that's a big red flag TikTok user But at the same time, other users harshly criticised the groom for his mistake. One user said: "That's awful. I would have been so upset." A second chimed in: "I would have walked out." Whilst someone else penned: "I would cancel the wedding, that's a big red flag." Die-hard fans of the soap will remember him for playing Sam Kratz, who during his time on the soap became a pin-up on teenagers' bedroom walls. Richard's character rode into Ramsay Street in 1994 on a motorcycle clad in a leather jacket. He was an instant hit, and soon secured his Neighbours star heartthrob status. Richard previously revealed how he was unsure about attending the audition for Sam, after he learned that producers were looking for "a mega-hunk". However, he borrowed a leather jacket to make himself look more like the character, and he was told that he had the role a week after the audition. After leaving Neighbours in 1996, he joined rival soap Home and Away, playing Dr Lachlan Fraser. H. Staying with soaps, he then headed to blighty and starred in Emmerdale for two years until 2009. Sam is joined in his Neighbours return by Kimberley Davies, who appeared as Annalise Hartman from 1993 to 1996. The 52-year-old later moved to the United States, appearing in episodes of Friends and Ally McBeal. 90s soap bombshell hasn't aged a day as she returns to show twenty years after quitting The pair were pictured reuniting in a promo picture for their forthcoming return. Meanwhile, it comes after it was recently revealed how the final episode of Neighbours could reportedly 'fall flat"' - due to a lack of legends returning. So far, Richard and Kimberley are the only ones. Earlier this year, the beloved Aussie soap was axed for a second time, having been saved by Amazon after 37 years on Channel 5. 5 Actor Richard also starred in Emmerdale Credit: Shutterstock Editorial The original finale saw Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan return to Ramsay Street, alongside other show alums. However, bosses' attempts to bring back A-listers this time around have reportedly not panned out. According to Daily Mail Australia, stars such as Margot Robbie, Natalie Imbruglia, Guy Pearce and Russell Crowe are all said to have snubbed the final episode. An insider told the publication: "The cast of the current season will need to rely on the storylines that involve their characters, because breaking out the cheque book won't cover it." Regarding the 2022 finale, the source added: "The mega stars waived their usual million dollar fees and felt like they were waving goodbye to the show that launched them. It was very classy. "The fact that Alan Fletcher, Jackie Woodburn and Ryan Maloney were tipped off as the show was saved during Neighbours' 'farewell tour' was pretty awkward in retrospect." The last episode of Neighbours will air on December 11.
