Maura has been making the most of her final few weeks off before returning to TV screens in September.
The Galway native decided to head back to her family home in Inis Mor to spend some quality time with her family this summer.
Yesterday evening, she enjoyed a peaceful trip to a beautiful beach nearby.
Taking to her Instagram, Maura posted a clip showcasing the stunning coastal scenery.
She then captured a short video of herself enjoying a refreshing dip in the sea.
The mum-of-one was glowing as she donned a beautiful low-cut orange swimsuit.
She also had her natural brunette curls tied back into a bun.
The popular presenter beamed from ear-to-ear as she walked into the water.
The Irish host wrote in the caption: "Weather perfection."
Fans and friends all flocked to the comment section to share their love for her post.

Taking to Instagram, Maura posted a clip of herself struggling to detangle the "multiple" knots in her hair after a shower.
The 54-year-old held up the pesky knots to the camera and explained how this is what she deals with every day.
Although the TV star usually uses more expensive hair care to tame her mane, this time she opted for a more affordable method.
The mum-of-one told followers she was using the Bia Belle brush to comb through her hair and soften the curls.

Speaking to Aisling, he said: "Can I tell you something now that I've never told you before? "It was during Covid when Davy was born. So you were all washing your bloody shopping and everything and wiping it all down." Carl then revealed that he "opened the wrong pack" of wipes and instead of using baby wipes on his son, he used an antibacterial one when changing his nappy. Aisling remarked: "No wonder why his skin is so sensitive." Carl explained how stressed it made him saying: "No and in fairness I remember the next day his a** was red raw and I was so afraid to tell you. "I was like she's gonna kick my a**. She's going to absolutely kill me'. "And every day you'd call my name, I was like 'She's found out, she's figured it out. I don't know how but she's figured it out'."

Baker makes 3D cake of Oasis' debut album ahead of Croke Park shows
A Dublin baker has superbly recreated the Definitely Maybe Oasis cover by making the iconic album into a cake. If you've somehow managed to miss the news over the last week, Oasis are finally bringing their reunion tour to Dublin on Saturday and Sunday, with Oasis mania taking over the capital and country at large. With bucket hats being sold at a massive rate and people who weren't so lucky taking to every social media avenue to grab tickets, one woman has taken the fandom to a brilliant new level: recreating the iconic cover from Oasis' debut Definitely Maybe out of cake. The Perfectionist Confectionist Niamh Geraghty, who made the cake, revealed that it took more than a day of combined labour to get the cake together, explaining: 'It took [more than] 30 hours to create. The brief is 'Please, can you turn this album into a 3D cake?' [and] I did.' While 30 hours for something as intricate as an album cake may seem incredibly stressful and tedious, it was quite the contrary for Niamh, who told Today FM: 'I loved every minute of it.'
