Head coach David Gray is hoping for a positive result that sets them up nicely for a return leg at Easter Road in just over a week. Wing-back Chris Cadden said ahead of this clash: ' We're looking forward to the challenge, obviously away leg first, it'll be tough. We're under no illusions about how tough it's going to be and the pedigree they've got, but we need to be the best version of ourselves to go and beat them.
'I look around at our squad it's top quality, the additions have been really good, settled in really well and yes, obviously a positive season last season, so we need to keep on rolling with that and add quality, which I think we've done.'The squad depth we've got is really good, you can see the level in training as well.
'It's a massive game and it's the rewards of how well we've done last year, so first of all we'll go and enjoy it, take the challenge on head on and go and be the best versions of ourselves which we can be. We know it will be tough, but we're a good team as well, we know that and we're third place in the league for that reason, so we need to remember that and keep going.'

Dundee United won a European tie for the first time in 28 years as Iurie Iovu's second-half strike secured a 2-0 aggregate win over minnows UNA Strassen in their Conference League clash in Luxembourg. Jim Goodwin's new-look side carried a 1-0 win from the first leg of their second qualifier at Tannadice last week, courtesy a first goal for Australian striker Zac Sapsford but the visitors were unconvincing in the first half where both sides missed chances. United responded with a series of sprightly attacks and in the 16th minute Sapsford mishit a cross from Bert Esselink just eight yards out and the ball flew over. In the 36th minute the visitors carved out a good chance when Sibbald played in Ivan Dolcek but his powerful drive was parried by home keeper Koray Ozcan. However, again the home side came back and in a swift counter-attack, Matheus De Souza raced clear down the right but screwed his shot across the face of Kucherenko's goal and past the far post. Both sides went at each other after the break but it was low quality fare. The spirited home side kept going and in the 73rd minute Kucherenko made a decent save from substitute Nicolas Perez's drive and the Taysiders had to work until the final whistle to keep the clean sheet and secure European progression for the first time in seven attempts since overcoming Principat of Andorra in 1997.

Rasmus Hojlund vows to fight for his place as Man Utd linked with Benjamin Sesko
The Red Devils are in the midst of a rebuild after their worst top-flight campaign in 51 years was compounded by defeat to Tottenham in their all-or-nothing Europa League final. United's misfiring frontline was a major issue and the club are looking to sign a central striker, having brought in forwards Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo for what could end up being a combined £133.5million. The PA news agency understands they are pursuing a deal for long-standing target Sesko, raising fresh questions about the future of Hojlund who has scored just 14 goals in 62 Premier League appearances. The 22-year-old has rarely justified the fee paid to Atalanta in 2023 and he has been linked with a summer exit, but the Denmark international wants to stay at Old Trafford. Asked what United have told him about their plans for him this season, Hojlund told reporters in Chicago: 'Nothing so far. 'I think the most important (thing) for me is to keep working hard and stay focused and then obviously we'll see what happens. 'I think my plan is very clear and that is for me to stay and fight for my spot whatever happens.' A possible return to Serie A has been mentioned this summer, but United would take a substantial hit two years on from signing him for £64m plus a potential £8m in add-ons. 'Competition is fine with me, it sharpens me, so I'm more than ready,' said Hojlund, who is the same age as the Slovenia international. 'I'm feeling sharp so, yeah, I'm welcoming everything that comes. I think it's good with competition and it only sharpens the team.' Hojlund says he 'could have done with some help in terms of sharing the games a bit' previously at United, especially early in his time at the club, but feels he has matured. Amorim acknowledged the Dane's improvements after the win against Bournemouth, but the Red Devils boss did not offer any reassurance over his future. Coady subject of £2m 'bid' as ex-Rangers hero finds new club
The Championship club have put in a £2 million bid for the 32-year-old, claims Sky Sports. Coady, who played 22 games for Leicester City last season, is said to be keen on the move. He is linked to Rangers but could be swayed by the chance to join Wrexham, who were promoted to the second tier last season. Read more: Elsewhere in the Championship, Hull City have secured a season-long loan deal for former Rangers midfielder John Lundstram. The 31-year-old, who played 153 games for Rangers, is joining Hull City from Turkish Super Lig club Trabzonspor. Lundstram made a name for himself with a goal that took Rangers to the 2022 Europa League final. He is now set to continue his career in the English Championship with Hull City.
