It came just days before he was pictured snogging a bikini-clad woman on a beach as he celebrated his 37th birthday
In the latest images, the boxer was pictured smiling with his hands around a blonde woman's waist.
A shocked fan snapped the pair on July 6 at Soho nightclub in the Irish capital.
The witness told The Sun: 'He was very touchy feely with her, and now after seeing what's coming out, this seems a bit too much for an engaged man.
'I asked Conor if I could get a picture that night and he was pretty drunk and agreed.
'He said 'Here, get a picture', then pulled the girl he was with close to him.
'I then took the picture and said I meant me with him and he then told me to 'get out of here'.'
He added: 'He was acting like he was running the place, demanding people around and shouting at them."
The witness claimed McGregor was also "shouting at girls".
'He even tried getting some girls around 18 to chill with him, and they politely declined.
'I was absolutely gobsmacked when he waved me off and how he spoke to me.'
Conor today shared a selection of pictures captured "Birthday boy" which appear to be taken on the same night.
In one of the snaps, the blonde woman appears to be dancing next to him.
The Sun approached McGregor's reps for comment.
Conor McGregor & mystery woman spotted together AGAIN on cosy birthday dinner after they were seen kissing on beach
This week, McGregor was seen kissing a mystery brunette on a beach in Florida.
The athlete has been engaged to Dee Devlin since 2020 and they share four children together.
The latest scandal comes as leaked nudes McGregor sent to Azealia Banks that were then posted online by the rapper.
She alleges the fighter sent her the photos on X unprompted - despite her not following him back.
The rapper claims the messages were sexual harassment, but also said that she sent the boxer nude pictures as well in a sexting-back and-forth since 2016.
Last Friday, McGregor was spotted kissing the bikini-clad mystery woman on a beach.
They were sighted packing on the PDA in full sight of other beachgoers.
After a 15-minute jet ski ride to cool off, the former two-division UFC champion - who hasn't fought in nearly four years - cozied up with the dark-haired woman.
He then laid down a towel for the woman and wrapped an arm around her shoulders in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The Irishman seemed to lap up the attention of other female beachgoers around him.
Last year the MMA star was found liable in a civil case that accused him of sexually assaulting a woman in a hotel room in December 2018.
It was alleged that he had choked the claimant, leading to her fearing for her life.
He disputes the charges, arguing that they had consensual sex.
A second woman accused him of sexual assault following a June 2023 incident at an NBA Finals game in Miami.
The 49-year-old victim accused an "intoxicated" of slamming her face against a bathroom stall and placing her in an armlock before raping her.
The woman alleged that McGregor engaged "in unlawful sexual contact" to fulfil his "own sexual gratification" and to "degrade" her.
Florida prosecutors, however, declined to pursue criminal charges for the alleged assault with the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, citing insufficient evidence in the case back in October 2023.
McGregor denies any accusations of wrongdoing.

The fashion icons who've inspired my summer wardrobe, from Jane Birkin to Caroline Bessette Kennedy: JOANNE HEGARTY

If you make a purchase via links on this page we will earn commission - While many are currently packing for sunshine holidays (as I am for my Greek sojourn), the bonkers timings of fashion mean that shops and online sites are already filling up with autumn pieces. Despite these woolly knits signalling that the new season is very much on the horizon, I'm still invested in the present one. As well as its fashion, summer's been full of memorable moments. Here are some of my standouts (plus a few to come). I've loved Netflix series Sirens, set on an East Coast beach estate – and not just for its plot. In her role as powerhouse Michaela Kell, actress Julianne Moore's wardrobe made my eyes water with happiness. Think puffy-sleeved Proenza Schouler tops, one-sleeved dresses by The Row, wafty Chloé pieces and a Khaite leather jacket (which Moore ended up buying). As a long-time fan of the late Jane Birkin, I watched the sale of the first Hermès Birkin bag – once owned and battered by the legendary star – with huge interest. When it sold for a staggering £7.4 million to Japanese luxury fashion retailer Valuence, I knew if Jane were alive today, she'd have been most amused. I, meanwhile, was not amused when the disastrous PR shots from the Ryan Murphy drama about Carolyn Bessette Kennedy – another fashion heroine of mine – landed. Sorry, Ryan, but you totally underestimated the importance of her wardrobe and flung any old thing on the actress Sarah Pidgeon, resulting in the internet going into meltdown. Blokes and fashion, eh? Also making the headlines was the news that US Vogue editor Anna Wintour was retiring, which spread like wildfire… only for it to turn out that she wasn't bowing out at all. She has been at every major fashion event since – typical of Wintour to do things, including 'retiring', her way. As for moments to come, next month's new series of Apple TV+'s The Morning Show will definitely be one of them, thanks to its power-dressing – as well as French actress Marion Cotillard joining the cast. And with the Beckham/Peltz fallout big news, Prime's new show The Girlfriend, also out next month, is super-timely due to its tale of the toxic dynamics between an overprotective mother (Robin Wright) and her son's mysterious partner. Plus, the outfits look amazing. @youmagazine If French Riviera style floats your boat, check out Paper London's new style collaboration with Saint-Tropez hotel Arev. This navy sweatshirt from the collection is très joli. Jumper ON THE FRINGE The tassel necklace has become a popular unexpected accessory of choice this summer. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is a fan. I love this one. Necklace £69.95 Shop SPOTTED French brand Jacquemus is having a fruitful summer. For her new romantic movie Good Sex, which is set in New York, actress Natalie Portman (right), 44, has been seen in her role as a couples' therapist wearing a Prada blouse and holding a Jacquemus Calinou bag. Meanwhile in Ibiza, actress Margot Robbie was spotted on holiday clutching its round Spiaggia raffia tote.

Ancient ruins of Peel Castle to show Shakespeare 'as intended'

A touring theatre director has said performing in the open-air in the ruins of an ancient castle allows audiences to experience Shakespeare as it was "originally intended".A cast of six is set to bring one of the playwright's best known comedies to life in the grounds of Peel Castle and Rushen Abbey this performances of Much Ado About Nothing form part of a 60-castle tour of Europe by the company, which started in Paul Stebbings said despite being well experienced in staging shows in historical ruins, the wildlife at Peel Castle had previously posed a challenge because "seagulls have no respect for Shakespeare". He said one of the seabirds attempted to upstage the actors in a key scene during a previous production of Romeo and Juliet at the site, which was built between the 11th and 14th centuries."I had to chase one off the stage that actually was determined to sit on the balcony," he said venues on the tour ranged from ruins to stately homes and the logistics of performing in castles were sometimes "pretty tricky" because ultimately castles were "designed not to get into".Stebbings has strong links to the island through both family connections and his involvement in several previous include writing and directing the Ghost of Illiam Dhone, portraying the life and times of Manx martyr William Christian, in conjunction with the Manx Heritage Foundation a decade ago. His latest Shakespearian endeavour, being staged in conjunction with Manx National Heritage, is set in Messina and revolves around a plot to make two friends fall in said using Peel Castle as the setting allowed the cast to get closer to the audience, in turn allowing those watching to see the play as the writer had "designed"."The actors get up close so the audience see the whites of their eyes, which I think is important," he said."These play were not designed to have clunky big scene changes," he production by TNT and the American Theatre Group is set to get underway in the grounds of Peel Castle at 18:00 BST, with a repeat performance a Rushen Abbey at 14:00 on Sunday.
