Jennifer Aniston Hosts A Celeb-Filled Dinner Every Single Sunday, And Here Are The Details
Jennifer Aniston is known for hosting incredible gatherings in Hollywood. Last year, for example, she shared a series of snaps from her star-studded Friendsgiving dinner, which was attended by celebs like Courteney Cox, Sandra Bullock, and Sean Hayes. Related: And a recent Vanity Fair profile lifted the lid on Jennifer's iconic dinner gatherings, which are hosted weekly and attended by a heap of stars. The author of the piece, Julie Miller, writes, 'Every Sunday, Aniston gathers 10 to 15 people for dinner,' and that 'everyone sits at the same seat, with Aniston at the head.' These celebrity guests include Jimmy Kimmel and his wife, Molly McNearney, as well as Jason Bateman, his wife, Amanda Anka, and their daughters: 18-year-old Francesca and 13-year-old Maple. Related: Gushing about the food served at the dinners, Jason hilariously revealed that the group had to encourage Jen to diversify her menus, which seemingly largely consisted of Mexican dishes. 'She stumbled upon a burger that is almost identical to the In-N-Out burger,' he shared. 'She actually found some company to print up a bunch of the papers that are wrapped around the burgers with 'Jen-N-Out' on it. It looks exactly like the logo. You can either have the beef or chicken, the lettuce or a bun around it. Then usually one of us will bring dessert.' Jason previously said of the weekly dinners, 'We show up an hour or two before we eat, and that time is spent talking and laughing and then we all sit around a big table and eat. Sometimes we'll watch something on TV after, or we'll start to disassemble. The first wave, with kids, leaves around nine; the second wave stays another hour or two.' Related: Elsewhere in the profile, Jason opened up about Jen's close relationship with his and Amanda's daughters. 'She almost makes us parents look bad because she's so incredibly attentive and consistent with her curiosity and warmth,' he said. 'She's the first one to call or text about big dates in the girls' lives. She has questions about boyfriends.' 'She's almost closer to a co-mom with Amanda. She's been a part of their lives from the moment they were born,' he said before adding, 'It is odd for them to even understand the public Jennifer Aniston.' Related: Meanwhile, Jen highlighted just how close she is with Amanda by revealing that the 18-year-old borrows her bikinis when the group go on vacation together. 'Well, there's my bikini. Your child is now wearing my bikinis. Whoa. We've come a long way,' she said. Adorable. You can find the full Vanity Fair piece here.
