Runaway pig causes chaos on major road
The animal was safely apprehended after a short foot chase.
The pig sustained no injuries during the incident, and officers were able to get traffic moving again.
The South Carolina Department of Public Safety thanked the Richland County Sheriff's Department for their assistance in ensuring the pig found a good home.
