Honor freezes, bakes, and shoots the Magic V5 to prove how durable it is
Honor made the Magic V5 official a couple of days ago, and today it's shared a new promo video for the phone, which is definitely different.
It shows the Magic V5 withstanding a simulation of very forceful pouring rain, which isn't that unexpected considering its IP59 rating for protection from high-pressure water jets. The phone is then frozen, then subjected to a very high temperature. Then things get weird.
Steel balls are being shot at the phone to make a point about its durability, and of course it withstands the impacts without any issue. See for yourself above.
The Honor Magic V5 is thus billed as incredibly tough despite being a foldable. It comes with a 7.95-inch 2172x2352 LTPO AMOLED folding screen, a 6.43-inch 1060x2376 cover display, the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, 12/16GB of RAM, 256GB/512GB/1TB of storage, and a 5,820 mAh battery with support for 66W wired and 50W wireless charging. It has a 50 MP main camera with OIS, a 64 MP periscope telephoto with 3x optical zoom, a 50 MP ultrawide with autofocus, and a couple of 20 MP selfie cameras.

OnePlus 15s/15T details leak
The OnePlus 13T and OnePlus 13s are very similar devices that represent the brand's latest entry into the 'smaller-screen high-end device' space, and they've only been out for a few weeks at this point. And yet, there's already a rumor about the upcoming OnePlus 15T and 15s (the brand is likely to skip the number 14 due to prevailing tetraphobia in some parts of Asia). According to this rumor, the next generation will have the same screen size. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 and Flip7 FE battery ratings posted, retailer listing confirms key specs
We already came across the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold7's EPREL label yesterday which confirmed its battery endurance, alongside key info on durability, repairability and ingress protection. We now have the same details for the Galaxy Z Flip7 which unsurprisingly shares identical scores in terms of overall energy efficiency (B), durability (A) and repairability (C) while also boasting an IP48 ingress protection rating. Flip7 does get a higher expected battery life on a single charge – at 42 hours and 4 minutes. Galaxy Z Flip7 EPREL label and detailed listing The detailed listing shows that Flip7 features a 4,174mAh rated battery capacity which should be marketed as 4,300mAh. The same set of details is also available for the Z Flip7 FE, which is certified with a rated battery capacity of 3,887mAh. That will likely be marketed as 4,000mAh. Galaxy Z Flip7 FE's EPREL listing Galaxy Z Fold7 is also seen and features a 4,272mAh rated capacity which will most likely be marketed as 4,400mAh.
