
Sana'a hosts consultative meeting to discuss women annual achievements
A consultative meeting was held in Sana'a to discuss the annual achievements of women's departments in government institutions for the year 1446 AH, organized by the National Women's Committee.
The meeting reviewed the committee's tasks in addressing issues of concern to women, resolving the problems and difficulties facing its members in official bodies, and discussing official plans for the year 1447 AH.
Dr. Ghada Abu Talib, Chairwoman of the National Women's Committee, reviewed the problems, difficulties, and special needs of women in government departments and the mechanisms for resolving them to advance the status of women in all fields.
She emphasized the importance of identifying difficulties and finding the necessary solutions within the framework of coordinating efforts with the relevant authorities in the next phase.
The meeting was attended by members of the Women's Administration in government agencies and a number of female committee employees.

For his part, Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council, Dhaifullah Rassam, highlighted the deep loyalty of the Yemeni people to the Prophet and their adherence to the Muhammadan path, considering the wide public turnout at these events as a clear affirmation of their belonging to the message of Islam. Meanwhile, Mayor of the Capital, Dr. Hamoud Obad, stressed the importance of field engagement to strengthen community participation, affirming that commemorating the occasion also reflects Yemen's steadfast stance in supporting Gaza and Palestine.

Traffic Police discuss last year's performance & prepare plan for 1447 AH
Sana'a - Saba: A meeting held on Tuesday in Sana'a, chaired by Director-General of Traffic Police, Major General Dr. Bakil Al-Barashi, reviewed the field performance of the previous year (1446 AH) and outlined the action plan for the new year (1447 AH). The meeting, attended by Traffic Police leaders and officers, examined the challenges faced during the past year and proposed solutions and improvements to enhance services for citizens and boost traffic safety. Dr. Al-Barashi emphasized the importance of strengthening traffic performance through regulatory frameworks that translate into practical steps on the ground. He noted that the success of any plan begins in the field, not in offices, requiring unified efforts, heightened motivation, and teamwork to deliver tangible results. He stressed adherence to the directives of the revolutionary and political leadership, as well as the Ministry of Interior, to enhance oversight and traffic discipline. The Director-General stated that the new year's plan receives leadership support, as it includes key projects to improve Traffic Police operations and prioritize tasks. The plan will focus on raising awareness, discipline, and traffic safety while enhancing the efficiency of personnel through cultural and training programs on professional conduct with citizens.
