Rumors have been swirling that Miller has moved in with his movie star girlfriend, and he poured fuel on the fire when he was spotted outside her mansion in May.
Now Garner has been spotted out and about in Los Angeles with a sparkling bauble on her left hand, intensifying the speculation about her relationship status.
Daily Mail has contacted Garner's representatives for comment.
'John is basically living with Jennifer,' a source told UsWeekly this May, noting it was only 'part time.'
The site also claimed he moved out of his Los Angeles home after the wildfires ravaged several neighborhoods in the Southern California city, and he has yet to find a new pad.
'He has an office in L.A. and splits his time between staying there and at Jennifer's home,' the source said.
This comes after DailyMail.com confirmed in mid-March that Garner and Miller are still going strong, with a source spotting them looking cozy on a date night.
The couple were seen 'holding hands and kissing' and being 'very cute with one another' as they strolled through the Brentwood Country Mart in Los Angeles.
The PDA-filled outing took place in the evening, according to the eyewitness.
'They are still going strong and appear to be doing really well,' the source shared.
'They looked happy and at ease, like a married couple that is thriving. They laughed and smiled at each other. Very cute.'
The insider added that both were dressed down for the casual date. 'She had no makeup on, her hair down. He wore a coat and jeans.'
'There was a lot of affection between them,' the source continued. 'They held hands and kissed — just a very normal couple with no Hollywood weirdness.'
Miller, a Stanford Law School graduate, now serves as chairman and CEO of CaliGroup, a tech conglomerate that not only owns the CaliBurger restaurant chain but also invests in innovative ventures in robotics and artificial intelligence.
He also heads CaliGroup's portfolio company, PopID, which focuses on facial recognition payment systems.
Despite his impressive resume, Miller maintains a low public profile and rarely seeks the spotlight.
Outside of his business ventures, he remains devoted to co-parenting his two children with ex-wife Caroline Campbell, a celebrated violinist who has performed with renowned artists like Andrea Bocelli, Josh Groban, and Sting.
The former couple married in 2005 and divorced in 2011, but are said to maintain a cordial relationship for the sake of their kids.
While Garner's life continues to play out in the public eye, Miller seems happy to stay behind the scenes — giving her a steady, drama-free presence away from all the Hollywood noise.

Jack Osbourne revealed that he and his sister Aimee were 'not close at all' in a podcast chat recorded weeks before they reunited for their father Ozzy's funeral. The Osbournes launched in 2002 and ran for four series' on MTV, following the lives of the late Ozzy Osbourne, his wife Sharon and two of their children - Jack and Kelly. Donald Trump allegedly confessed to GOP colleagues that his ear injury was 'not too bad' at the Republican National Convention, despite wearing his infamous oversized bandage. The then-presidential nominee told Byron Donalds that doctors had advised him to keep the bandage on, the Florida Congressman said, speaking at a GOP conference over the weekend. Trump arrived at the convention in July 2024 wearing the bandage, two days after surviving an attempted assassination while out campaigning in Butler, Pennsylvania, during which a bullet clipped his right ear. Many convention goers decided to mimic the look in solidarity, also sporting bandages of their own. However, Donalds recalled, Trump himself was unenthused about his medical head accessory when the pair met shortly after his convention speech. "I see the bandage, and the second thing [Trump says] is 'what do you think of the bandage?'" Donalds said. "I said, 'I don't like it. Take it off.' That's what I said. 'I don't like it. Take it off.' I said 'let everybody see the ear.'' "He was like, 'you know, it's not too bad. It's not too bad'..."Doc Ronny [Jackson] says, I gotta wear the bandage." 'I'm like 'so what? You're the president just take the thing off,' Donalds added. The president's bandage became the inspiration for many at the RNC, with one Arizona delegate Joe Neglia describing it at the time as 'the newest fashion trend.' 'Everybody in the world is going to be wearing these pretty soon,' Neglia told CBS, while sporting a piece of white tape over his own ear. 'When he came in [to the convention], and there was that eruption of love in the room, I thought, 'what can I do to honor the truth? What can I possibly do?'' 'And then I saw the bandage and I thought, I can do that. So, I put it on simply to honor Trump and to express sympathy with him and unity with him.' At a rally shortly after the convention, Trump appeared to have downgraded his ear bandage, instead sporting a skin-colored band-aid covering the top part of his right ear.
