Dabo Swinney Steals the Spotlight at Sold-Out Savannah Bananas Game in Death Valley
The Savannah Bananas took over Clemson's Death Valley on Saturday night and delivered a show for the ages. With 81,000 fans packing Memorial Stadium — the largest crowd in team history — the Bananas brought their unique brand of baseball, entertainment, and pure chaos to one of college football's most iconic venues.
The highlight of the night came when the Bananas decided to honor one of Clemson's most beloved traditions: the 'Most Exciting 25 Seconds in College Football.' Players and performers loaded onto buses, circling Death Valley as part of the full game-day experience.

As the buses made the famous two right turns outside the stadium, the Bananas danced and celebrated inside, building anticipation. When they reached the top of the hill, the team unloaded, lined up, and prepared for their entrance — cameras rolling — ready to charge down the hill in true Tiger fashion.
But nobody saw what happened next coming.
Out of nowhere, Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney appeared at the top of the hill alongside the Bananas. As the cannon boomed, Swinney and the Bananas sprinted down the hill, with Dabo racing all the way to midfield, just like he does on game days.
Along the way, he high-fived players and fired up the sold-out crowd, igniting an eruption of deafening cheers inside Memorial Stadium. It was a moment Clemson fans — and Banana Ball fans — won't soon forget.
The Bananas faced off against their longtime rivals, the Party Animals, in a fast-paced, dance-filled game that featured everything from choreographed at-bats to a mid-inning conga line. It was a perfect marriage of Clemson's deep traditions and the Bananas' all-fun, no-rules brand of baseball.
Even Clemson legend C.J. Spiller joined the show, jumping in on the dancing and celebrating with the Bananas.

UGA head coach Kirby Smart is reportedly using every tactic at his disposal in the pursuit of five-star wide receiver Cederian Morgan. The country's No. 15 player and No. 2 wide receiver, per On3, has been considered an Alabama lean. But Georgia has been trying to shift his recruitment in their favor, according to DawgsHQ's Rusty Mansell. Georgia wide receiver coach James Coley has been making a lot of visits with Morgan this offseason. With the NFL draft departures of wide receiver Ladd McConkey and tight end Brock Bowers after the 2023 season, the Bulldogs took a step back statistically. Advertisement In 2023, with Bowers and McConkey, Georgia finished fifth in total offense (496.5 yards per game). In 2024, they dropped down to 51st (405.4 yards per game). Among their 2025 recruiting class, per On3, Georgia added Elyiss Williams and Ethan Barbour, two four-star tight ends. They also received five commitments from wide receivers and added three more via the transfer portal. The 2026 recruiting class will run through February of next year, but UGA is already putting in work with a four-star commitment at tight end and two more four-star commits at wide receiver. A player of Morgan's caliber would be a big coup for the Bulldogs. On3 has Morgan with a 92.8% prediction to Alabama and less than 1% to Georgia. Missouri Men's Basketball made a landmark announcement Monday morning, naming Tim Fuller as the first general manager in program history. Fuller brings over 25 years of experience to the role, having made previous coaching stops at programs including North Carolina A&T, Wake Forest, Elon, Fairfield and Louisville.
