Dog the Bounty Hunter's stepgrandson, 13, shot and killed by father in ‘incomprehensible' accident: report

Yahoo3 days ago
Dog the Bounty Hunter is going though an unimaginable tragedy after his stepgrandson, Anthony Zecca, was accidentally shot and killed by his father, Gregory Zecca.
Gregory — who's the son of Dog's wife, Francie Frane — accidentally shot his 13-year-old son in a 'freak accident' on Saturday night, TMZ reported Sunday.
The incident occurred in their apartment in Naples, Florida, per the outlet.
The Collier County Sheriff's Office tells Page Six that deputies responded to a report of a shooting at 8:08 p.m. in Naples. One person was deceased. According to police, it was an isolated incident.
No arrests have been made and it's an active investigation.
Dog — whose real name is Duane Chapman — and Francie confirmed the tragic loss in a statement.
'We are grieving as a family over this incomprehensible tragic accident and would ask for continued prayers as we grieve the loss of our beloved grandson, Anthony,' they said in a statement to TMZ.
Dog's rep didn't immediately respond to Page Six's request for comment.
Dog is the father to 13 children from six different relationships. He married Francie — a rancher from Colorado — in September 2021.
Their wedding took place 10 months after his wife, Beth Chapman, died following a battle with throat cancer.
Dog and Francie were also brought together through tragedy after she also lost her spouse to cancer.
Francie lost her husband, Bob, an excavator, to the disease just six months before Beth died.
'We understood the pain that the other one was feeling and [in] those tough days and moments, we helped each other stand up,' Francie said in a September 2020 interview with Entertainment Tonight. 'We could cry with each other and talk about what we were feeling.'
'We were able to walk alongside each other through the pain and heartbreak and it brought us together in this amazing way,' she added.
Dog briefly spoke about Francie's children in a September 2020 appearance on 'The Dr. Oz Show.'
'I know she's a hunter. Her and her two sons have hunted bow hunt, so they track, they look for things that the prey leaves behind,' he said.
'She just fit right in,' he added about his first bounty hunt with Francie. 'She started getting leads and writing them down, so there's more than just tracking and hunting.'

Jessica Alba Looks Smitten on Date Night With New BF Danny Ramirez

Jessica Alba was straight-up glowing like a kid let loose in a candy store on her date night with new flame Danny Ramirez ... and TBH, we're obsessed with this sugar-sweet romance! TMZ got the pics and the clip -- Jessica couldn't wipe that mega-watt smile off her face as she and Danny cruised out of West Hollywood's Alba restaurant (no relation!) Wednesday, looking extra cozy on their romantic date night. Jessica looked totally besotted with the 32-year-old 'Captain America' star -- proof this romance is only going from strength to strength since TMZ dropped the dating bombshell last week. Remember, the pair already had a steamy Cancun getaway -- where they first sparked buzz, and yep, that's where TMZ snagged the very first footage of them together at the airport. Good to see Jessica moving on after her February divorce from Cash Warren -- TMZ broke that one too. The exes share three kids, and sources told us the split was totally drama-free, with both filing for joint custody. Solve the daily Crossword

Bradley Cooper May ‘Pop the Question' to Gigi Hadid in a ‘Couple of Months'

THE RUNDOWN After almost two years of dating, sources close to Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper believe they may be getting engaged soon. An insider speaking with Page Six says that they are very serious and that Cooper is 'considering marriage and kids with Gigi.' 'He might pop the question in the next couple of months,' they added. Another source stated, 'They could picture a blended family with their daughters and their own kids,' adding they are 'incredibly happy and are in their own bubble.' Both the actor and the model have children already, with Cooper sharing his seven-year-old daughter, Lea De Seine, with model Irina Shayk. Hadid shares her five-year-old daughter, Khai, with former boyfriend Zayn Malik. An insider told People in January that the couple has introduced their daughters and they all spend time together. 'It's very sweet,' said the source. 'They are busy with work, but also prioritize their relationship and daughters.' The couple first stirred dating rumors in October 2023 after being seen on a dinner date at Via Carota in New York City. They have been very discreet about their connection, but in March, Hadid opened up to Vogue that they met at the 'backyard birthday party' of a mutual friend's child. She also shared some of the challenges that come with dating as a celebrity. 'You want to give yourself a normal experience of dating, and even for my friends who aren't public figures, that's hard,' Hadid began. 'Where do you go? And, what? You just start talking to people? And then there's another added layer of privacy and security. You want to believe that people are going to have your back and not call TMZ or go on DeuxMoi or whatever, but you just don't know.' Hadid added that her and Cooper's relationship is 'very romantic and happy.'
