Unexpected return of Real Madrid star
Madrid – Saba:
A Spanish newspaper reported on Wednesday that one of Real Madrid's injured players is close to returning to training with the royal team, while club competitions are currently undergoing an international break.
According to the Spanish newspaper "AS," Brazilian international defender Eder Militao suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament earlier this season, the same injury he sustained last season.
Militao is scheduled to return to Real Madrid training after the current break, as he is making significant progress in his recovery.
The newspaper added that Militao's return to the field at this time was unexpected, noting the possibility of him participating with Real Madrid in the Club World Cup, which will begin next June.
The Brazilian suffered the injury during Real Madrid's 4-0 win over Osasuna, a major blow to coach Carlo Ancelotti, who decided to use young defender Raúl Asensio.
Militao has already started light ball training and demonstrated his ability to move, indicating that he is close to a full recovery.

Real Madrid Offers No. 10 Shirt to French Star Mbappé
Madrid – SABA: Spanish media have reported that Real Madrid has offered French forward Kylian Mbappé the iconic No. 10 shirt for the upcoming season. According to the program El Chiringuito, the Spanish club proposed that Mbappé wear the jersey previously donned by Croatian legend Luka Modrić, following the veteran midfielder's departure from the team. Mbappé initially began his journey with Real Madrid wearing the No. 9 shirt, as his preferred number 7 was already taken by Brazilian star Vinícius Júnior. Now, the No. 10—once worn by Modrić—will be handed to the French striker. The No. 10 shirt carries a prestigious legacy at Real Madrid, having been worn by legendary players such as Mesut Özil, Portuguese icon Luís Figo, Clarence Seedorf, and most recently, Luka Modrić. It's worth noting that Mbappé also wears the No. 10 for the French national team and considers it his favorite number, alongside the No. 7, which he famously wore at Paris Saint-Germain in honor of his idol Cristiano Ronaldo.
