Paddy and Christine McGuinness still living together and 'struggling to sell £6m mansion'
Exes Paddy McGuinness and Christine McGuinness are said to be struggling to sell the mansion that they share. It comes following reports earlier this year that Christine's been "desperate" to sell the property to start afresh elsewhere.
Paddy, 51, and Christine, 37, who have three children together, announced the end of their marriage in 2022. The former couple have continued to live together in the family's home in Cheshire whilst co-parenting in recent years.
Earlier this year though, it was reported that they had put the seven-bedroom house on the market for £6.5 million. It's now claimed that there has been "very little interest" in the property

The property, which includes a gym and other features, is understood to have been on the market for four months. According to the Sun, it's considered expensive even for the area and a source said that the market seems "a bit flat".
A source told the outlet: "It's a lovely house with all mod cons in a fantastic location but there's been very little interest. It's the most expensive house in Prestbury on Rightmove but it appears the market's a bit flat right now."
Paddy and Christine had shared that they would continue to live together when they announced their split, after 11 years of marriage, in 2022. In their statement they had said: "We'll always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship and still live happily in our family home together."
The former couple have since spoken about remaining in the same home to co-parent together. Whilst on the Shizzio Show, in an episode released in March, she gave details about their living arrangements at the property.
Christine shared that they were living in "separate" parts of the home. She said at the time: "We separated three years ago and we are completely divorced, and we live in separate parts of the house but we share a family home."
There has previously been speculation that she's keen to sell the property though. That same month, it was reported that the Real Housewives of Cheshire star was feeling "utterly miserable" over continuing to live with her ex.
A source had told the Daily Mail that she couldn't continue living with him. They told the outlet: "Christine is at the end of her tether and can't carry on living with Paddy."
At the time, the source went on to claim that she hoped to buy somewhere smaller in the future. They said: "She is desperate to sell the house, split the proceeds, and buy a smaller property where she can live happily with their three children."

Nicola Adams shares tough reason for split and opens up on co-parenting
Olympic gold medalist Nicola Adams opens up on the reason for her split with girlfriend Ella Baig and how they are navigating co-parenting with their three-year-old son Olympic gold medalist Nicola Adams has admitted that her ex-girlfriend Ella Baig's career on an adult website put a strain on their relationship as she opens up on 'difficult' break-up and co-parenting their son. 42-year-old Nicola, who was the first British woman to clinch Olympic gold in the ring at the 2012 Olympics, parted ways with 27-year-old Ella at the beginning of the year after seven years together. Their relationship came under strain due to the nature of Ella's OnlyFans career. The couple began dating in 2018 after meeting each other on a night out and hitting it off. After a few years of dating, they decided they wanted to have children and opted to use fertility treatments. Ella went on to give birth to their son Taylor in July 2022 via caesarean section. It comes after Princess Andre says she's 'independent' from parents as she breaks silence after Katie Price row. Since their split this year, Nicola has admitted that Ella's career on OnlyFans did in fact have an impact on their relationship. Speaking to the Daily Mail, the boxer said: 'I have always been incredibly supportive of Ella's career and the choices she has made, including her work on OnlyFans. However, as much as I respect what she does, I can't deny that it has had an impact on our relationship.' She also revealed that it is difficult going through a breakup in the public eye, but they are doing well at navigating co-parenting. She added: 'Co-parenting has been really good, because our son's always at the top of it. It's always difficult doing breakups, especially when you're in the public eye - and it's not something that you always you want to be public. But I guess once you've been [in the public eye] it always ends up being that way... but we've navigated that quite well.' She added: 'I've always believed in handling things with respect and maturity, and we shared a lot of good memories together, and I'll always be grateful for the good times. And I guess the main thing is our son now, and we see ourselves as, like, pretty good co-parents. I think... I feel like we've got good co-parenting girls here. I'm just happy that he's happy, and it hasn't really affected him that much.' It follows after Nicola lifted the lid on her new career move after she revealed that she has been taking acting lessons and is now set to make her acting debut in a film next year. Nicola is set to star in The Gun on Second Street alongside Poppy Delevigne and Bruce Willis' daughter Rumer. Alongside her upcoming film, Nicola is also starring in a BBC children's show titled High Hoops, which is due for release in November.

"And for Christine it was very brave that she wanted to dip her toe back into the world of dating and throughout the process of us getting to know her, she realised that perhaps this actually wasn't quite the right time for her to be doing that and took a great deal of confidence and bravery inside to recognise and actually now is not the right time."
