#NSTviral: Dad mistakes child's tie-dye project for black magic
In a now-viral Facebook post, Eizwan Shah Omar shared his experience.
"At first, I thought someone had sent santau (black magic) or something similar. I told my wife to throw it away. Then my child came looking for it and said, 'That's my art project.'
"What kind of art project is this?" he said.
The suspicious object turned out to be a small piece of white cloth, folded and tied with three strings — enough to set any superstitious mind racing.
The father later realised what it really was after seeing it in his child's textbook.
In the comments, users found the situation hilarious.
Iffah Harun wrote: "That's actually a tie-dye technique. Once it's dipped in dye and the strings removed, it won't look like santau or a pocong anymore — it'll turn out beautiful."
Liyana Aznan added: "This is called tie-dye. We used to do it in school for art class. You tie the cloth, then mix whichever colours you like on it. Once you untie it, it looks really pretty."

Zarina has yet to respond to the criticisms, but considering her personality, it's unlikely that she will. Meanwhile, she continues to post about the filming with Hot Daddy and his female partners on her social media. However, some netizens said that the video was the last straw for them, arguing that they can no longer support the media personality or her brand since she's working with someone as controversial as Hot Daddy.
