"OMB has completed its review of Title I-C, Title II-A, Title III-A, and Title IV-A ESEA funds and Title II WIOA funds, and has directed the Department to release all formula funds," Biedermann wrote.
The Trump administration announced that it released more than $1 billion of the paused funding to schools for after-school and summer learning programs on July 18. The release of the funds completes the review, she said.

The move comes after a period of anxiety among school leaders and mounting pressure from those concerned about what the funding freeze would mean for the fall.
Rep. Don Bacon, R-Nebraska, who championed the release of the paused funding, posted on X, telling his constituents about "exciting news to announce!"
"All frozen education funding for the upcoming school year have been released, following my letter to the OMB!" he said.

BBC Sport secures multi-year rights deal to The AIG Women's Open
BBC Sport has signed a new multi-year agreement with The R&A, securing broadcast rights for The AIG Women's Open from 2025 to 2027. The deal guarantees free-to-air access for UK audiences, with coverage spanning radio commentary and coverage on Radio 5 Live, 5 Sports Extra and BBC Sounds, digital clips across the BBC Sport website, app, and social media platforms as well as TV highlights on BBC Two and iPlayer. The 2025 championship begins on Thursday 31 July at Royal Porthcawl, where BBC Sounds will provide full uninterrupted commentary from the first tee shot to the final putt on Sunday evening. Golf correspondent Iain Carter leads the commentary which can also be followed through the live pages of the BBC Sport website/app. Digital highlights will be available on the BBC Sport website/app and the BBC's social platforms. The TV highlights, presented by Sarah Mulkerrins, will showcase the best of the championship each day on BBC Two and iPlayer. The son of US President Donald Trump says his father "deserves" to have his Turnberry course host The Open again - but will probably have left the White House by the time it Ayrshire venue, regarded as one of the best in golf, last hosted the world's oldest major championship in 2009, five years before Trump bought the in an exclusive interview, Eric Trump told BBC Sport: "It deserves it, and I truly think that my father's been a guy who also deserves it."He added: "There's no-one that's been better for the game of golf. He's been a cheerleader his entire life, because he loves it and he believes in it."In time that will be rewarded. We'll be given our shot and again it will be a great honour and a great testament to a great legacy when we do." But the 41-year-old, who runs the golf courses in his father's property business, said: "I think chances are by the time an Open comes back around, his time in government will be gone and we'll be back to being a strictly commercial company."President Trump's second term in office will end in early 2029. We don't give a damn, right. This is our Mona Lisa. If we spent $100m and never got a penny back, it doesn't make any difference. We wanted to do something incredible."The Trumps' development of the course has also faced criticism from some local residents concerned about the impact on the environment. In response, Eric Trump said: "We've done a hell of a job and for anybody to say that the Trump Organisation hasn't brought economic development to Scotland.
