T-Mobile Fiber: Unleash your digital potential with next-gen connectivity
With gigabit (and even 2-gigabit) symmetrical speeds (where available), whole-home Wi-Fi 6, and a future-ready network, this is next-level internet built for how you live and work today. No contracts, no data caps, and no, your upload speed doesn't crawl like it's 2009.
Speed that matches your ambition
T-Mobile Fiber gives you speed that won't flinch, even when you're pushing it hard. They're offering equal upload and download speeds which is a dream scenario for gamers, content creators, and remote workers.
Cable internet? It's all flash on the download side, but uploading a file? Streaming live? Good luck. The upload speeds on most cable plans don't cut it and your work, your stream, and your sanity pay the price.
For the power users and people who just want the best tech available, there's T-Mobile Fiber's 2 Gbps plan. It's fast, it's symmetrical (where available), and if you sign up as a Fiber Founders Club member (in select locations), you get a 10-year price guarantee. Yep, that's not a typo.
Even the standard 2-gig plan comes with a five-year rate lock. In a world where ISPs love surprise price hikes, this is a deal you do not want to miss.
Seamless coverage, smart design
Hyper fast internet is great. But if your bedroom's a dead zone, what's the point?
T-Mobile Fiber includes a Wi-Fi 6 router and mesh Wi-Fi extender when needed, giving you blanket coverage and real performance. Stream, game, and Zoom from almost anywhere in your house without having to camp next to the router.
Wi-Fi 6 is faster and smarter. It handles more devices with less lag, which is perfect for modern homes packed with a handful of streaming devices multiplied by the amount of people living there.
T-Mobile Fiber has no data caps. That means nearly no slowdowns mid-month. No getting charged extra because your game had a massive 120GB update. No anxiety about whether your 4K binge session is going to wreck your bill. It's internet the way it should be: fast, fair, and unlimited.
Built for what's next
T-Mobile Fiber is designed for what's coming next — higher-res video calls, massive cloud projects, and smart homes that keep getting smarter. With symmetrical fiber (where available) and a top-tier mesh setup, you'll be a step ahead.
And you know the drill. Some ISPs rope you in with a sweet promo, then hit you with fine print, fees, and year-two sticker shock. T-Mobile Fiber? Nope. There are no annual contracts. Installation and equipment are included. And the price you see is the price you pay. No fuss.
Made for the way you live online
Gamers: You already know symmetrical speeds (where available) and low latency are game-changers. T-Mobile Fiber keeps you competitive with rock-solid performance.
Streamers: Whether you're broadcasting on Twitch or uploading content daily, you need fast and consistent upload speeds. Cable just can't hang.
Remote Workers: Zoom. Slack. Cloud apps. Large file transfers. T-Mobile Fiber handles it all.
Smart Homes: The more devices you add, the more strain on your network. Everything from your smart fridge to your security cam stays connected without hiccups.
TL;DR: T-Mobile Fiber isn't just another ISP promising big numbers. It delivers on every front: symmetrical speeds (where available), whole-home Wi-Fi 6, no caps, no contracts, and guaranteed pricing for the long haul.

Why new IPOs are crushing it out of the block
"This company is not aspirational — it's operational." Firefly Aerospace (FLY) CEO Jason Kim said this to me on Yahoo Finance as his company was going through its rite of passage at the Nasdaq on Thursday. It felt so electric in the room, I asked Firefly's employees to clap us in at the top of the interview (video above). The stock opened at $70 a share and closed the session at $60.35 — up 34% from its IPO price of $45. The company's market cap at the end of its first trading day stood at $8.48 billion. Just last week, Firefly said it had planned to sell 16.2 million shares at a range of $35 to $39. A new regulatory filing on Monday came with a much higher range of $41 to $43. The company ended up raising $868 million from the IPO after selling 19.3 million shares at $45. I think Kim's comment perfectly captures why recent IPOs have been embraced enthusiastically by investors. The early-stage companies coming to market are more mature. The businesses are more complete. The leaders are more well-rounded. (Kim told me off camera he is very ready for his first earnings call.) Firefly may still be early stage with no profits, but it's not just hot air with no substance. It's not a SPAC with a suspect leader — hearkening back to the flops from 2020. Kim is an Air Force veteran who spent considerable time working at Boeing's satellite business. His company is part of NASA's Commercial Lunar Payload Services program. Its lunar lander Blue Ghost successfully touched down on the surface of the moon in March. The company's new Eclipse reusable rocket is expected to launch sometime in 2026, joining the already proven Alpha rocket in the portfolio. In its prospectus, Firefly boasted $1.1 billion in backlog and lists partnerships with Elon Musk's SpaceX ( Jeff Bezos's Blue Origin, NASA, Northrop Grumman (NOC), and Space Force. Another recent IPO that is more operational than inspirational? Figma (FIG) shares were priced at $33 for its market debut on July 31 and ended the day at $115.50. The company makes software that allows people to collaborate on slide decks and digital whiteboards, among other bells and whistles. The company has more than 13 million monthly users. Its prospectus calls out that 1,000 clients are paying it north of $100,000 a year to use the product. Key customers include Google (GOOG) and Microsoft (MSFT). Sales are growing in double digits, and the company has an operating profit. Then there's Chime, which priced its IPO at $27 and ended its first trading day on June 12 at $37.11. The company reported better-than-expected earnings this past week, though the stock now trades around $30. CFO Matt Newcomb said the team has had conversations with investors, and they recognize the fintech's business model and progress. "I think as it relates to stock price, not uncommon for new companies to see some volatility out of the gate," he told me on Opening Bid. The same operational, not aspirational vibe could be felt at Circle (CRCL), which kicked off the strong market responses for IPOs earlier this year. CEO Jeremy Allaire is a widely respected blockchain industry veteran. It's good to see the healthy IPO activity, and sources tell me more could be on the way in September. Note that 59 US IPOs cumulatively raised $15.02 billion in the second quarter, up 33.8% sequentially, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data. "The shadow backlog and pace of new IPOs are building, coupled with investor demand, that sets the stage for a great second half," S&P said.
