The new promo of the show unveils
Sonali Bendre
and Munawar Faruqui's special appearance. What caught many eyeballs was a fun yet special moment between actress Sonali and Abhishek.
A promo recently uploaded to the show's official channel gives viewers a glimpse of what's in store for the grand finale. Sonali Bendre and Munawar Faruqui step onto the set to promote their upcoming show Pati Patni Aur Panga. As part of the challenge, judge Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi assigns them the task of making boondi ke ladoo, joining contestants Karan Kundrra, Elvish Yadav, and Nia Sharma in the kitchen.
In the midst of the cooking chaos, Sonali finds both her hands occupied and turns to Abhishek Kumar for help. 'Thode baal piche rakhoge? (Will you pull my hair back?)' she asks. Abhishek, caught off guard, stammers, 'Main bohot bada flirty hoon, par abhi main kar nahi pa raha. Pata nahi kyun (I'm usually a big flirt, but right now I can't do it. I don't know why).'
As he hesitates, Sonali calls out to Elvish for assistance, prompting Abhishek to jump in and help her at the last second.
The light-hearted exchange leaves both the actress and the contestants laughing, adding another memorable moment to the finale. Soon after the promo was shared on the internet, the moment between the two surfaced on social media, with fans expressing their excitement for the finale.
The episode also sees Munawar teaming up with Karan and Elvish in the kitchen, with Nia offering advice from the sidelines — though Elvish jokingly warns Munawar against taking her help. Abhinav Shukla is set to make a special appearance as well, rounding out the guest list for the evening.
Hosted by Bharti Singh and judged by Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, Laughter Chefs Season 2 premiered on January 25, 2025.

Pati Patni Panga: Sudesh Lehri about teaming up with wife Mamta; says 'I may be the one people know, but she's the one who kept our home, our kids, and our love steady'
After four decades of love, laughter, and life's unexpected turns, Sudesh Lehri and his wife, Mamta, are stepping into an all-new chapter - this time, in front of the camera. 'Pati Patni Aur Panga- Jodiyon Ka Reality Check', a new reality show that throws celebrity couples into a cocktail of chaos, chemistry, and connection, it was Sudesh and Mamta's story that instantly stole the spotlight. A ringside view into the quirks, quiet struggles, and unseen joys of marriage, and who better than these old-school lovers, whose love story began when Mamta ji was just 15 and Sudesh ji, 17. In a world of dating apps and compatibility tests, their shaadi was sealed in hours, thanks to a spur-of-the-moment family decision. From becoming young parents to weathering life's many storms, they've lived the full spectrum of marriage and now, they're ready to compete with six other celebrity jodis in tasks that will test their bond in the most unexpected ways. But nothing quite prepared Sudesh for the moment Mamta walked into the set, dancing her heart out to Billo Rani and owning the stage in her television debut. *Sharing his thoughts about his wife's television debut, Sudesh Lehri says, "Our marriage happened in the most unexpected way, spontaneous, unplanned, and within just a couple of hours. But even after all these years, I can say one thing for sure: the bond we have built is forever. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Freehold Apartments in Dubai Starting from AED 675K Binghatti Developers FZE Explore Undo Mamta has been by my side through it all, when I had nothing, and even when I had it all, through the hardest struggles and the biggest wins. She's been my strength, my support, and the calm in my chaos. I often say this jokingly, but I mean it with all my heart, if I get to live another life, I'd want to marry someone exactly like her again. Maybe even the same as her, if I'm lucky enough. I may be the one people know, but she's the one who kept our home, our kids, and our love steady while I chased a career in comedy. Seeing her walk in dancing, owning the moment - that moved me. Joining the show felt like a marriage all over again. I also want to thank the channel for giving her this moment through Pati Patni Aur Panga. It's her first time being on TV, and it means a lot, not just to her, but to me too. She truly deserves this spotlight. And to all the fans who've given me so much love over the years, I hope you'll shower the same love on Mamta too.' Mamta Lehri adds, 'Walking onto that set, hearing the cheers, dancing to Billo Rani for my entry in the show was a celebration of everything Sudesh ji and I have built together. For decades, we have stood by each other, and we've done it with pride and love. Watching him light up the world with laughter has always been my joy. But sharing the stage with him felt like the missing piece falling into place. This is our journey coming full circle. "

Abhishek Banerjee Shoots Tamil Debut In Chennai, Returns To His Childhood Roots: ‘Feels Like Full Circle'
Abhishek Banerjee begins shooting his Tamil debut in Chennai. Raised in Kalpakkam, the actor calls it a full-circle moment tied to childhood memories. Abhishek Banerjee, known for his unforgettable performances in Paatal Lok, Stree, and the recent festival-favourite Stolen, is now stepping into Tamil cinema. The actor is currently filming in Chennai for what is reported to be his Tamil debut, marking a full-circle moment that is both personal and cinematic. Born in Kharagpur but raised in Kalpakkam, a serene coastal township just outside Chennai, Abhishek spent a significant part of his childhood surrounded by Tamil Nadu's rich culture, coastal cuisine, and monsoon-drenched streets. Now, years later, he returns — not as a wide-eyed schoolboy, but as one of India's most compelling screen talents. Taking to Instagram, Abhishek shared glimpses of his time on set in Chennai, prompting a wave of excitement among fans and industry insiders. His South Indian fanbase has grown exponentially in recent years, especially following the Tamil Nadu acclaim for Stolen, and the enduring cult status of Paatal Lok. 'Chennai and Kalpakkam hold a special place in Abhishek's childhood memories," a source close to the actor revealed. 'The local food, the sea breeze, the monsoon rains — it all feels familiar to him. Returning here for a shoot feels like coming full circle for the Stolen actor." While the details of the project remain tightly under wraps, industry speculation hints at a high-profile Tamil venture that could further cement Abhishek's pan-India appeal. What's clear, however, is the emotional undercurrent of this new chapter in his career. For Abhishek, this isn't just another film shoot — it's a deeply personal return to his roots, framed by nostalgia and artistic ambition. As fans eagerly await more news on the project, one thing is certain: Tamil cinema is about to witness a powerful new presence.
