RANGERS have already signed four new players this summer as Russell Martin is wasting no time in getting his team ready for the start of the season.
He has to act fast, though, with just three weeks before the Champions League qualifier against Panathinaikos.

The manager has to replace the likes of Vaclav Cerny, Neraysho Fernandes and Rafael Fernandes who have all left following the end of their loan spells.
Ianis Hagi, Leon Balogun and Tom Lawrence also departed after running down their contracts at Ibrox.
But one out-of-contract ace HAS decided to stay beyond this summer after penning a new short-term deal.
It's unlikely he will even feature for the Light Blues this season, though, as he hasn't made a single first team appearance for the club in NINE years.
Back-up goalkeeper Kieran Wright will stay at Ibrox for another season at the very least after penning a new one-year deal in Govan.
The 26-year-old will enter his TENTH year as a first team player this season but the closest he's ever got to making his debut has been appearances on the bench.
Since making his breakthrough in the Rangers youth academy he has spent most of his career out on loan to various Scottish clubs.
He got his first taste of senior action in the lower leagues with Gala Fairydean Rovers in the 2016/17 season but has since played for several SPFL sides.
He's played for Albion Rovers, Raoth Rovers, Alloa Athletic, Partick Thistle, Dumbarton, Livingston and most recently Airdrie.
He won the League One title with Partick Thistle in the 2020/21 campaign - his only silverware as a professional player.
Ally McCoist confesses to 'horrendous' epic fail ahead of final day of Rangers legend's charity bike ride
He spent the second half of last season on loan at Airdrie in the Scottish Championship, where he helped them retained their second-tier status by beating Cove Rangers in the relegation play-off final in May.
He made 24 appearances in total for the Championship club.

‘He's a polarising figure' – Rangers fans handed warning over new signing Emmanuel Fernandez by Peterborough insider
Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) RANGERS defender Emmanuel Fernandez has all the attributes to be a top centre-back, but he's still a very raw talent. That's according to a Peterborough expert who watched him at close quarters last season. Sign up for the Rangers newsletter Sign up 3 Emmanuel Fernandez split opinion at Peterborough Credit: Alamy 3 Emmanuel Fernandez made a break through last season Credit: Getty The 23-year-old became Russell Martin's fourth summer signing at Ibrox after completing a move from the Posh in a deal which could rise to £3.5million. The 6 foot 5 defender follows the arrival of Max Aarons, Joe Rothwell and Cameron Lyall who had signed on a pre-contract. Luton Town midfielder Thelo Aasgaard is expected to join the Ibrox club soon. There was a mixed response from Peterborough fans at the news of Fernandez' departure, with Ben Jones from the Peterborough Telegraph telling Clyde 1 Superscoreboard, he was a "polarising figure" with the support. Jones highlighted the EFL Trophy final, which the Posh clinched in a 2-0 win over Birmingham City as an example. He said: " Fernandez was a colossus at the back against Birmingham City. "The issue is that was very much in the minority of his performances. "There were a lot of games where he looked so far off that player I think he showed at times he can be. "There's been a couple of silly red cards, lapses in concentration which I think have held him back. "Rangers have taken a bit of a risk there, clearly Russell Martin believes in him a lot. I do think there's a player in there but he is so raw at the moment." Ex-Rangers supremo David Murray on the club's new owners and why Gio shouldn't have been sacked Having moved to Peterborough in 2021 from non-league side Ramsgate, Fernandez's real breakthrough came last season where he played 42 times, scored five goals and was sent off twice. Jones added: "He's got all the attributes of a top centre-back: he's tall, dominant in the air, likes to go into challenges. "He's a tough defender, but he's a very raw talent. He's got a lot to learn about the game and his positioning. "There's very much a player in there that I can see. "But I think it's going to take quite a bit of development and a lot of work by the Rangers staff, which I am sure they are capable of turning him into a top player." Jones was asked whether Fernandez would fit into Russell Martin's possession-based style of play. He said: "He likes to be positive on the ball, his passing and close control needs a bit of work. "I think that element has caused a bit of a surprise knowing Russell Martin's style of play. "I do think that side of the game he struggles a bit. "He's a confident boy but last season didn't always have the ability to back that up." 3 Rangers face Panathinaikos in a huge Champions League qualifier in less than three weeks' time, and Jones says he would be "surprised" if Fernandez "would be ready to be thrown into that." He added: "I think he needs a bit more time, a bit more development before thrown into a game of that magnitude."
