More Realme GT 7T renders leak showing all colors

GSM Arena17-05-2025

Yesterday a leak brought us specs for the upcoming Realme GT 7T, and then a retailer listing in Europe shed more light on the pricing we should expect. Today, a new leak brings us more renders depicting the phone in all three colors - blue, black, and yellow.
The leak comes with yet another confirmation of the phone's specs, so let's recap them. The GT 7T has a 6.8-inch AMOLED screen with 1280x2800 resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate, a 50 MP main camera with OIS and f/1.8 aperture, an 8 MP ultrawide with f/2.2 aperture, and a 32 MP selfie camera with f/2.4 aperture.

It's powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 8400 Max SoC, and has a 7,000 mAh battery with support for 120W wired charging. It will run Android 15 when it launches, with Realme UI 6.0 on top. It measures 162.42 x 75.97 x 8.88 mm and weighs 205g. The measurements are different from the ones in the previous leak, which gave us 8.25 mm thinness and a 202g weight, but that may just be down to a difference in material used for the back case between the colorways.
Anyway, the phone is said to be IP68 rated for dust and water resistance too. It will be made official alongside the GT 7 on May 27.

Oppo uses record-breaking UEFA Champions League final to flex AI and camera muscle

The UEFA Champions League Final ended on Saturday with a dominating 5-0 win for PSG over Inter - a record victory in the competition's finals. The match took place in Munich, and since Oppo is one of the competition's main sponsors it took to the packed 75,000 arena to promote its latest smartphones and tech. The OG Google Pixel Fold is an absolute must-buy right now at this insanely low price

Very simply called the Pixel Fold , Google's rookie foldable effort is somehow more compelling than ever before right now. Yes, the two-year-old handset is a better deal at the time of this writing than its more convolutedly named Pixel 9 Pro Fold sequel, at least if you're quick and manage to get it from Woot while the Amazon-owned e-tailer has it in stock at $499.99. That's the normal price of a "conventional" mid-range Android phone like the Pixel 9a, and the first-of-a-kind Pixel Fold is most definitely not conventional... or a mid-ranger. Granted, its Tensor G2 processor is no longer the fastest Google-made silicon out there, but it's certainly impressive enough for five Benjamins. $1299 off (72%) 5G, Unlocked, 256GB Storage, 12GB RAM, Google Tensor G2 Processor, 7.6-Inch Primary Foldable OLED Display with 2208 x 1080 Pixel Resolution and 120Hz Refresh Rate Technology, 5.8-Inch Cover OLED Screen with 2092 x 1080 Pixel Resolution and 120Hz Refresh Rate Support, 48 + 10.8 + 10.8MP Triple Rear-Facing Camera System, 8MP Inner Selfie Camera, 9.5MP Cover Shooter, 4,821mAh Battery, Obsidian Color, Grade A Refurbished, Practically New Condition, 1-Year Warranty Included Buy at Woot 5G, Unlocked, 256GB Storage, 12GB RAM, Google Tensor G2 Processor, 7.6-Inch Primary Foldable OLED Display with 2208 x 1080 Pixel Resolution and 120Hz Refresh Rate Technology, 5.8-Inch Cover OLED Screen with 2092 x 1080 Pixel Resolution and 120Hz Refresh Rate Support, 48 + 10.8 + 10.8MP Triple Rear-Facing Camera System, 8MP Inner Selfie Camera, 9.5MP Cover Shooter, 4,821mAh Battery, Obsidian Color, Renewed Buy at Amazon Then you have the 7.6-inch primary OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate technology and the 120Hz-capable 5.8-inch secondary screen, which are clearly the biggest strengths and key selling points here, especially at the lower-than-ever aforementioned price. Unsurprisingly (at least for folks familiar with these types of bonkers Woot deals), your 500 bucks will not get you a brand-new, unused, unopened, and undamaged Google Pixel Fold unit right now. But the "grade A" refurbished devices on sale until Thursday (or while supplies last) are advertised as "practically new", having been "barely used" before reaching your hands and "fully tested for quality and performance." Perhaps most importantly, you will also get a full 1-year vendor warranty with your purchase, which should provide a pretty much unrivaled peace of mind for all bargain hunters looking to make the best possible foldable deal in 2025. Alternatively, you could spend an extra $50 for a "renewed" Pixel Fold on Amazon, but the e-commerce giant is not actually behind that promotion and the third-party seller handling it is unlikely to match Woot's 1-year warranty. Should you wait for the Pixel 10 Pro Fold to go official in a few months before deciding what foldable device to buy? Probably not if you're on a tight budget, as that next-gen model is very likely to start at the same sky-high price as its predecessor, which is also unlikely to drop as low as $500 anytime soon... if ever.

First Google Pixel 9a discount hits Amazon, possibly for a limited time

Released less than two months ago, the Pixel 9a stands out as one of the best mid-range phones in 2025. At a relatively affordable price, this bad boy packs an ultra-bright display and a solid camera. And now, thanks to Amazon's latest deal, it's also cheaper than ever! Yep, we're already getting a first-time discount of $50, making the ~$500 model a great pick for Google fans. We don't think this 10% markdown will remain live for long, so we'd recommend acting fast if you want to save. $50 off (10%) You can now save $50 on the latest Google Pixel mid-ranger, the Pixel 9a. This is a first-time discount that probably won't last very long. It's available on all 128GB color variants and the 256GB model in Obsidian. Act fast and save before it's too late. Buy at Amazon We've spent time with this fella, and it's a major winner on many fronts. Firstly, it has an excellent 6.3-inch OLED display with a 60-120Hz refresh rate. Sure, the bezels are a bit thick, but you still get a great visual experience. Under the hood, you get the Tensor G4 chip, which performs well enough on a daily basis, though it certainly isn't a benchmark winner. Still, as we've emphasized in our Pixel 9a review, the device performs better than the Galaxy A56, so at least that's something. What about the camera? The Android phone is equipped with a 48MP main sensor and a 13MP ultra-wide lens on the rear, with a 13MP selfie camera completing the setup. You get photos with great dynamics and lifelike colors, especially during the day. If there's anything not quite perfect, it must be the lack of the full Gemini experience. Google has equipped the device with Gemini Nano, which lacks support for features like Call Noted and the new Screenshots app. On the bright side, you get seven years of promised software support, ensuring your device remains safe and secure for years to come. Overall, the Pixel 9a is a great mid-range option you shouldn't overlook. Now that it's on sale for $50 off, it's even more attractive. Hurry up and save on the 128GB variant at Amazon before it's too late.
